第一チャクラのための瞑想用サウンドです。第一チャクラの音のみのシンプルなサウンドになっています。 第一チャクラが活性化してくると、グラウンディング、生きる喜び、生命力等が強化されます。 このサウンドは約20分のトーニングサウンドになります。第一チャクラの音である「Lha（ラー）」もしくは「Lham（ラーム）」を心の中で唱えながら聴くのもおすすめです。またヘッドフォンなどの利用もおすすめします。
