Inner conversation meditation. Focusing on the script and then of course the emanation of this reality. You see movement with your person. You are reconnected and reunited in the 3D. In this meditation we visualize the scene that speaks to the truth. There is always movement and always contact between you and your person. There is no separation. You two are one. This is the version of your person that is playing the role they were destined to play just as you are. This is the version of your person who is alive inside of you right now. Breathing with you. Doing this meditation with you. This is the real version of them. I want you to close your eyes. Place the hands on the heart. Take a big breath into the belly and heart. In and out. Releasing all resistance, All fears. Another big breath. In and out. Now as we go into this visualization, Let's take a moment to instruct our inner child and our persons in our child. Let's take a moment to remind all parts of ourself how we are now consciously creating our reality. That we are the producer. We are the director. We are the writer. We are the actors. And we're now about to rehearse a new scene, A new script, So it can play out in our outer world as the new movie as it always has. What we do right now is the only important thing. Continue to breathe in and out. And as the producer in you comes through, Remind yourself that you are producing a movie of love, Of bliss, Of ease, Being married, Having a family, Partners for life. You have a new script. So does your person. The director's ready to grow. The director being your emotions. Your emotions in each moment are letting you know if the lines you are rehearsing within, Which are always being recorded, Are in alignment with the new script or not. Old lines or old scenes from old movies that feel like hope, Despair, Doubt, Guilt. When those are coming up, That is the director in you telling you, Hey, That's the old script. Let's revise it. This is now a movie of love, Bliss, Harmony. No problems, No issues. All is well. All is well. Nothing has gone wrong. The director will remind you these feelings of peace, Freedom, Harmony, Ease. Because when you and your person are both on script, Your inner child, Their inner child, Is starting to get it, Starting to memorize these new roles. And it will play out like it always does. Nothing's gone wrong. You can do as many takes as you need to. But it is all changeable. It is all malleable. Out there is just the old movie. Nothing to change out there. What we do right now is the most important thing. Feel the energy of your person here with you. The energy of you. The actor, The actress, Both of you getting ready for these new roles. The roles you came to play. The scripts are written. Some revisions will be done. But everything is happening in the perfect time. You and your cast and crew, Everyone in your world is lined up, Ready to support you in this new movie, In this new reality. All is well. For everyone is you. Everyone is in on this. And you are the star. You are ready to play the role where you have it all. Take another big breath in, Feeling all parts of you coming into the ease and knowing this is all your creation. Everything needed is here and ready within. And it will play out as it always does, Without any extra effort. You and your person are just learning these new roles, These new lines, Until it's natural and easy. As you feel more into the energy of your person, Feel their consistent love for you. The inner version of them, Your counterpart that is always here with you. Perhaps they say to you, I'm so excited to play this role. I'm so excited we can live this out together, Out there. This old movie that's been playing is finally being replaced. This old movie of separation or no movement or contact, We're finally replacing that. I'm so ready to show up for you as the real me. This role is so true to me. In this new role, I love how the script is so open and flowing. I can show you so much love and affection. I love I can just show my interest in you. Everything about you intrigues me. I love talking to you. I love knowing more about you. I love learning about you. I love continuing our conversations. I never want them to end. I love asking you questions. I love knowing you inside and out. I love that no matter what state you're in, I can reassure you. I can be there for you. I love that I can allow you to feel safe, Secure, At ease. I love that this new role allows me to be in a state of such courage and confidence. And as a result, The role you play is one of safety, Security, Bliss, And happiness. I love that in this new role, You feel comfortable and safe. When you are feeling insecure or worried, I can reassure you. I can be there for you. I love in this new role that I take so much initiative. I put you first. I love the ways I can surprise you and show up for you, Protect you, Be there for you, Build a future for you and our family. I love the roles that are going to come as a result. I love that I finally get to show you out there in this role how much I need you, How you are everything to me. I love that I can finally tell you in this new role that you've always been the one, And nothing could ever truly break us up. It's always been you and I. I'll show you the how. I'll make it happen. That's part of my role. We've always been united within, And I love this climax. I love these scenes, This bridge, This arc of how we're coming back together. I love that the cast and crew, Everyone in our world now plays roles where they support us and they support your desire. They respect what you desire because they are you. Just as you trust your desire, So does everybody else, And everyone reassures you. Everyone helps you bring it to life. Everyone in this new movie supports and loves our relationship. I love that you're no longer frustrated, But respected and supported. I love that in this role, You never gave up on me, And so here I am. Take a moment to breathe into this energy of your person, Who within and without is writing and playing this new role with you. They're in on this with you. You are supported in this. Feel them. See them writing this script with you. Imagine cast and crew, Friends and family ready to play this new role where everyone supports your desire. There's no settling here. And allow a little bit of this script to come through. Allow your person to write out that climactic scene where they show up for you, Where they bring to life everything you've been waiting for in the movie, Where friends and family play the roles of support and love and respect. And you play the role where you never gave up. You held the faith, You held the confidence, And here it is. Here it is. What does this scene look like? What would your person say or do? Feel conditioning now. Allow a few different scenes to show themselves. In the mind's eye, Visualize that now. Let them show you. Now go further into the future, Further into the future in a scene where you have your children, You have your marriage, You have friends and family supporting you. Everyone is playing the new role, Especially your person. Go to that scene that embodies your wish fulfilled, That climactic scene. What are they wearing? What are they doing? Where are you? What's the environment? And this scene, What are you wearing? What are you doing? Perhaps you feel your little one, One or ones. You see symbols of your commitment to each other. You see friends or family, Everyone in your life playing the role of support and love, Respect. What are the lines in this scene? What does your person say to you? Let them come up with it. Let them practice it. Say it to you. That speak to this wish fulfilled. You did not settle. Everything you desired manifested. It was rehearsed. It was rehearsed. And now it's playing in this new outer movie. It was always done. It's always ready, But you too rehearsed and here it is. Hear the lines from your person now. And then notice what are your lines? How do you respond? This version of you that manifested it all with your person. Both of you as actors got these lines correct and now here it is. It's playing out. But there's that knowing. How do you respond? What are your lines? How do you feel in this new role? What are the lines of your little ones, Family and friends? Especially as they acknowledge that you have it all. You have this blissful, Loving, Beautiful relationship. You have a family. You have the person. You did not settle and here it is. What do they say in these new roles? What are their new lines that help increase the feeling of support? In this production of love and bliss, Hear that now. Bring the person again. Allow him to practice the new lines that also speak to any old fears you've been having. Lines that speak to the truth that nothing you could do or have done could chase him away. That you've always been the one. Nothing has ever been missing. Or that it's only you two. What does he say that speaks to the worth he sees in you? How does he feel now that he's moved out of states of pride, Fear, Separation? He's in courage and love. He sees your value and your worth. He knows how special this is. What does he say? Let him say it to you now. He knows that this relationship is everything he's ever wanted and more. He loves telling you and showing you. He understands you. He gets you. There's no judgment, Just unconditional love. No matter what state you're in, He moves you back to truth. He knows this love and connection is all that's true. Let him say it to you now. And be sure to respond. Perhaps you respond with, I feel so free with you. So one with truth. So blissful. I feel so steady in myself. I know who I am. I honor myself. I'm expansive. I'm excited. I'm in a love-filled state consistently. I know I'm deeply loved and cared for. You show me all the time. I'm one with everything. I love what we've been creating. I am so exuberant, So bubbly, So satisfied, So happy. So full of love. Perhaps you respond. I am too. You are everything to me. You are everything. And I'm so thankful that we were able to produce, Direct, Write, Act, Rehearse, And now play this out. This was always our truth. Hear anything else you want to hear from your person, Friends or family. And when you're ready, Take a big breath in and out, Committing to these new roles, Coming back to this again and again until you and your person are dominantly in this, Until it feels so natural, So normal, You can just improvise it. Stay within. Remind the inner children to look within when it's time to revise or unwanted circumstances show up. It's all changeable. It's all malleable. You are the producer, The director, The writer, The actor. The inner children and you are playing these roles. You and your person are doing this together. And it's done. Continue to enjoy this creative process as it comes into being. Everyone is listening, Practicing these new scripts with you right now. With each rehearsal, It becomes more and more dominant, Ready to manifest. Once these new scripts replace the old, It is done. When you're ready, You can open your eyes, Committing to remembering all the parts you are playing.
