Hello gorgeous soul and welcome to Soul Service Astrology.
Today we are going to practice Earth Coherence.
So get yourself into a really comfortable seated position,
Making sure the chest is nice and open and the spine is upright.
Tuck the chin back,
Lengthen the back of the neck.
Once you've got yourself in a really comfortable position,
Allow your awareness to drop into the space in which you're seated,
Making sure there's nothing to disturb you and any additional sounds or background noises.
They just allow you to go deeper,
Deeper into your spirit realm.
And as your awareness has settled into your space,
You've settled into a comfortable position.
Your awareness comes into your body now.
Your awareness is going to come into your body through your breath.
Inhale through the nose,
Exhale out through the mouth with an audible sigh.
Nobody can hear you,
Let it all out.
Let whatever effort you need to let go of that's brought you to this point in your day.
We are going to journey with the elements to take you into that altered brainwave state,
Alpha or Theta,
So that you can easily access the spirit realm,
The unified field,
Infinite consciousness,
Source God,
The divine,
The universe.
This is a technique to allow you to access your non-local intuition.
Practice it over and over and over again and your intuition will be on call always.
Inhale through the nose again,
Exhale out through the mouth one more time.
As your awareness is settling into your body,
You feel your feet,
Your ankles,
Your calves,
Your knees,
Your thighs,
Your hips,
Your torso,
Your stomach,
Your spine,
Your chest,
Your back,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your wrists,
Your fingers,
Your neck and your head.
You're completely present with your breath and your body now.
We're going to go deeper with the breath,
With the belly breath.
So inhale through the nose and allow your belly to expand.
Notice the pores at the top of the inhalation and then exhale.
Allow the muscles to come back towards the spine and the pelvic floor to lift.
Notice the pores at the end of the exhale.
Do that two more times with your own breath.
Inhale,
Allow the belly to expand.
Notice the pores,
Exhale,
Slow it down.
Four to five counts.
Belly comes back towards the spine,
Pelvic floor lifts.
Notice the pores,
One to two seconds.
One more time.
And now as your breath has slowed down,
And you stay with a lengthened exhale,
We go deeper.
And you can see your heart and your lungs,
Your anatomical heart and your anatomical lungs,
And all your awareness pours into this space where the breath gets received and where you allow toxins and other waste products to leave through the breath.
And you can feel this symbiotic connection with the air.
The first thing we did when we were born was inhale the air into our lungs.
And we receive it.
There's no effort required.
The air fills us up.
Feel your deep,
Deep gratitude for this connection with air.
Seeing your lungs expand as the air fills them up and seeing them gently float down as you then return the air to the atmosphere and the trees.
You feel a deep sense of gratitude for this process.
Every single breath.
And you see your lungs and the heart and how they're deeply interconnected.
And you see a light,
You see your heart starting to turn into a silver or gold colour.
It ignites all the chambers and the veins and the arteries,
The valves,
The lungs as the blood moves back and forth between the heart,
The lungs ignite into this beautiful molten golden colour.
And all your awareness,
All your presence rests in this space and this deep,
Deep connection to the element of air.
You feel the flow in and out of the blood into the lungs and the heart and you see the light start to expand.
And you feel such gratitude for this process.
You bow down in the miracle that is this symbiotic process we have with all the vegetation on this planet.
And you start to see the ignited blood,
Its golden silvery glowing and it starts to make its way down your aorta into your torso.
And as you do,
You see the light,
Your light start to expand and find all the pathways down through your torso out into all the smaller arteries and then into the capillaries.
And then you see the light moving to every single cell and ignite.
You move down through your torso,
Down through your pelvis,
Into your thighs,
Your knees,
Your calves,
Your feet.
Every single blood vessel ignited.
And the light moves into every single cell and then you see the blood flowing up from your heart,
Up through the neck,
All the major arteries up into your head.
And in the next instant,
The next breath,
You are ignited in this beautiful golden silvery light.
And you feel a deep sense of gratitude for this process.
You can feel yourself vibrating with a higher frequency.
And then the light with each and every breath,
It continues to expand and it moves down into the earth.
You see yourself grow electric roots,
Rootlets coming out either your sit bones or your feet.
And they find their way down to the earth and as soon as they hit the element of earth,
The soil,
The dirt,
You feel strong.
You feel your strength.
You feel everything that you've learned.
And all the mistakes you've made.
And you feel the renewal in this space.
You feel the growth,
The death and the rebirth.
And you feel the food that you have consumed and it has become a part of you.
The earth has become a part of you.
And you see yourself bowing down in gratitude.
You feel your energy spreading out across this layer in an instant,
In the next breath.
You're completely connected to all the terrestrial spaces on the planet.
And you feel so supported.
And your energy,
Your light in this space connects with the water in a poor space.
One single molecule of H2O.
What a miraculous molecule.
And as soon as you connect with that one molecule,
The molecules in your cells remember.
And then you see another and another and another poor space and another poor space until there is a vast underground water system.
And you feel buoyant in this system.
You feel replenished and refreshed.
And you feel the water flow towards a creek,
A river,
A stream or an ocean.
And in the next instant you are the water on this planet.
One drop reflected in your cell as vast as the ocean on the planet.
You feel a deep,
Deep sense of gratitude for water and everything that it does for us.
And then your energy,
Your light,
You continue to see it expand up through the atmosphere that you take in and out of your lungs.
Every single breath.
And then you see the planet.
The earth,
The water,
The air,
The atmosphere.
And you bow down and you feel such love in your heart.
You can see the earth in your heart.
Perhaps you're holding it in your cosmic hands.
Perhaps you're cradling it like a baby in your cosmic arms.
Just feel that deep,
Deep connection that you have with your home.
And you feel the rays of our star,
Our Sun,
Shining on you.
And they hit you right in the heart.
And you know in that instance,
Without that Sun,
We would still be a molecule,
An atom,
Energy.
But here,
Right now,
We get to experience this life.
This human form connected to the planet and connected to everything there is.
You feel that passion and that purpose hit your heart.
You feel it burn away anything that's holding you back.
You feel it burning away anything that is not you.
You feel it burning away anything that's holding you back from sharing who you truly are.
And you stand,
Sit,
Lie,
Cradle the earth,
Having the Sun hit you in the heart.
And you feel a deep reverence,
Acknowledgement,
An honor to be part of this system in this very moment.
And you feel deeply grateful.
For the next few moments,
Stay with this feeling of gratitude in your heart.
Let it reverberate throughout your entire body,
Moving into silence now.
You you you take a big inhalation through your nose you receive the air into your lungs and you exhale out through your mouth and you return the favor to our planet you feel that wave of relief wash over you knowing that you are connected to everything at any given moment and you can connect to anything at any given moment returning to your deep felt sense of gratitude to reverberate throughout every cell of your being whenever you need and you take this feeling with you throughout the rest of your day or into your dreams take another inhalation through your nose and you wiggle your feet and your toes and you start to see the space in which you're seated again perhaps you rub the thighs perhaps you rub your hands together perhaps you inhale and take a deep stretch open the heart towards the sky and exhale release and gently open your eyes and feel that deep sense of gratitude reverberating throughout every cell of your being
