This gentle meditation is an invitation to stop striving and offer yourself compassion instead. When exhaustion or self-doubt rise, you’ll be guided through breath and awareness to meet yourself with tenderness — not judgment. You’ll learn how to calm the nervous system through mindful breathing, soften inner criticism, and rest in simple kindness. Perfect for moments when you feel like you “should be doing more” or when the day has been heavier than expected. Let this be your reminder that healing begins not with effort, but with acceptance. Hi love,

Welcome Before we begin,

Let's just take a moment to simply arrive You don't have to do anything yet Just notice where you are And the surface beneath you The air around you The way your body feels as it exhales If your day has been full If your mind has been loud And the space is here for you To soften To simply return Now take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose And exhale softly with a sigh Let your jaw unclench Let your belly soften You've carried so much today And just for this moment You don't need to hold it Let your breath be gentle As if you were breathing kindness into your whole body Now place a hand over your heart It's steady rhythm Repeat silently after me Be gentle with myself It feels,

As you speak these words,

Softer Know that this softness that you've felt Isn't something outside of you And it lives within you You can simply place your hand Or take a slow,

Deep breath
