Close your eyes.

Begin to bring your attention inward.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in and let it go.

Again,

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

Let your whole body soften.

Your shoulders,

Your jaw,

Your legs.

Bring your attention to your feet.

Feel your roots connecting you to the earth,

Grounding your energy,

Allowing you to be fully present,

Fully here.

Now take your attention to the top of your head.

Feel that golden light connecting you with the central Sun of the universe,

Connecting you to source energy,

Feeling completely present,

Safe and aligned.

Now bring your awareness to the center of your chest.

Feel the rise and fall of your breath around your heart space.

With your breath as your guide,

Begin to turn inward.

Gently shift your awareness behind your physical heart,

Just a few centimeters or inches back,

As if you were standing just behind your physical heart.

Now feel a subtle pull,

A gentle suction,

As though something is drawing you into this space,

Into a deeper part of you.

Allow yourself to be pulled in.

Don't force it.

Just surrender to the movement.

You are now entering the sacred space of your heart.

Take a moment here.

Look around.

What does it feel like?

What does it look like?

There is no right or wrong.

For some,

It might feel like a cave of light.

For others,

A vast beach at sunset.

Mine,

For example,

Is filled with a warm glow.

Massive crystal plates stretched out beneath me,

And I can sit on them and recharge.

Let yourself explore.

Feel the textures,

Colors,

Energy.

Notice the peace,

The stillness.

This space is always here for you.

It's where you can return to when you're depleted,

Overwhelmed,

Or simply seeking clarity.

It holds the essence of who you are.

You can lay down or sit in the sacred space now.

Recharge,

Receive,

Or rest.

Let the energy of the sacred space in your heart nourish you.

Feel yourself filling with light,

Gently,

Effortlessly.

And now begin to return,

Gently and slowly.

Feel the subtle movement pulling you back to behind your physical heart.

And then to the center of your chest.

And back into the awareness of your whole body.

Begin to notice your breath again.

The sounds around you.

Your body sitting in the room.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes,

Carrying this soft,

Sacred energy with you.
