Welcome,

Wise one.

Take a moment now to settle into your space.

Let the day fall away.

Let the noise soften.

And let yourself arrive fully here.

You can close your eyes if that's comfortable for you.

And begin to breathe with presence.

Slow and deep.

In through the nose.

And out through the mouth.

Letting each exhale carry you deeper into your own body.

Let your shoulders drop.

Your jaw loosen.

Your belly soften.

With each breath,

You're letting go of the surface mind.

The chatter.

The lists.

The doubts.

And you're allowing yourself to drop into the quiet depth beneath.

Yes,

There,

Beneath the noise,

Lives your intuition.

It's steady and it's wise.

Always speaking.

Always waiting for you to come home.

Now imagine you're standing at the edge of a forest at twilight.

Ah,

The air is warm.

The sky is soft with the last glow of the day.

And before you,

A narrow path winds inward.

Through the trees that are shimmering slightly in the fading light.

And with your bare feet,

You step onto the path.

Each step feels grounding.

Familiar.

You've walked this way before.

Not in this life,

Maybe.

But in the soul of you that remembers.

You walk slowly.

Deliberately.

Feeling the rhythm of the earth beneath you.

The forest welcomes you.

You are not lost.

You are being led.

Ahead,

You notice a small clearing.

And in the center,

A circle of smooth stones.

In the middle of this circle,

A glowing bowl of water.

Still.

Silent.

Luminous.

You step into the circle.

You take a seat beside the water.

And in its reflection,

You see your own eyes.

Ah,

But they are ancient eyes.

Eyes that know.

You gaze into the water.

And you begin to see.

Visions.

Memories.

Symbols.

Your voice.

Your dreams.

The feelings that you've quieted.

The truths you've tried to ignore.

They're all rising now.

Gently.

Lovingly.

Your intuition doesn't demand.

It invites.

You are safe to listen now.

And now,

In this sacred space,

Let your body receive a deeper truth.

You already know.

You've always known.

Your mind may question.

But your body,

Your heart,

Your spirit,

They remember.

Feel a light now blooming in the center of your chest.

Soft.

Golden.

Warm.

This is your inner light.

Your compass.

Your soul's voice made visible.

Breathe into it now.

Let it expand.

Let it move through your whole body.

Your heart.

Your womb.

Your throat.

Your third eye.

Clearing blocks.

Releasing fear.

Reawakening trust.

Repeat silently or aloud.

I trust what I feel.

I honor what I know.

My inner voice is clear,

Wise,

And true.

And now imagine that light.

Blowing into the earth beneath you.

Connecting you to your ancestors.

To the people before you who listened to their knowing.

Who dreamed.

Who healed.

Who guided.

By the stars.

You are part of this line.

This rhythm.

This remembering.

And now let yourself sit in silence.

Not to find answers.

But to be available.

To hear that quiet voice within.

When you are ready,

Bring your breath back to your body.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Gently open your eyes if they're still closed.

When you're ready.

And carry the clarity with you.

Your intuition is not a mystery.

It is not a gift for the few.

It is your birthright.

It is your rhythm.

It is you.
