Hello, love. I see you. I see the way your mind has been spinning, the way your thoughts have been folding over themselves, turning corners, circling back, trying to hold onto something solid. I know how hard it is to step away from the noise, to hush the voices that pull at you, to slow the current of thoughts that refuse to rest. But you are here now. And this night is yours. Take a deep breath in. Let it move through the spaces inside you that feel tight. And as you exhale, imagine your mind finding the pause it has been searching for.

Good evening,

Beautiful.

If your mind is overthinking,

Then this is the place to be tonight.

I see the way your mind has been spinning,

Just like mine,

The way your thoughts have been folding over themselves,

Turning corners,

Circling back,

Trying to hold on to something solid.

I know how hard it is to step away from the noise,

To hush the voices that pull at you,

To slow the current of thoughts that refuse to rest,

But you are here right now,

And this night is yours.

Take a deep breath in,

And let it move through the spaces inside where you feel tight,

And as you exhale,

Imagine your mind finding the pause that it's been searching for.

You don't need to replay or untangle anything.

Let the night be your keeper now.

Let it hold what you no longer wish to carry.

Imagine your thoughts now,

Not as heavy burdens,

But as pages turning in the wind,

Soft and weightless,

Drifting away without effort.

You don't need to chase them.

You don't need to hold them still.

Let them move as they wish while you are here,

Sinking into the quiet hum below.

Breathe in again,

And as you exhale,

Count any more thoughts still lingering.

Let them rest beside you,

Like ink settling on paper,

No longer rewriting themselves,

No longer rewriting you.

Your mind is allowed to be still.

Your body is allowed to be at rest.

There is nowhere else to be,

Nothing else to do.

So let your body sink deeper into rest as you become one with deep sleep.

Namaste,

Beautiful.
