The aim of this CD is to create harmony within,
To balance the body,
Mind and spirit.
This is essential for well-being.
Generally speaking,
Our hectic lifestyles today have led us away from our true nature,
Who we really are.
A nature that stems from stillness and harmony.
When we are still,
We tap into that deep well of inner peace,
And we feel our connection to our higher self,
Soul,
Spirit,
True essence,
And in turn,
God,
Creator,
Source,
Universe,
Whatever term you are comfortable with.
You begin to feel again the oneness of all of creation.
When we are caught up in chaos and fear,
We have no clarity or peace.
We feel disconnected,
And yet we never are and have never been.
We need to relearn to be still,
To quiet the mind,
And allow body,
Mind and spirit to unite once again.
The journey to the Sacred Place Within that you are about to embark on will take you to that deep inner place of serenity where healing can occur.
On this journey,
You will receive some of the many messages that nature shares,
And you may receive your own insights as well.
What is important is that you allow yourself to relax and let go.
Enjoy yourself as you are guided on this magical journey to the Sacred Place Within.
To receive the most benefit,
Make sure that you give yourself enough time,
That you won't be disturbed,
That the room is warm enough yet well ventilated and dimly lit.
A beeswax candle will enhance your journey.
Make sure that you wear loose,
Comfortable clothing,
Preferably of natural fibers.
This guided journey can be done sitting or lying.
If sitting in a chair,
Make sure your spine is straight and your feet flat on the floor.
Rest your palms comfortably on your thighs.
If sitting on the floor,
Again make sure your head,
Neck and spine are in alignment.
If you are not 100% comfortable sitting on the floor,
Move to a chair.
It is important that you are able to focus on the journey.
Lying can help prevent you from falling asleep,
As this can often happen when lying.
If you do fall asleep,
It's okay.
Just allow yourself to relax and enjoy yourself.
When lying,
You might like to place a flat pillow under your head and one under your thighs to help the muscles in your back relax.
You may like to cover yourself with a blanket.
The idea is to make yourself as comfortable as possible.
Again,
Make sure that your head,
Neck and spine are in alignment.
So get yourself comfortable and we'll begin.
Once you are comfortable,
Close your eyes and begin taking three deep breaths.
Each time that you breathe out,
Just allow yourself to let go a little bit more and feel yourself getting heavier,
Sinking deeper into the mat or the chair or the floor.
So begin with the three deep breaths.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight,
Nine,
Ten,
Eleven,
Twelve,
Thirteen,
Fourteen,
Fifteen,
Sixteen,
Seventeen,
Eighteen,
Twenty,
Twenty-five.
Now go back to your normal breathing and observe as your belly gently lifts and lowers with each inhalation and exhalation.
Just observe it.
Focus now on the sounds around you.
Begin with the ones that you can hear most easily and then listen for the more subtle sounds.
Now go back to focusing on your breath once more without changing,
Just observe.
We are now going to work through the body and as I mention each body part,
All that you are going to do is to put your attention on that part and gently,
Quietly say to yourself,
Relax or let go.
If you like,
You may actually tense that body part and release it.
Whatever feels right for you.
So starting with your toes,
Put your attention there and tell them to relax.
And now your feet.
Feel the whole of each foot.
Your ankles,
Lower legs,
Knees,
Thighs,
Hips and bottom.
Relax your belly and your chest.
Starting at the base of the spine,
Working your way up your back.
Just tell the muscles either side of the spine to relax,
To let go.
Come all the way up to your shoulders.
Focus your attention now on your shoulders and to the arms,
Upper arms,
Elbows,
Lower arms,
Wrists,
Hands and fingers.
Feel each fingertip.
Now go back up your arms and put your attention on your neck area.
Now into the back of your head.
Go across the top of your head and go down into your face.
Release any tension in your forehead.
Around your eyes.
And relax your jaw.
And now do what we call a body scan.
In your own time,
Starting at your toes,
Work your way through your body to see if there are any areas of tension left.
If you come across any,
Again just focus your energy there and tell that area to relax or let go.
Once you have completed this,
Go back to observing your natural breathing.
Now visualize or imagine above your head a white swirling light.
And as you focus your attention on it,
It begins to make its way down your body.
So see it swirling around you from above your head all the way down to beyond your feet.
So you are now cocooned in this white light of protection.
See it expanding quite a ways out from you.
I am going to count down from 10 to 1.
As I do so,
Allow my voice to guide you deeper into relaxation,
Knowing that you are completely safe.
If you like,
You can imagine that you are a feather or a leaf that is gently falling to the ground.
The idea is with each step to allow yourself to go deeper and deeper,
Completely letting go,
Surrendering to this precious moment.

In this deeply relaxed state,
Find yourself in a corridor walking towards a door where there are beams of light radiating around it.
You reach the door,
Turn the handle,
Push it open and walk into the light.
You know immediately that you have been transported into a magical world.
You can feel it.
This is a world where there is only love,
Peace and harmony.
You will notice that all aches,
Pains,
Illnesses are gone.
They do not exist.
You are in the middle of nature.
It is the beginning of a new day.
Dawn.
A magical time of day.
A very powerful time of day.
The sun is just beginning to rise and you stand and watch,
Observing the many colors that radiate.
As the sun rises,
The dawn course begins.
The birds welcome you with their song.
The gentle rays of the sun now shine down upon you.
And you can feel its warmth.
You are barefoot and can feel the soft grass beneath you.
Mother Earth.
Feel your feet planted firmly on the ground.
Now take a look around this beautiful magical place and see what draws your attention.
There is a mountain not too far away and there is a waterfall that cascades down into a lake.
In front of the lake is a forest.
You are at the entrance of this forest and ahead of you is a windy path.
This is your path,
Your journey,
The one that you are about to embark on.
Be open to receiving insights as you go along on this journey.
The universe is always assisting us and in many different forms.
So pay attention.
Begin your journey along your path,
Feeling a warm gentle breeze waft over you,
Feeling the soft earth beneath your feet.
Remember you are completely safe here.
This is a magical place of healing.
As you begin to walk along your path,
You can hear the wind whispering to you through the trees.
It is sharing its wisdom with you.
Something catches your eye and you walk over to a tree and you notice it is a chrysalis that is hanging from a branch.
Remember this for later.
Continue along your path,
Breathing in the fresh morning air and smelling the fragrance of the many flowers that you now notice around you.
Look at their colors and their shapes.
You hear a woodpecker drumming away in the distance.
This is a very special message for you.
It is telling you that it is essential that you learn to march to the sound of your own drum,
To walk to the beat of your own drum.
You are unique.
There is no one else in the whole of the universe that is the same as you.
And in order to live in peace and harmony,
You must learn to walk your own path.
Allow your uniqueness to shine through.
Continuing along,
You look up to the sky,
Beautiful bright blue.
As you do so,
A flock of geese fly above you in a V formation.
This signifies that you are embarking in a new direction,
New beginnings for you,
New adventures for you.
Now look around at the many trees there are in this forest and the different shades of green that each one offers,
As well as the plants all of the foliage around.
Whilst you are observing and absorbing all of this beauty,
A wolf appears from one side of the woods.
Remember,
There is only love,
Peace and harmony here,
And the wolf comes to you with love.
It tells you that it is going to lead you to a special garden,
A sacred garden,
Where a very deep healing will occur to assist you on your journey.
You give thanks to the wolf and follow it along your path.
A little further down,
A tiger appears from the other side,
It too comes with love and tells you that it is here to help you to reclaim your power.
For it is essential that you stop giving your power away,
To stop being a part of the flock of sheep.
For you have great power within you to do anything that you want to do.
For you have great power within you to do anything that you desire.
So you give thanks to this magnificent creature and now follow it and the wolf along your path.
An eagle flies in and perches on a branch in a tree nearby.
You stop and you look up.
It too comes with love and to assist you on your journey.
It tells you it has come to help you to find the courage to walk your own unique path.
For it does take tremendous courage.
But again,
You have that within you.
You have everything you need within you.
You just need to be reminded.
It is also going to help you to have the courage to fly high,
To soar high above all of the earthy mundane things.
So again,
You give thanks and now with your three companions,
Continue on your journey.
You come to the end of the forest and there in front of you is the mountain,
The waterfall and the lake.
The water is so calm that you can see the sun reflecting on it,
Sparkling like diamonds.
It is crystal clear and you can see to the bottom.
There are a pair of swans swimming in the lake.
The union of the masculine and feminine.
The awakening of the true beauty within you.
There are many flowers all around the edge of the lake.
The path continues around it and you follow with your companions.
Observing and absorbing all of the gifts of nature.
Feeling so blessed and so peaceful and full of joy.
You come to where the waterfall is.
Stand behind it and listen to the sound of that water as it cascades powerfully down into the lake.
You turn around and you notice your companions are waiting for you at the entrance of a cave.
You walk over and you follow them in.
Once inside you realize that the lighting in the cave comes from crystals,
Many colors embedded in the cave wall radiating out.
As you walk through the cave you are going to walk through a band of each of these colors.
These colors are the colors of the rainbow and each one is associated with an energy center or chakra located along your spine.
As you walk through each band of color that particular energy center will be rebalanced.
Red is the first color.
Orange.
Yellow.
Green.
Blue.
Indigo.
And violet.
You come to what appears a dead end but if you look closely you will see a triangle embedded in the cave wall.
And one side is an indentation that perfectly matches your hand.
Place your hand in it and the triangle slides to one side creating an opening.
You follow your companions through this opening and it closes behind you.
You know immediately that you have just entered the sacred garden.
You can feel its magic.
The energy here is so pure everything shimmers.
The colors are iridescent.
It is the most beautiful place you have ever seen.
There are many trees in this beautiful garden.
Go to one you feel drawn to.
Greet the tree spirit and ask to connect with it and then sit with your back against it.
The wolf sits on one side of you,
The tiger on the other and the eagle in a branch above you creating a triangle of which you are sitting in the middle.
Feel your spine against the tree.
See if you can feel the energy of the tree,
The connection to the tree spirit.
Take a look around this magnificent place.
If you look closely you will see the nature spirits,
The fairies and the divas.
There are many beings of light in this magical place and all of them are assisting you in helping you to heal yourself.
Something catches your eye and as you look over it is a web glistening in the sunlight.
There is a spider in the center of this web.
The message here for you is that you are the creator of your own destiny.
You weave your web with your thoughts,
Your words,
Feelings and actions.
Sitting here feeling very at peace,
Uncontented,
You notice a light coming towards you.
As it gets closer it gets bigger and brighter and you realize it is your guardian angel or spirit guide.
It has come to spend some time with you,
To share some information and to help you with healing.
It tells you that you are never alone,
You never have been and you never will be.
There are many beings of light who walk with you on your journey and they are here pacifically to assist you.
All you have to do is ask and then be open to whatever form their assistance comes in.
It could be something that somebody says or it could be a message from a bird or another animal.
It is just very important that you be in the moment and pay attention.
It also tells you that the only time that you have is now the present moment.
The past is gone and the future is not yet here.
You create your future by your present thoughts,
Feelings and actions.
When you live in the present moment you are open to the information from the universe.
This information assists you and guides you on your journey.
So it is really important to learn to live in the now,
To be here now.
It is also extremely important to take time each day to be still.
You are a part of nature,
You are not separate and you are not a robot.
You need to take time each day to recharge,
Learn from nature.
It is the best school.
It will teach you everything that you need to know.
So it is important to spend time in nature observing and being quiet.
When you are still you are able to tune into yourself,
Your higher self,
Your soul,
Your inner self and in turn God,
Creator,
Great spirit,
Whatever term you are comfortable with.
When you are still you have clarity,
Solutions to problems will come,
Guidance as to what you need to do on your path.
Your energy levels build and you will find an inner strength that will assist you through the many challenges that you face on a daily basis.
So take that time each day,
Go within,
Be still,
Tap into that inner peace,
That deep,
Deep well of inner peace that resides within you.
It now asks if there is anything that you need help with or anything that you would like to share.
So spend a few minutes sharing with your guardian angel or spirit guide or just being in its loving presence.
It now places its left hand on your heart center and immediately you feel its loving energy move into your body.
Follow that loving energy as it makes its way to every single cell of your body healing you on a very deep cellular level.
It now says it is time for it to leave,
To remember though that it is always with you in spirit and again that you are never ever alone,
That you are deeply deeply loved and honored for the journey that you walk.
Call upon them at any time.
You will find as you take time each day to be still,
You will become aware of their presence.
You may feel them,
Hear them or see them.
Be patient and persevere,
But they are here.
And then it gently begins to fade and you watch giving thanks,
Feeling the powerful love radiating deeply within your being.
It is now time for you to leave this place,
But know that you can come here any time that you desire to do so.
Find and turn and thank the Tree Spirit for its part in your healing and for communicating with you,
For connecting with you.
And then make your way back over to the triangle,
The cave wall.
Turn around once more and look around you at this beautiful magical place.
Give thanks to all the beings of light that have just been a part of your healing.
And remember,
You can come here any time that you choose to do so.
You now turn around and you notice that this time the indentation is on the other side of the triangle.
So you place your other hand in it,
The triangle slides to one side and you follow your companions back into the crystal cave.
You make your way back along your path,
Observing the shimmering of all of the crystals radiating from the cave walls,
Going through the band of colors and feeling the love and joy and peace powerfully within you.
Know that these feelings you are experiencing are who you really are.
And the more that you take time to tune into yourself and be aware and to live in the present moment,
The more that these feelings of peace,
Love and joy will be a natural part of your life.
Love is the most powerful force in the universe.
And is who you are.
You come back to the entrance of the cave and go back under the waterfall.
Stand again for a minute and listen to the sound of the water and see now if you can feel the energy of the water as well.
Begin to make your way back around the lake,
Noticing that it is now night time.
The sky is clear,
There is a full moon and many,
Many stars.
The water surface is still so calm that you can see the moon and the stars reflecting.
Go over to the edge and look at your own reflection.
Yes,
You too are shining brightly because you too are a being of light.
You continue back around the lake to the entrance of the forest and it is here that the eagle says it is time for it to leave.
To remember it is with you in spirit at all times.
Fall upon it to help you to find the courage to walk your own path.
To spread your wings and to fly.
And with that it takes off and you watch as it takes flight and soars into the sky,
Getting smaller and smaller until it is just a speck and you give thanks.
You begin to make your way back into the forest and as you do so you can hear tree frogs.
As you are walking through the forest you can feel the cool evening breeze wafting over you and the fresh smell of the air.
The tiger says that it too must leave now.
It is with you in spirit as well and to call upon it at any time.
It reminds you again that it is so important for you to reclaim your power to embrace it.
It is part of walking your own unique path.
When you embrace your power you have so much more confidence and well being too.
And with that it takes off into the woods and you give thanks as you watch.
Again feeling so blessed.
You now continue with the wolf.
Noticing how light it is with the full moon.
The wolf now says it is time for it to leave.
It reminds you again it is very important that you be your own leader,
Your own inner guide.
Even though others may have best intentions for you they can lead you astray with their perceptions of you.
What works for them may not work for you.
Reclaim your power.
Then you will have the peace and harmony that you seek.
Then it takes off into the woods and again you give thanks.
Something catches your eye and you walk over to the tree and you realize this is the tree that had the chrysalis hanging.
It has now been transformed into a butterfly.
Its colors gently shimmering in the moonlight.
You too have just undergone a transformation.
The message from the butterfly is to live life with joy.
Not to take life too seriously.
To have fun.
And then it gently takes flight and you watch as it makes its way up into the moonlight.
Look around you.
Look at the power and the gifts of nature.
The midnight blue sky with the full moon and the stars.
The mountain where you will find the sacred garden and the crystal cave.
The waterfall cascading down into the lake.
And the forest.
Feel the magic of nature.
Everything is connected.
Everything comes from the same source.
We are all a part of one.
As you deepen your connection to yourself you will remember this.
You will feel this and know you have never been separate and you never will be.
You hear the wolf howling in the distance and the sounds of the tiger and the eagle too all telling you this is truth.
And they are with you.
Give thanks to creator,
God,
Great spirit for all of creation and for you being a part of it.
Remember that you can come here any time that you choose to do so.
You turn around and in front of you is an enormous tree that towers way up into the heavens.
In the middle of this tree is a door.
Open the door and walk into the tree.
You find yourself in the corridor from whence you came.
As I count from one to ten allow my voice to bring you back here into the present.
Bring in those feelings of peace,
Love and joy with you.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight,
Nine,
Ten.
Start to become aware of your body.
Become aware of your breathing.
Just observe.
Notice your body sitting or lying on the surface.
Feel it against it.
Listen to the sounds around you.
Take a very long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and out.
And then begin to wiggle your toes and your fingers and stretch your body.
If you are lying down,
Bend your knees and roll over onto your side for a minute.
Sit or lie quietly until you feel ready.
Then open your eyes.
Take a couple more deep breaths.
Stretch your body a little and continue on your journey with those feelings of peace,
Love and joy radiating deep within you.
And then begin to wiggle your toes and your fingers and stretch your body.
And then begin to wiggle your toes and your fingers and stretch your body.
And then begin to wiggle your toes and your fingers and stretch your body.
And then begin to wiggle your toes and your fingers and stretch your body.
And then begin to wiggle your toes and your fingers and stretch your body.
And then begin to wiggle your toes and your fingers and stretch your body.
And then begin to wiggle your toes and your fingers and stretch your body.
