Mindful Tapping For Divine Healing Energy

This is an active meditation using Mindful tapping which is a form of EFT. This tapping round is to help you to open to recieving Divine healing energy. It can be used any time of the day or night and involves a visualistion of a healing sanctuary at the end of the tapping round.

Hello,

It's Kelly here and today I'd like to take you through a mindful tapping practice for divine healing energy.

So if you'd like to find yourself in a comfortable place,

Either seated or laying,

Take some time to allow your body to feel comfortable.

Maybe taking a few nice breaths in and out and just allowing all the muscles and the nerves to soften out and relax.

Making a conscious decision now to give yourself this time to allow yourself to receive some beautiful healing energy.

Notice if you need to call back any parts of yourself that may be elsewhere.

Maybe they're stuck somewhere in the past.

Or maybe they've gone out into your future.

Call them back now and become fully present.

And now it's time to do the active part of this meditation.

We're going to do it very slowly and mindfully to assist with receiving the healing vibration.

So first of all,

Please place your hands over your heart,

One over the other.

And take a few moments to just allow yourself to connect with your own heart energy.

Notice how your heart's feeling.

Does it need to soften a little bit?

Or become more open?

You can help it to soften and open by just sending that instruction down to your heart.

It's safe to soften and open and relax.

So now we're going to use the tapping points that are used in the technique called modern energy tapping.

The first point is on the very top of your head,

Your crown.

So take one of your hands slowly up to the top of your head and start gently and rhythmically tapping the top of your head on the crown point.

Taking some nice breaths in and out as you do.

And then saying the words,

I'm receiving divine healing energy.

And take a nice breath in and out and now slowly move that hand down to your third eye,

The centre of your forehead.

And again with just one or two fingers gently and lovingly tapping that point.

I'm open to receiving divine healing energy.

Taking a breath in and out.

Now slowly moving your hand just down to the very corner edge of your eyebrow point,

The corner nearest your nose.

Take another nice breath in and out and feel yourself relax as you tap this point.

I'm now open to receiving divine healing energy for whatever I need it for.

Nice breath in and out.

Feel as if your energy body is opening,

Expanding and receiving.

And now we're taking a finger down to the corner of your eye on the outside edge of your eye and you're tapping on the eye bone lovingly,

Lightly and rhythmically.

I am willing to receive divine healing energy now.

Nice breath in and out.

Allow your body to relax and soften.

If you work with your own personal guides you can call them to be with you.

And now we're moving the finger down to just under your eye directly in line with your pupil tapping on the eye bone.

Divine healing.

I am open to receiving this divine healing now.

Nice breath in and out.

Gently moving your finger down to just underneath your nose and above your top lip.

Taking a nice breath in and out.

Feel that energy coming to you,

Healing you.

Open to divine healing energy.

Take a nice breath in and out.

Pay attention to how your body is feeling and how your energy is feeling.

Now moving your finger down to the very middle of your chin.

I am open to receiving divine healing energy.

Nice breath in and out.

Now we're coming down from the face and onto the collarbone.

And we're tapping the end point of the collarbone.

It's called the K27 point.

I am open to receiving divine healing energy now.

Good.

Relaxing even more.

And now we're going to be tapping on the thumb and the fingers of either one of your hands.

So with the other hand,

Your tapping hand,

We're going to the thumb point first.

And it's on the base of your thumbnail on the outside edge.

So if you're tapping your left hand,

It's on the right hand side of the thumbnail.

And if you're tapping your right hand,

It's on the left hand side at the base of the thumbnail.

I'm even more open to receiving a powerful,

Divine healing intervention.

Nice breath in and out.

Feel the energy flowing through your physical body and your energy systems.

As we now move on to your first finger and again we're tapping on the base of the nail on the outside edge.

Thank you for this divine healing.

Nice breath in and out.

Moving on to the middle finger,

Base of the nail outside edge.

Feel your body opening even more now as you completely relax.

And you gently tap this finger.

Thank you for this perfect divine healing intervention.

Nice breath in and out.

Now on to the ring finger.

Tapping lightly and rhythmically.

Holding your attention.

As you say,

I am very open to receiving a divine healing for my highest good.

Nice breath in and out.

Now tapping a little finger,

Base of the nail outside edge.

Thank you for this beautiful,

Powerful,

Divine healing.

Nice breath in and out.

And now we're moving on to our final tapping point and it's called the karate chop point because that's the motion you're making as you tap this point which is halfway down the back edge of the hand.

And it is just like a karate chop point.

And it is just like karate chopping motion.

I give myself permission to receive the full power of this divine healing intervention.

Thank you.

Nice breath in and out and then gently bringing your hands back over your heart.

Relax,

Soften and open.

Allow all the cells in your body to receive this divine healing now.

Breathe it in and flow it down and out through your body.

Every cell of your being is vibrating with this new energy.

Allow yourself to know healing is happening.

Now use your mind and see yourself in the most beautiful healing sanctuary.

It's a perfect view.

It's your own special place for you to heal and grow.

Notice the colours in your sanctuary.

Notice your surroundings and the weather.

And know that you can come back to this place anytime you wish.

And every breath you take here in your sanctuary is a healing breath.

A relaxing and yet rejuvenating breath.

It's a breath that creates a space within you.

Away from all the day to day things.

Your own sacred place.

See yourself finding a very comfortable place to sit or lay in your sanctuary.

Notice you're closing your eyes and you're just relaxing a little bit more.

More and more relaxed.

More and more open.

And of course you can stay in your sanctuary for as long as you like.

And the more you visit it the more powerful it will become for you.

But for now just start to bring your awareness back to this time and this space.

Thank yourself for being present and receiving this healing gift.

And then just slowly have a little move of your fingers and your toes.

Maybe stretching a little bit now.

Moving your shoulders round forwards and then backwards.

Moving your head slowly in a no and then a yes movement back to front.

Side to side.

Relaxing your hands and then when you're ready opening your eyes and coming all the way back to the here and now with this beautiful healing energy.
