Good morning.

Welcome to this morning meditation for clarity and strength in uncertain times.

Before the world rushes in,

Before the noise,

The opinions,

The expectations,

This moment is yours.

Let's take a deep breath in… …and slowly exhale.

As you settle into this quiet space,

Let your breath become an anchor,

Steady,

And calm.

The world outside may feel unpredictable,

But here,

In this moment,

You are safe.

You are whole.

Breathe in deeply,

Filling your lungs with fresh morning air.

And as you exhale,

Release any tension,

Any lingering weight from yesterday.

You are not carrying it forward.

Now let's imagine yourself standing at the edge of a vast ocean at sunrise.

The sky is painted with soft golds and blues.

The waves are rolling in and out,

With a steady rhythm.

You can feel the cool sand beneath your feet grounding you.

Each wave represents the shifting world,

Ever-changing,

Ever-moving,

But you are steady.

The world may change,

But your clarity remains.

The tides of history rise and fall.

Voices may clash.

Perspectives collide.

But beneath it all,

There is something deeper,

Something eternal,

A wisdom that moves beyond fleeting chaos.

And you are connected to that wisdom.

Take another deep breath in.

And exhale.

Letting go of anything that does not belong to you.

You do not need to convince or carry the weight of what others cannot yet see.

You do not need to react to every storm that passes through.

Instead,

You can hold your own center,

Standing in quiet strength,

Unshaken.

Now place your hand over your heart.

Feel its steady rhythm,

Its quiet intelligence,

And let it remind you that you were made for this time.

Not to be swept away in the currents,

But to stand in your truth.

To observe with wisdom.

Unwavering presence.
