This 10-minute meditation is designed to help you drift peacefully into sleep while aligning with your highest self. Through slow breathwork, nervous system regulation, and guided visualization, you’ll release the day and step into the identity of the woman you’re becoming — grounded, radiant, and at peace. You’ll be guided to relax your body, open your heart, and feel deep gratitude for the journey that has brought you here. As you rest, your subconscious will begin to embody your next-level self — so that you awaken refreshed, inspired, and anchored in your truth. Perfect for nighttime listening, this practice is best experienced lying down, with gentle music or silence, allowing you to naturally drift into deep, restorative sleep.

Hello and welcome.

My name is Kirby and this will be a guided meditation to either help you fall into sleep or simply to help you unwind or a beautiful practice to support you in your visualizations so you can remember who you're becoming.

We'll journey through breath,

Through visualization and gratitude.

Gently guiding your nervous system into deep safety and rest.

As your body relaxes and your mind opens,

You'll meet the version of yourself who already lives whatever it is you're dreaming of.

The you that moves with trust,

With joy and with grace.

There's nothing to force or fix here.

Just breathe,

Receive and allow yourself to drift into becoming as you fall into a peaceful state of rest.

Let's begin.

I want to start by just taking some deep breaths in through your nose and then gently sighing it out the mouth.

So right here empty your lungs,

Let all that air go and then bring your awareness as you breathe in through your nose.

Feel the cool air rushing through your body and then just effortlessly sighing the breath out.

Again a slow breath in through the nose and then opening your mouth and sighing the breath out.

One more time deeply,

Slowly,

Calmly inhale and with a long exhale let it all go.

As you continue to breathe slowly and deeply in through the nose feeling the chest and belly expand and as you exhale allowing the weight of the day to slip away.

Just notice your body softening.

Notice the nervous system already beginning to shift into safety and to calm and to trust.

Let your breath become your anchor.

Slow,

Rhythmic and effortless.

You are safe to rest.

You are safe to receive.

You are safe to become.

Bringing your awareness to the top of your head imagine a warm golden light gently trickling down,

Softening every muscle it touches,

Dissolving any resistance and any tension.

The light moving through your forehead melting away thoughts down through your jaw,

Unclenching,

Allowing your tongue to just gently rest.

The golden light flowing through your shoulders,

Your arms out to your fingertips,

Dissolving resistance,

Dissolving the weight you've carried today.

Notice the breath as it guides you deeper,

As you feel the weight of your body relaxing.

That golden light traveling down your spine,

Your chest,

Opening your heart,

Opening you to more ease.

Traveling through your belly,

Your hips,

And your legs,

Heavy,

Grounded,

And relaxed.

Feel this golden light reaching all the way down to your toes,

Your body now a ground beneath you.

Every breath reminding you that you are home within yourself.

Now imagine yourself standing before a softly glowing doorway,

The threshold between who you've been and who you are becoming.

You feel no rush,

Only a sense of readiness.

This version of you that you dream to be is not far away.

They already exist.

On the other side of this door,

They live,

Breathe,

And move with ease,

With joy,

And with confidence.

With your next breath in,

Imagine opening this door,

Stepping through and feeling your whole body shift.

The air is lighter here,

The breath's deeper here,

Your heart expands here.

Observing this version of you,

You notice how they walk,

Steady,

Grounded,

Confident,

And radiant.

You feel how they speak,

Clear,

Compassionate,

And aligned.

They know why they are here,

And they know they have everything they need.

You sense their energy,

Peaceful and powerful,

And you recognize that they are you.

Now let them guide you through their world.

Notice the colors and the sounds,

The sensations of their life.

See the small rituals they keep,

The way they greet the morning,

The way they love,

The way they give,

And who they are surrounded by.

Allow your nervous system to memorize this calm confidence,

Your cells to remember this frequency,

Because feeling it means it's already within you.

With every breath,

You merge deeper with them,

Their breath becoming your breath,

Their heart,

Your heart,

And their life as you're unfolding,

Bringing your awareness to your own heart,

And just gently noticing the beat.

Softly within,

Whispering,

Thank you.

Thank you,

Body,

For holding me.

Thank you,

Breath,

For guiding me.

Thank you,

Beautiful mind,

For expanding me.

And thank you,

To my heart,

For remembering who I am becoming.

Feel gratitude ripple through every tissue and every cell,

A wave of love that soothes your entire system,

Calming,

Grounding,

Preparing you for a deep,

Restorative sleep.

And as you drift,

Trust that your subconscious is aligning with this identity.

You are safe to rest in the becoming.

You are safe to dream yourself into being.

You are safe within your embrace.

You have everything you need.

You're doing such an amazing job.

Keep going.
