Just allow yourself to get comfortable.
Whether you're sitting up or laying down,
Allow yourself to be in a position where you can hold your attention while also relaxing deeper and deeper.
Wherever you are,
I want you to focus on your breathing and just bring your attention to your body.
Notice how your chest and your belly moves when you inhale and exhale.
And just feel your body expanding and releasing.
And with every exhale,
You feel more and more relaxed and you go deeper and deeper into relaxation.
And as you're becoming more and more connected with your breath,
I want you to imagine yourself being surrounded by a very powerful,
Loving light.
And as you feel this around you,
You notice how grounded you feel,
Safe and surrendered in the moment,
Knowing that this is the perfect time to let go and allow yourself to be more and more relaxed.
And you go deeper and deeper into relaxation.
And just relax to your hands and your face and your shoulder.
Feel your teeth part as your jaw just relaxes.
And the more you relax,
The more you let go.
And the more you let go,
The more you relax.
And I want you to imagine yourself in a large group of people milling about in front of a stage.
Up on the stage is your future self.
You sit with the audience and you become very curious about this future self.
And you begin to notice that everyone,
Including you,
Are captivated by the presence of your future self on stage.
You have full attention now.
Your future self begins to speak to this large group of people.
Suddenly you become aware of a shift that has come over you and the entire audience.
Your future self has in some way had a profound impact on you and the rest of the people in the audience.
You are all altered or changed in some fundamental way.
Aware of this impact on yourself and others.
You all leave the room altered for the rest of your life.
And as you're leaving the room,
I want you to ask yourself,
What was the impact your future self had on you and the others?
How were you and the others transformed?
Who was your future self being to have such an impact?
Now you return into the auditorium once more.
The stage is there and a large group of people are milling about in front of the stage.
There is a buzz in the room.
Everything is the same as before,
Except this time it's you and your present self on stage.
You feel confident,
Grounded,
More certain of yourself than you ever have in your life before.
And as you realize this and embody it,
You look out over the crowd.
Feel the feelings you have as you are about to address the gathering.
Feel the tingling in your body,
The knowing of the impact you're about to make.
Just as you step up to the microphone,
Time freezes for an instant and you hear a voice in your ear that says your name and then says,
In the next 30 seconds,
You will have a chance to have an impact you want on this entire group in the audience.
It will be only one chance,
One impact,
But all of these people will be changed in some way.
They will have a different life because of the impact you've had on them.
Allow yourself to open up and feel what it is you want to create as the impact on this audience.
Really open up your heart and notice how powerful you are.
And as you're going through this experience,
You begin to notice the crowd is shifting.
They are completely relieved,
Empowered,
Unrecognizable from what you've given them,
What you've shared with them,
The space you created to hold and nurture them.
You can see the shift and the impact that you've made.
Feel that in your body now and bring those feelings into your heart and hold them there knowing that you created this.
This power came from within you.
The entire auditorium is cheering you on with happy tears of joy from you freeing them from what was holding them back and you feel that sense of honor and pride and deep,
Deep sense of gratitude.
And as you really soak in this experience,
Knowing that this is just the beginning,
You begin to walk off stage and you wave and thank the crowd and you have a smile on your face.
With every step you take off the stage,
You feel lighter and lighter and happier.
This sense of disbelief and empowerment pours all over you.
And as you begin walking up the stairs now,
Every step you take,
You feel lighter and you begin to notice the surroundings in the room you're in.
Begin to feel your body.
Notice your breathing again.
You wiggle your fingers and your toes and the more you wake up and come to full attention,
You feel happier,
Empowered,
Inspired.
And just notice your breathing now,
Really take a big deep breath and in a moment you're going to open your eyes,
Stretch and open your eyes now feeling wide awake,
Refreshed.
And there you are.
Take a moment to reflect now.
What impact did you have?
What happened to the people?
Who can you be now to create this in your life and be connected to your purpose?
Just really allow yourself the time now to be with yourself and know that you can come back to this meditation at any time.
