
Breathe With Me In The Scottish Countryside
Let’s breathe together. This guided meditation invites you to slow down, release, and restore. You’ll be embraced by the timeless presence of Scotland, grounding you as you connect with your breath, your body, and your highest self. Take this moment to soften, to listen, and to simply be. Allow the rhythm of your breath and the energy of this sacred land to hold and ground you. There’s nowhere to be but here.

Welcome.
Thank you so much for being here.
We are currently in Scotland,
Right on the coast in a beautiful little cottage on a sheep farm.
We left London and traveled north and stopped for a few days in England to break up the ride.
And yeah,
Now we're in Scotland.
And I thought it would be really beautiful today to just drop into our heart spaces and into our bodies and do a nice meditation.
So if you have about the next 15 to 20 minutes to yourself,
It's a really perfect time to just drop in.
If you don't,
Then I would recommend pausing this video and coming back when you have the time and the space to yourself to really be able to show up for yourself.
So let's just start by closing down our eyes and finding a comfortable position.
So whether you're lying down or sitting up,
Just feeling into your body what aligns with you today.
Maybe if you're more tired,
You lay down with a blanket or maybe you just stay sitting up.
Just starting to focus on your breath.
Feeling the air as it moves in through your nose.
Allowing it to release through your mouth.
Just being here,
Being present.
Grounding into our bodies.
Maybe taking some slow movements with your neck from side to side as you continue to breathe.
Maybe rolling your head.
Starting the other way,
Rolling your head back.
Rolling your shoulders out.
Just really taking any movements right now that feel good to your body.
I like a lot of times to kind of sway and wave my body.
Just breathing and being here.
Finding presence.
We're going to begin today by taking five side breaths.
So we'll inhale for five seconds.
We'll pause at the top for five seconds.
And then we'll exhale for five seconds.
And by side breath,
I mean really letting go of the energy that you hold within you.
So it'll sound like.
It's kind of that release and that sigh that you have if you get stopped at a red light and you're trying to get somewhere or something's not going right in your life.
The computer's annoying you and you have those big sighs.
We're going to do five releases of that.
And I'll guide you through them.
Let's begin our inhale in three,
Two,
One.
And release.
Breathing in for five.
And release.
And again,
Breathing in.
Hold.
Release.
Moving your body even if you need to.
Breathing in.
Hold.
Release.
Last one.
Breathing in.
Hold.
Release.
Your biggest exhale of the day,
Of the week,
Of the month.
You'll be giving a little shake to your body,
To your hands,
And to your feet.
Really allowing that energy to move through you.
Getting these last movements out just so we can really ground in.
Feeling free to take any more sigh breaths or deep breaths.
That feels aligned with you.
When you're ready,
I just want you to place your hands face down.
Could be on the ground next to you.
Could be on your thighs if you're sitting up.
If you're laying down by your sides,
Palms down to ground into that earth energy.
Let's just continue to focus on the breath.
This time is just for you and your soul.
Life gets so busy.
You have your own life and things personally.
Your loved ones,
Your partner,
Your children,
Your friends,
Your co-workers.
But this time is just for you.
Shutting everything else off and just tuning into your being.
I want you to imagine the sun up in the sky above you.
You see the beams of light shining off the sun,
Radiating down towards you.
You feel the warmth of the sunbeams on the crown of your head.
I just want you to be here and be present with that feeling.
The warmth,
The life force of the sunshine.
As the beams come down upon your head,
You see this golden,
Shimmering,
Luminous light energy begin to shine down on you.
It starts at the top of your head and it slowly begins to melt down your head.
The back,
The sides of your head,
Toward your ears and your forehead.
As this energy moves through you,
You feel warmth and love.
You feel calmness,
Relaxation.
You feel your forehead release,
Your temples.
It continues down your face,
To your cheeks,
Your eyes,
And your jaw releases,
Your ears,
And your mouth.
Feeling calm as the light energy continues down your neck,
Your throat,
Your shoulders release.
You feel them get heavier into the earth beneath you,
Your chest.
You feel this golden light energy encapsulate your heart space and you feel love.
As you just continue to breathe into this energy,
The golden shimmers move down your right arm,
To the elbow,
And the wrist,
To the hand,
And the fingers.
Then continuing down your left arm,
To the elbow,
And the wrist,
The palm of the hand,
And the fingers.
Feeling lighter.
This golden light energy weaves itself down your spine,
Your ribcage,
Your solar plexus,
And your sternum.
Encapsulating all of your organs.
This healing energy moving through you,
Grounding you.
The sunshine is so powerful.
It gives you life.
It heals.
This shimmering energy continues down your pelvis,
Your right leg,
Right thigh,
Your right calf,
Your right shin,
Your right ankle,
Your right foot,
And your toes.
Down your left leg and thigh,
Down your knee and shin and calf,
Your left ankle and foot,
Your left toes.
You're just breathing into this golden light energy,
This healing force.
You see your entire being is encapsulated in this luminous energy,
This healing energy.
It's like you're in this beautiful cocoon,
This portal,
Just being held so gently.
Just allowing yourself to sink a little bit deeper.
Can you release a little bit more?
Your jaw?
How about your shoulders?
Can they melt a little bit deeper into the earth beneath you?
Just coming back to your breath.
Just being here,
Being present in this moment.
In through your nose and out through your mouth.
You are healing.
You are resting.
You're at peace.
You are so loved.
You are so,
So held and supported.
Trusting this.
Believing in this.
Believing in yourself.
Remembering your worth.
All the cells in your body are being nourished and upgraded.
You're releasing negativity.
Dissolving attachments and restoring balance within you.
You're such a powerful soul on this earth.
I can feel that so deeply within me.
I can feel that within yourself.
Allow yourself to receive the love that you so freely give to others.
You love so much,
So deeply.
You care so much about others.
This time is for you to receive that.
Give that to yourself.
See yourself in this cocoon.
Fill it with love.
Restore your being and just simply relax and enjoy.
Your higher self has a message for you.
They whisper it in your ear.
Remember this.
Remember this message.
It might be a word,
A picture,
A reminder.
Remember this message from your higher self to reflect on later.
And as you're resting in this beautiful light energy from the sun,
I want you to feel the quiet presence of the earth beneath you.
Whether you're near or far,
The land of Scotland holds ancient wisdom.
It is timeless.
It is sacred.
It is fierce.
And it is wise.
And I want you to ground into this energy,
Allowing it to fill your being.
And just taking some more deep breaths.
Maybe starting to bring some movement to your body.
To your hands and to your feet.
Wiggling your toes and your fingers.
Maybe taking some more deep breaths.
And if you want to stay in this meditative state,
Feel free to do so.
For the rest,
You can slowly begin to open your eyes.
It feels good for you.
Coming back to earth.
Slowly and simply.
Maybe stretching your hands above your head.
Stretching to the right.
Stretching to the left.
Back to the top.
And then stretching backwards.
And opening your eyes.
Welcome back.
I just want you to actually take your hand right now and just put it on your heart space.
Maybe both your hands.
And I want us to take one more deep,
Deep breath into the heart space.
I want you to feel the beat of your heart underneath your hand.
And feel gratitude for this life that you get to live.
For this body.
For this heart that shows up for you every second of every single day.
And I want you to just pour your love and gratitude and energy into your heart space.
Maybe you say I love you out loud or in your head.
Just feeling so,
So deeply into this space.
And I want you to know how loved you are,
How beautiful you are.
How lucky and blessed the world and the earth and all of the humans here are to have you.
It's such an honor that I'm able to share this meditation with you.
And yeah,
Just truly thank you so much.
