Hello,
Beautiful.
I'm so happy you're here with me right now.
Let's begin our practice by taking a slow breath in.
And then gently let it go.
Again,
Breathe in fresh air deep into your lungs.
And then exhale.
All the way out.
Allow your breathing to find a slow,
Steady,
Natural rhythm.
As every exhale brings you deeper into relaxation.
Deeper into presence.
Soften your forehead.
Release your jaw.
Let your shoulders Release and let go.
Now imagine yourself standing in a quiet meadow just after dawn.
The morning is still.
The air is cool under your skin.
And all around you wildflowers are beginning to bloom.
You Some have already opened to the morning sun.
And others remain gently closed.
Your moment hasn't arrived quite yet.
No flower envies another.
No blossom rushes to unfold.
Each one simply responds to the season of life it's in.
Perhaps your body is asking for that same kindness.
A slower morning.
You a deeper breath.
A little more rest.
A little less urgency.
Breathe into that.
For many years.
Life rewarded how quickly you move.
How much you accomplish.
How much you carry.
But your body and your spirit.
Speak a different language now.
Not the language of hurry.
But the language of wisdom.
Imagine laying your endless to-do list gently on the grass beside you.
Just for now.
Feel how much lighter your hands become.
How much softer your breath feels.
Your pace is changing.
And perhaps.
.
.
That isn't something to resist.
Perhaps it's actually something.
To embrace.
And honor.
Watch the wildflowers once more.
Each blooming exactly when it's ready.
Today,
May you offer yourself.
This very same grace as the wildflowers.
To move more gently.
To breathe more deeply.
To trust that your life is still unfolding beautifully.
Simply.
At its own time.
One.
Beautiful moment at a time.
Namaste.
Beautiful.
