Whew! I listened twice to absorb the questions. At this rate and depth of inquiry, I think I will know a great about myself at the end of this course.

This is at least the 5th time I did this visualization. Each time it is an eye opener. Each time I discover something of myself. Each time it helps ne clarify my goals, my life.

This was an amazing self-assessment and self-realization exercise. I also love the calmness of your voice. It let me know everything is going to work out fine.

Not so coincidentally I've been writing to our incarcerated brothers about purpose, so this meditation/process will impact everyone on my "Love & Blessings" email list as well as myself, my family and my friends. Lovely and helpful! ~ Rev. Julie

The definition of power stopped me in my tracks. So simple, so clear and yet one of the heaviest, most infused words in our language. It is reserved for others, revered. But at its core, in its definition, it belongs to each and every one of us. It's meaning has been perverted and skewed to convince us it is not ours. Unattainable. Selective. But power comes in many forms and takes on many different shapes. It is what you make it and what you need it to be. Power is not something to find but instead something to rediscover. It lives in each one of us.

This challenge has been life changing!! Just what I needed to get out of my funk and start choosing my personal journey instead of just wiring for things to happen to me.

Loved this! I’m dropping judgement, pausing letting go and forgiving myself when I catch myself there. Thank you 🙏🏼
