I go live each week discussing Understanding Your Financial Personality to Create a Rich Life because life is about more than money, it’s about meaning. Depending on your background, experiences, and beliefs, what you feel is meaningful may be different from what others or society says is important to create a rich life. This meditation session is specifically for my live attendees. Listen to this every day to attract the things you said would give you a rich life. To me, a rich life is one filled with peace, good health, loving relationships, material things that bring you pleasure, and a reputation you can take pride in. Over my years as a performance and financial therapist, this is what I've found to be the most important to many of my clients. You may have a different definition. Whatever it is, we will explore it and meditate together to align with it. If you didn't attend the live your specific request may not be in this meditation, but you might find a surprise.

So you're going to take a breath in,

Deep breath in,

Fully,

Full,

Big,

Deep breath in and out.

And you're going to do that again,

Deep breath in.

Doesn't have to be slow.

Just take a deep breath in however you like and blow it out.

So I want you to really connect.

And we've been doing a lot this morning already,

Or this afternoon,

Depending upon where you are.

And so just breathe in,

Because I want you to control your breath.

You see how much control you have of your breath?

That is how much you can control your emotions.

That is how much you control what comes into your life.

Just control your breath.

And now,

If you can slow your breath down,

Use that control to slow down your breath.

Yeah.

And as you slow down your breath,

You also feel different.

You may feel some physiological changes happen in your body as you slow down your breath.

Maybe your heartbeat even slows down.

As you slow down your breath,

Your heartbeat slows down.

And as you slow down your breath and your heartbeat slows down,

Thank you.

Just say thank you.

Thank you.

Just appreciate your breath.

And just say to yourself,

I let go.

I let go.

Let go of that breath you're holding on to.

Just breathe.

Let go of that stress you're holding on to.

Just breathe.

Let go of that judgment you're holding on to.

Just breathe.

Let go of the doubt you're holding on to.

Just breathe it out.

And wherever you hold those negative emotions in your body,

Let them go.

Let them loose.

Delete.

Delete.

Delete them from your body.

Just let it go.

Let it loose.

Maybe you hold it in your neck.

Let it go.

Maybe you hold that stress in your jaws,

In your teeth,

Clenching your jaws.

Let it go.

And you'll just smile.

Let that smile light up your whole face,

Relaxing your jaws.

Let it go.

If you hold that stress in your shoulders,

Just roll your shoulders.

Let it go.

If you hold that stress in your spine,

Just imagine your spine stretching and straightening.

Just see it.

Sense it.

Feel it becoming looser,

Your neck releasing,

Your shoulders releasing,

Your jaws releasing,

Your back releasing.

Let it go.

Let it loose.

I let go.

Your lower back,

That's where you hold your stress,

Your tension,

Your pressure,

Your doubt.

Let it go.

Let it loose.

Release it.

And if you hold it in your stomach,

Just let it go.

Let it loose.

Release it.

Breathe it out.

Send that area of your body some love.

Just be with it.

I let go.

And if you'd like,

You can put your hands on that area of your body,

Your jaws,

Your shoulders,

Your neck,

Even your stomach,

Your back.

Just your chest.

Just breathe it out.

Let it go.

Let it loose.

Maybe you hold it in your hips.

Breathe it out.

I let go.

Maybe you hold it in your thighs,

Hamstrings,

Your butt.

Just release.

Let it go.

Let that tension,

That stress,

That pressure,

That doubt,

Let it go.

Maybe you hold it in your knees.

It's time to move forward.

Let it go.

Let it loose.

Release it from your body.

You hold it in your calves,

Your ankles,

Your feet.

Just let it go.

Let it loose.

Release it.

Now just squeeze your toes,

Your feet.

Squeeze,

Squeeze,

Squeeze,

And release.

I let go.

Now your calves.

You may have to flex your feet in order to squeeze your calves.

Just squeeze,

And release.

I let go.

And now your hamstrings and your quads,

Your thighs.

You may have to point your toes in order to do that.

Squeeze,

Squeeze.

You can get your butt in there,

Too.

Just squeeze.

Squeeze all that stress.

Just squeeze it.

Squeeze it.

Hold it.

You might get your hips in there,

Too.

Squeeze,

Squeeze,

Squeeze,

And release.

I let go.

Very good.

And now your abdomen,

Your lower back.

Just squeeze,

Squeeze all the organs in between.

Squeeze,

And release.

Very good.

Your shoulders,

Your chest,

And your upper back.

Just squeeze,

Squeeze,

And release.

I let go.

And now your shoulders again,

This time with your arms.

Squeeze your hand,

Your arms,

Shoulders.

Squeeze,

Squeeze,

And release.

I let go.

Now squeeze your neck and your face.

Squeeze,

Pucker those lips.

Squeeze your eyes,

Your forehead.

Even your hair.

Squeeze your ears.

Get your neck in there.

Tighter,

Now just breathe normally and naturally.

As you let go,

Nothing to do,

Sometimes it's hard to imagine,

But just let go and see.

Making it easy for me to create and maintain my creativity.

Every day,

In every way,

I am in the flow.

Money comes easily,

Frequently.

I make money being myself.

Money comes to me when I let go.

The more I let go,

The more money flows.

I attract $15,

000 a month into my life.

I have $500,

000 in revenue every year,

Easily,

Frequently.

Isn't it wonderful to have $500,

I put aside money because all my bills are paid.

I have savings,

Investments.

I can be generous.

I give.

I receive easily because I let go.

And I don't have to hold on to money because it always returns a hundredfold.

000 in the bank.

I attract a publisher into my life who believes in my work.

I help my family become financially stable.

I teach my family to fish.

Everything I need,

I have already.

I just have to release and let go and receive it.

I save and invest so I can retire whenever I want to.

Money comes easily and frequently because I let go.

I travel and learn.

And money comes to me from me just being myself,

Learning.

The more I learn,

The more money that comes to me.

I love learning.

I learn from experience.

I travel.

I see the world,

Asia and beyond.

My wedding expenses are paid for.

I enjoy my honeymoon with ease,

Knowing that I have a down payment for my home.

I travel with my children.

I have enough money to do all these things.

I take vacation with ease.

All the bills are paid.

I am in my feminine,

And I attract what I want into my life.

The companion I attract brings financial stability.

It is easy for me to attract money,

And it becomes easier and easier every day in every way.

And I pay off debt,

So I have the freedom to do what I want this year and beyond.

I have so much money that my partner can quit their job,

Let it go,

Let it loose.

Anything in the way of me creating,

Please delete it,

Uncreate it,

And de-story it all.

Anything in the way of me creating,

You can fill in that blank.

And now take this feeling,

This freedom,

That you let go of all the doubt,

The judgment,

The forcing.

Take this feeling from your subconscious brain to your conscious brain.
