Welcome This is your time now A space for you to rest,

To let go and to know you're safe Now start to settle in and let's begin Begin by noticing your breath No need to change it right away Simply noticing Now take a slow inhale through your nose and exhale gently through your mouth Inhale like a soft sigh Let's do this three more times together Inhale,

Filling your lungs with fresh air Exhale,

Letting go of the day Inhale,

Calmness entering your body Exhale,

Any tension just melting away One last inhale And long,

Easy exhale Let your breath return to a natural rhythm Gentle,

Effortless,

Calm Now bring your awareness to the very top of your head Imagine a warm,

Soothing wave slowly beginning to move through your body Feel your scalp soften Your forehead smooth Any furrows or tightness just easing away Let your eyes grow heavy Resting,

Free of tension Relaxing the space between your eyebrows Softening your cheeks Unclenching your jaw And letting your tongue rest naturally Feel your neck lengthen Releasing any weight you've been carrying today Feel your shoulders melting downwards As if they've been waiting all day to finally relax Let the heaviness flow from your shoulders down through your arms Your upper arms loosen Your elbows soften Forearms relaxing Your hands unclench And palms open Each finger gently releasing Until every fingertip feels calm Bring your awareness to your chest Feel your breath rising and falling here With every inhale,

Imagine light filling your chest Opening your heart And with every exhale,

Imagine any stress leaving your body effortlessly Just letting your heart fully rest in safety Let your belly soften No need to hold it in anymore today Let it be free,

Expanding and relaxing with each breath Feel your back starting from your upper spine Unraveling all the way down to your lower spine Every muscle unwinding Letting go Shift your attention to your hips Imagine all the tension stored here melting away Imagine your thighs releasing Feeling heavy and supported by the ground beneath them Without doing anything Knees soften Lengthening And your ankles loosen Finally,

Feel the wave reaching your feet Your heels sinking The soles of your feet relaxing Your toes uncurling,

One by one Your whole body feels calm now Safe,

Deeply supported Relax,

Knowing that every part of you has been acknowledged Every part of you is allowed to rest You've done enough today You've been enough today There is nothing more you need to fix or figure out tonight And whatever happened today,

You can set it down now You are safe to rest You are safe to let go You are safe to just be Feel your breath steady and soft Feel your body heavy,
