If you had $86,
400 in your wallet right now and somebody ran up to you,
Grabbed your wallet and took $100 out and stole it from you and ran away.
Would you be like,
Oh my gosh,
This money is useless and throw the rest out?
No,
Of course you wouldn't.
But why is it that you have 86,
400 seconds in a day and somebody will say something sly to you or leave you a mean comment online and you will let that ruin the rest of your day?
You need to realize that at any moment you can change your day around and you can also change your life around.
Hi guys.
Welcome back to my channel.
My name is Katie and this channel is all about stepping into your power,
Spirituality,
Physical fitness,
Mental wellness,
And all that good stuff.
So let's dive right on into it.
If you want to change your life,
You need to realize that there's two main forces going on.
You have the intangible heaven,
God,
Spirit guides,
Your guardian angels that are very real,
But at the same time,
You have this tangible world.
You have this physical reality,
You have this physical body and physical environment.
And I find that a lot of girls,
Especially the ones that had their spiritual awakening during the pandemic and started learning spirituality and like new age practices online have fallen into this trap of believing that manifestation is just the journaling,
Just the visualization,
Just these little techniques that you do for part of your day.
And then you sit back and wait for the rest to happen.
Well,
I want to like lovingly slap some sense into you because I fell for this trap too.
You have to take the action.
You don't need to look further than your own body,
Your own environment to see that you have free will and that your decisions matter.
Look at your bedroom.
Is it clean?
Is your bed made or is it an absolute mess?
You did that.
Look at your body.
Have you been treating it with respect?
Have you been drinking your water,
Eating your protein and your fiber,
Probiotics?
Have you been moving your body as much as you can?
Or have you been slacking off and treating it with disrespect?
You know the answer and you know what?
It is okay if in this moment you say to yourself,
Oh my God,
I am not where I want to be.
This is not who I signed up to be.
This is not the story that I was meant to live.
Because right in that moment,
You realize that you get to make the decision to change.
And so in order to change,
We have to come right here and we have to confront the brutal facts,
No matter how hard they are.
Whatever you are getting out of life,
You're getting it because that's where you feel comfortable.
In some way,
It is serving you because that is what you're used to.
That's what your body is used to and that's what your brain and your subconscious expect.
It has integrated itself into your core identity and belief system.
And so anything you do is going to make sure that you stay where you currently are.
If we take a look at your past,
There might be things there that negatively affected you.
People that bullied you growing up,
Your parents not being there for the way they needed to.
Maybe it was struggles with money or relationships,
Your access to certain resources.
Those things may have had negative imprints on you,
But that doesn't mean that they have to define you.
You can't undo that though until you become aware of it.
So the first thing I need you to do is slow down and realize what are the negative beliefs that I am holding into my heart that are making me take the actions that keep me where I'm at.
The second thing is you need to start dreaming bigger.
You need to start visualizing what God's potential for you is and realizing that if he gave you that vision for your life,
Then you are meant to pursue it.
Maybe you want to be a fantastic mother,
A fantastic wife,
A speaker,
An entrepreneur,
A social media influencer,
A corporate leader,
CEO.
There's some vision in there for you.
Start to get clear on what those details look like.
How are you helping people?
How does it feel to step into your power?
What are you wearing?
How do you do your hair and your makeup?
What do you look like?
What is your routine?
What type of fitness do you do?
Do you like Pilates?
Do you like CrossFit?
What is it?
Who is this person that you are meant to become?
And really take some time to get intentional about that.
You don't have to be perfect with it,
But aspire for something that is scary.
Something that is so big you know that you have never been close to being there before.
And that is how you will know that you are ready to change.
You're going to feel fear in the moment of change because your body is not going to be used to that level,
Those beliefs,
Having that identity.
So how is it that you become this amazing person?
You have to train your brain to start believing that you are that person.
You just haven't gotten there yet.
You are that person.
You just happen to have been born in a situation that makes it challenging for you to get there.
But you have to start telling yourself these things repeatedly.
Tell them to yourself in the morning when you wake up and before bed.
Tell them to yourself when you look at yourself in the mirror.
Start saying the affirmations over and over and over again until you can build up a feeling of actually integrating it into your soul.
You're going to feel a vibrational change.
You're going to feel tingles in your body.
You're going to start changing your actions as well.
So what is that goal?
Let's use fitness as an example because if your goal is to lose 50 pounds,
Then you can't think of it as a goalpost in the future.
You have to think about it as daily habits,
Daily action steps that get you there.
You don't just immediately lose 50 pounds one day because you've been journaling it and you've been visualizing it and you've been manifesting it every single day.
You lose 50 pounds because you've been intentional about your dieting.
You've been intentional about your training.
You've been intentional about your sleep and your hydration and all of the things that go with it every single day.
And then one day you wake up and you're at your goal weight and you get to choose a new goal.
And that whole time you've been getting there,
You've been training your brain to believe that you are that person subconsciously through taking your actions.
You've heard before that confidence comes from doing the things that you tell yourself you're going to do.
And that can't be more true.
If you say you're going to reach a goal,
Then you have to create the habits to get there.
You have to create a path to get there.
And you were meant to do this.
You were born to do something phenomenal during your days here on this planet.
Your soul came here.
You are not just a body.
Your consciousness is not just something that rose out of your brain.
You have a soul.
Your soul came here for a reason,
Came here to help other people that came here to grow and to learn as a being.
And every single challenge you face,
You need to see that as an opportunity that was meant specifically for you.
If you're seeing it as being hard,
Somebody else might not think it's hard.
That's your challenge.
And on the other side of that is the next level version of you is the next beautiful,
More fit,
More confident,
More wealthy,
Healthy,
Peaceful version of you.
And I can't say enough how important it is to hold faith and to keep going because you're going to want to quit.
Everybody wants to quit.
But quitting can't be an option.
Quitting can't be on the table if you're going for that version of yourself.
The only way you don't get there is by quitting because the truth is that the journey to getting there is going to be the most rewarding experience of all.
That's actually going to be the time when the most dopamine is released from your brain.
And once you reach that end goal,
If that's it,
If you just leave it at that,
Then the dopamine drops off and you lose that sense of purpose.
So you can't have quitting on the table.
If you quit,
What's the purpose of this?
What's the purpose of being alive if you can't pursue those dreams?
You need to have the right goals,
The right intentions,
The right habits.
You need to have faith and you need to take that action.
And another thing is people like to say that the way that you win is discipline,
Not motivation.
And of course,
There is so much truth to that.
But I want to tell you that from a physiological standpoint,
You need to raise your motivation just as much as you need to raise your discipline.
If you want to do something that requires to have discipline,
It's going to be a lot easier if you're already in the mindset to do it.
Your brain is very malleable.
It is plastic.
It is mutable,
Changeable.
The neural connections in your brain are going to change.
When you start to become the version of yourself that does what she says she's going to do,
That is more confident,
Your fear center amygdala is going to shrink.
You're going to start to wire yourself for positivity.
You're going to train your reticular activating system to look for things to prove to you that you are more prosperous,
Happy,
Peaceful,
Lucky,
Happy,
Wealthy,
Like that you are just.
.
.
You have lucky girl syndrome.
Your brain is going to find that for you if you train your brain to do it.
This doesn't have to be this huge struggle of discipline and always grinding and hating everything.
If you can fall in love with the process,
Then it's going to be so,
So much easier.
Every single person that is where you want to go that has the life that you want to live,
They also struggled with these insecurities and doubts and the wanting to quit.
But the one thing they didn't do was quit.
They didn't quit.
They had all of those reservations,
But they kept going.
So what do you do when you feel like quitting and you can't get yourself up?
You're laying on the closet floor,
Staring at your phone,
Avoiding life.
You put on some shit like this to start to get your energy back up.
Or maybe you call somebody that's going to hype you up and support you.
And you allow that other person to uplift you.
You realize that that energy is not yours.
It is simply a state that you are going through.
And you get up and you take care of yourself.
You take care of your mental health and you take care of your physical health.
Once you do those two things,
Then it's go time.
Then you can get back at those habits,
Back at those actions.
You can go ahead and wake up early the next morning and get back on the horse.
It doesn't matter how many times you fall.
You're going to do something amazing with your life.
We live in a world full of miracles where when you ask for something,
It can be given to you.
There are people that are living your dreams that are seemingly less qualified than you,
But they simply practiced showing up and asking for what they wanted.
What do you think that I'm doing right now?
I have a dream of being more impactful,
Of being greater.
I want to be a speaker one day.
I want to show somebody what I'm doing with my businesses.
So this is me practicing doing that.
The only way to get there also is to be a little bit cringy.
You have to lean into being uncomfortable,
To seeing yourself fail,
Seeing yourself have awkward interactions,
Doing things that don't feel quite right because you have never done them before.
You are not going to get where you want to go unless if you are willing to be cringy.
Learning new things is hard.
You're going to stumble.
Remember when you learned to ride a bike and you fell over?
You're going to fall over in this process.
You're going to feel like you're losing time,
Money,
Effort,
And you know what?
It's all part of the process because that is required.
That is the fee that you have to pay in order to become an expert,
In order to become whoever it is that you want to become.
Those little things too,
Those are the moments where you want to quit.
When you fall over and you fall on your face and you're eating crap,
That is the true challenge right there because a lot of people will quit.
The people that you are competing with,
A lot of them are going to fall off the train at some point and you're going to be ahead of them.
You're going to be ahead of them because you simply didn't give up and they're going to go and try something else and you're going to be ahead of them because you've simply had more experience doing the same thing over and over and over and over again.
So I'm going to leave you with this.
If you recognize your past and the beliefs that it has given you and you decide that you don't want to hold on to those negative beliefs anymore and you can visualize your future and who you want to become and create habits that are going to make you become that person and you never quit,
Then every single day,
If you win a little bit,
Eventually you're going to have to win in the long run.
Every single person that has ever accomplished something amazing knows this.
There's a lot of people on the internet that want to tell you that you can become whoever you want to become overnight.
Well I'm here to tell you it's probably going to take longer than that and you're probably still a baby.
You probably have so much more time than you think.
So I want you to go out,
Sit down,
Get yourself a journal and get started and take the habits.
When you feel scared,
That's how you know you're doing it right.
When you want to quit,
Keep going.
That's how you know you're doing it right.
