Breathe that in.
And as you exhale,
Feel that tension begin to melt from your shoulders,
From your jaw,
And from your chest.
Now,
Gently bring your attention to the breath moving in and out of your body.
Each inhale brings renewal.
And each exhale,
Release.
And with every breath,
You return to yourself.
To the version of you that is whole,
Intuitive,
And deeply connected.
This is midlife magic.
Not the frantic rush to become,
But the slow,
Sacred remembering of all that you already are.
Feel into that now.
And imagine a gentle golden light beginning to rise at the base of your spine.
Your root.
It is strong.
It is ancient.
It carries the knowing of those who walked before you.
The ones whose strength lives in your blood and in your bones.
Let this light move slowly upward into your belly,
Your heart,
And your throat.
Clear away fear,
Self-doubt,
The noise of the world,
And allow yourself to receive it.
You are not alone.
You are not meant to walk this path in silence.
The earth is here.
The wind is whispering.
