Appreciation for your day meditation.

Sit or lie down and close your eyes.

Make sure that you are comfortable.

Then you go with your attention to your breath.

Just observe how your breath is in this moment.

If you feel that it's still a little high,

You can place a hand on your belly to help your breath get deeper.

When you are lying or sitting like this,

You feel that you become calmer and more and more relaxed.

Breathe slowly and deeply,

Feeling more and more relaxed.

Now imagine that you are walking on a trail.

You like this trail.

You are seeing things around you that you love.

Your favorite flowers,

Your favorite animals.

This is your trail.

You can add more things you love to the trail and the surroundings.

Walking on this trail,

You feel you become more and more relaxed.

And you feel full of love for all your favorite things that surround you.

After walking for a little while,

You see your guardian angel who is waiting for you.

You walk towards your angel and you greet him or her.

Maybe you just say hi.

Maybe you give a hug.

Everything is okay.

After you greet each other,

Your guardian angel takes you by the hand and takes you further on your path.

He or she takes you to different moments of your day.

To moments you can appreciate.

Moments of joy or laughter.

Moments with a smile.

Moments with a happy feeling.

Moments when you were relaxed.

Any moments that were nice and positive.

Any moments you can appreciate.

Now take your time to go with your angel to these nice and happy moments.

And feel the appreciation.

Feel how you are thankful for them.

While you are visiting these nice and happy moments,

Keep breathing deeply and slowly.

Now that you've been to all the nice,

Positive and wonderful moments of your day,

You feel full of gratitude and appreciation.

For your day and for all the wonderful moments.

Enjoy this feeling of appreciation that you're feeling.

Give all your attention to this lovely feeling and see if you can make it a bit stronger and more present.

Just play with that lovely feeling for a while.

Making it stronger and bigger.

Now imagine your whole body being filled with this feeling of appreciation.

And then imagine the energy of this feeling,

Filling your aura as well.

And then imagine the energy of this feeling,

Filling your aura as well.

Slowly,

You start moving a little.

And when you're ready,

You open your eyes.
