Find a comfortable seated position.

When you're ready,

You can gently close your eyes and take a deep breath.

Allow the external world to fade away as you turn your attention inward,

Connecting with the stillness and the peace within you.

With each breath,

Invite a sense of joy,

Of delight to fill your entire being.

In this morning meditation,

We will focus on affirmations that cultivate joy and amplify your experience of happiness.

Repeat the following affirmations,

Allowing them to resonate deeply within you and envision yourself embracing a life filled with joy.

I am a magnet for joy and I effortlessly attract joyous experiences into my life.

Recognize that joy is not an elusive state,

But a natural and abundant energy that flows you.

Embrace the belief that joy effortlessly comes to you,

Attracting delightful experiences and uplifting moments.

Affirmation number two.

I radiate joy and positivity,

Enriching the lives of those around me.

Visualize yourself as a radiant source of joy,

Emitting vibrant energy that touches the hearts of others.

With every interaction,

Infuse love,

Laughter,

Happiness,

Creating a ripple effect of joy in the lives of those you encounter.

Number three.

Today,

I choose to find joy in the simplest of moments.

The beauty,

The taste of a morning beverage.
