This meditation is the integration of your healing work — a guided embodiment journey to step forward with grounded strength, renewed clarity, and gentle courage. Here, rising doesn’t mean striving. It means expanding into who you’ve always been, without shrinking. Breathe, soften, and allow yourself to rise rooted, honest, and fully alive.

Hello,

My friend,

And welcome to Root to Rise.

My name is Kirby,

And whether we have met before or this is your first time hearing my voice,

I am so grateful that you're here.

This will be a three-part audio series designed to help you settle into your system,

To help you clear what's in the way,

And to help you open to what is meant for you.

These practices will follow the natural rhythm of transformation to regulate and feel safe in the body,

To release any subconscious blocks or beliefs that you don't deserve or are not ready to call in what you're desiring,

And to be able to hold and receive what you want.

In this first session,

You'll return to your baseline of safety,

That place where your body remembers how to soften,

How to land,

And how to feel supported.

In the second,

You'll gently unwind what's been held in your system,

The tension,

The stories,

And the old protective patterns that no longer match who you're becoming.

And in the third,

You'll shift into a somatically receptive state,

Connecting with that expanded version of who you already are,

But that version that feels more grounded,

More clear,

And more capable.

Each track is intentionally simple,

It's body-led,

And it's grounded in nervous system awareness.

My deepest hope is that these practices help you reconnect with your inner steadiness,

That inner rootedness,

Creating space for what is true for you,

And to help you rise into your life with more clarity,

More capacity,

And self-trust.

Whenever you're ready,

We'll begin.

Part 3 Rise.

Let your body find a comfortable position,

Or a place to just rest,

Whether seated or lying down,

Somewhere that allows your chest to open,

Your breath to expand,

Your heart to feel supported.

Take a slow breath in,

And soften your exhale as you let it all go,

Again inhaling gently,

And exhaling completely.

Feel your body beginning to arrive,

The ground beneath you holding you.

Feel the air around you welcoming you.

Feel yourself right here,

In this moment,

Alive,

Present,

Becoming.

Let your shoulders ease,

Your face soften,

Let your belly relax.

There's nothing to prove here,

Nothing to perform,

Just an invitation to rise from truth instead of pressure.

Breathe in,

And let your whole body exhale as you let it go.

You've done something powerful to be here.

You've regulated,

You've released the weight and worry,

And now your system is ready for something new.

Not a version of you driven by urgency,

Not a version shaped by old story,

But a version that grows from safety,

From clarity,

From grounded strength and honest desire.

For a moment,

Feel proud of yourself,

And let that land.

Your nervous system knows how to protect you,

Your body knows how to heal,

And your soul,

Your spirit,

It knows how to rise.

There's always been something within you waiting for room to breathe,

And now we make that space.

Let's work with your breath just a little bit.

I want you to exhale all that air out,

Empty your lungs,

Let go,

And then slowly inhale for 4,

3,

2,

1,

Hold it,

Open your mouth,

And sigh it out.

Again,

Deep breath in through the nose,

Hold it,

Take one more sip of air,

And open your mouth,

Sigh it out.

Two more times,

In through the nose,

Pause,

Sip it up,

Open your mouth,

And sigh it out.

Good,

One more time,

A slow breath in,

Sip it up,

Open your mouth,

And let it all go.

As you breathe,

Imagine every inhale filling your chest with warmth,

With light,

With life.

And every exhale anchoring deeper into your body,

Roots growing stronger,

Richer beneath you.

You don't need to force confidence,

You embody it,

One breath at a time.

Now imagine the version of you who's already living a little more free.

A little more grounded,

Open,

Trusting,

A little more unapologetically yourself.

Not a fantasy,

Not a perfection,

Just the truer you.

See them as they stand in front of you,

Or feel their energy,

Or sense them,

Their posture,

Their breath,

Their presence,

What they bring into every space they enter.

Notice how they move.

Through the world are they slow,

Easy,

Steady,

Rooted,

Alive.

What is their relationship with their truth?

Breathe them in,

Just for a moment.

Feel their steadiness as if it's transferring into your body,

Because it's not separate from you,

It is you,

Just a little more expressed.

Quietly within,

Whispering to yourself,

Or aloud,

I am allowed to grow.

I am allowed to change.

I am allowed to rise.

Let those words travel through your body,

Into your chest,

Into your nervous system,

Your DNA,

Your bones.

Rising doesn't mean you're becoming someone else.

Rising means you stop shrinking who you've always been.

It means standing in your life with a little more breath,

A little more honesty,

A little more reverence for the person that you're becoming.

Notice how your body feels now,

The energy moving within you,

The warmth,

Expansion,

And soft strength.

Trust it,

You don't have to rush.

There's no timeline.

Something real is happening.

You're strengthening from the inside out.

Your rooted awakening.

Take a long,

Slow breath in,

And a full,

Easy breath out.

Feel the ground supporting you,

The steadiness beneath your life,

The roots that have grown through your regulation,

And the space that you've created through release.

Sense the upward energy within you,

The gentle rise from your root,

The quiet power through your chest,

The embodied resonance and readiness to step into the world.

You're grounded,

You're supported,

And you're gently rising into what's next.

When you're ready,

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Warming up,

Waking up the body.

And as you open your eyes,

Carry this with you.

Your life grows in the direction of your breath,

And today you chose to rise.
