Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Filling your lungs completely and exhale slowly through your mouth.
As you take two more deep breaths in,
Feel yourself becoming more grounded.
Imagining roots extending from out the bottoms of your feet.
Roots extending from your body into the earth.
Anchoring you,
Grounding you firmly and safely.
Settle in a little bit more.
Relaxing your body just that little bit more.
Picturing a warm light at the centre of the earth.
Radiating up through your roots and into your body.
This light vibrating,
Healing energy.
Peaceful energy.
In front of you now is a gentle hill.
Take a deep breath in.
And feel the air becoming lighter and more refreshing.
Exhale and release the tension.
You see this hill in front of you and you begin to walk.
On the path you see beautiful flowers blooming.
Here is where you're finding a nice rhythm of a deep inhale and a relaxed exhale.
Witnessing what is around you.
All of the colours of the rocks,
The path,
The plants.
Allowing yourself to settle on a rock and look outwards with a gentle breeze on your face.
The light of the sun warming your skin.
You can see the sea from where you sit.
Watching the waves at a distance.
Taking a deep breath in now to hold and then release.
Inhale.
Hold at the top of your lungs.
Hold at the top and release through the mouth.
Inhale.
Hold at the top.
And exhale.
Inhale.
Hold at the top.
And exhale.
Inhale.
Hold.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Hold.
Exhale.
Last one,
Get it really deep.
Inhale.
Hold.
And exhale.
You decide to take a deep breath in now and then release through the mouth.
You want to see a better view of the sea.
You travel on your feet up the hill slightly more.
You see how things begin to change.
How the plants and flowers become more lush,
More colourful.
You see a collection of seated rocks in front of you.
One that feels like a transformative place where people would gather for healings and chantings.
Make your way to the centre of this circle.
In the middle,
You see a table of rock.
Get onto this table.
You can hear the waves crashing in the distance.
The peace,
The breeze.
Lying on this table,
You can imagine a beautiful view of the sea.
You can imagine the waves washing over you,
Cleansing away any pain,
Any worry.
As the wave retreats away,
You feel lighter,
More at peace.
Inhale and imagine the ocean's energy filling your body with calm tranquility.
Exhaling anything that is no longer serving your body,
Your emotional well-being.
And here on this table at the top of this hill,
You feel the light coming through,
The beautiful sun touching you.
And you are filled with a warm energy,
A glow around your body and your being.
You are being touched by something much greater,
Much more healing.
The depths of you are beginning to understand that your healing journey is happening deep within.
Your soul is speaking.
Here we are going to do a set where you will breathe deeply through the nose in two bursts.
So it sounds like this.
And you're going to hold and then release.
There will be no break between breaths and you will then go again into the double and release,
Allowing yourself to fully surrender into what your body needs to tell you,
To show you,
To guide you.
And ready in three,
Two,
One.
Held,
Enlightened and releasing.
Allowing yourself the privilege of letting go.
Deep sense of relaxation as the breath enters.
Holding to collect.
Thanking what you collect for the lessons and for the journey.
And allowing them to leave with love.
Saying to yourself that I am willing to accept and forgive.
I am able to move through the world with peace,
Letting go of all past feelings and regrets.
Allowing yourself to be in this very present moment.
Embracing and loving exactly who you are right now.
Who you have become and who you choose to move into in your future.
Being gentle with yourself.
Feel the air fill your lungs,
Fill your cells,
Your blood,
Your bones.
Filling every thought,
Every crack or crevice that lives within you.
Releasing and letting go.
A gentle breath in.
Allowing your body to fully return to itself.
Cells are so oxygenated and happy.
Filled with life,
Source and joy.
Take this moment now to thank yourself,
To thank this beautiful hill and to thank your ancestors and the generations before you.
For your ability to heal.
Your ability to cleanse and your ability to find peace.
Slowly rise from your surface on this hill.
Filled with gratitude.
Feeling like that warm radiant light is now pulsating out of your body and filling the air around you.
Radiating into the hill,
The plants,
The sky.
You now begin your descent down the hill,
Watching the ocean with a new filled gratitude.
Every step down the hill grounding you.
One step in front of the other.
Acknowledging that on this hill you leave any resent,
Hurt,
Pain as a memory of learning.
You walk away with the awareness that you have come back to who you truly are.
When you reach the base of the hill,
Place your hands over your heart and acknowledge the healing within.
Take one last deep breath in and exhale as slowly as you can.
Allowing your body to adjust to the new energy and bringing your presence and awareness back to the right now.
