Do you feel like your body needs a little break from staring at a computer all day?

Let's move the body together just a little bit so that you can go back feeling a little bit more energized,

Yeah?

We're going to breathe in and sit up nice and tall.

I want you to use your chair to help you twist to the right and look over your right shoulder.

Take in a big breath,

Imagining that you're creating more space between each rib.

One more deep breath.

Now gently come back through center and twist over to the other side.

Take a big breath in.

You'll feel that space that you're creating all the way down through the side.

Last breath.

Nice.

You'll bring yourself back through center.

You can get back to work with a little bit more space.
