Great Mother and Father God,
I release to you the burdens that I've been carrying,
Burdens that you never intended for me to carry.
I cast all my cares upon you,
All my worries,
My fears.
And you've shared with me in your own way to not be anxious about anything,
But rather to bring everything to you,
My spirit in prayer and thankfulness.
I'd ask that you calm my restless spirit,
Quiet my anxious heart,
Still my troubling thoughts and with the assurance that spirit is truly in control.
I let go of my grip upon the things I have been hanging on to.
With open hands,
I come to you.
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
Courage to change the things I care,
And wisdom to know the difference.
I now invite my most loving ancestors to please come in and connect with me.
Assist me in quieting my mind and elevating my vibration so that I can hear you and experience your love and gratitude.
I ask for your protection throughout my day.
I call upon my team of angels.
Please surround me with divine healing,
Love,
And light.
I ask for a complete healing on the level of my mind,
Body,
And spirit,
Inside and out.
I ask that you release any and all blockages,
Cleanse my entire being,
And raise my vibration to support total healing according to divine will.
