Don't listen to this recording while performing machineries or driving.

Close your eyes and relax yourself by deep breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Relax yourself as much as you can while deep breathing in and out.

Focus on your arms,

Focus on your shoulder and feel them relaxed.

Most of your time spends in anxiety,

Hard work throughout the day and stress.

You feel more and more stressed on your upper body because it is all about mind,

Right?

You need to breathe in to your belly and release it out through your mouth.

The more you deep breathe in,

The more relaxed your upper body goes.

Relaxing each and every nerve of your body as you deep breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Relax more and more.

With each breath,

You are feeling as though you are sleepy because your body is relaxing,

Releasing all the stress of the day.

Relaxing more and more deeply.

Deep breathing in and out as deep as you can.

Deep breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

With each word,

You feel relaxed and relaxed and calm.

With each breath,

You relax more and more.

So deep breathe in and out throughout the session.

Even if you feel sleepy and you sleep,

You keep breathing in deeply into your belly and out slowly and softly.

Relaxing each and every nerve.

Feel comfortable in your skin.

Take another deep breath in and with each breath,

Your body parts feel relaxed and relaxed.

Feel the deep breath in to your toes.

Relaxing them and out,

You feel numb and relaxed and subtle.

Take another deep breath in and relaxation goes into your calves and you feel as though you are you are taken care of.

Your calves are numb and relaxed.

Take another deep breath in and your knees are filled with relaxation and they are numb and relaxed.

All the nerves are relaxing,

Melting down into relaxation.

Take another deep breath in and it goes into your thighs and your full legs,

Filling them up and every muscle and nerve is melting down into relaxation.

You're feeling relaxed,

Relaxed and calm.

With each breath in,

You feel more and more tranquil.

Tranquility reaching to every nerve,

Every cell of your body.

Take another deep breath in,

Which goes into your hips and relaxing them,

Releasing all the devils,

All the negative that you have been holding.

Relaxing it more and more,

You feel relaxed and soft and peace.

Take another deep breath in and your large intestine and your lower torso is filled with divine energy,

Relaxing you down,

Numbing every organ and every part of your body.

Every cell of your body is relaxing down and down.

Take another deep breath in through your nose and deep breathe into your belly.

Your belly is relaxed and calm and soft and you feel tranquil.

Relaxing down with another deep breath in,

Reaching to your upper torso,

Your chest and your lungs are filled with this divine energy and feeling calm and relaxed.

They're numb and soft.

They'll make you feel sleepy and relaxed.

You're so relaxed that all the burdens are removed.

All your subtle energies are flowing in and out into your body,

Relaxing you more and more with each breath.

Another breathe in and your shoulders are more and more relaxed,

Removing all the burdens.

Of the day,

Relaxing down,

Feeling numb and soft,

Subtle and tranquil.

Take another deep breath in and your neck and jaws are relaxed.

Every nerve is relaxing,

Relaxing more and more.

Take another deep breath in and your nose and your eyes,

Every part of your brain is relaxing more and more.

Your full head is filled with divine energy,

Relaxing you down,

Numbing everything,

Removing all the thoughts and making you feeling subtle and relaxed.

With each breath from now,

You will be more and more relaxed.

In this relaxation state,

Your subconscious mind is more alert and take all the suggestions positively.

When you feel that you want to relax,

You can come back to this recording at night while sleeping into a peaceful sleep with this.

While you're sleeping and relaxing more and more with each deep breath,

Every darkness,

Every subtle pain point that you feel sometimes are released through your breath.

Your breath helps you to release everything out and the more you relax,

The more you release all the negativity out of your breath.

Every day,

Every night,

Whenever you breathe,

You breathe in all the positivity around and you release all the negativity inside.

Whatever is stored in your cells of the body is releasing out.

All the negativity is going out with each deep breath.

Every time you breathe in,

You feel more and more relaxed and healed.

Every time you breathe out,

You're relaxed and feel all the burdens,

All the stress,

All the depression,

Anxiety and whatever you are going through is released out and as it is released,

It is never going to be coming back.

So you relax more and more deeply every moment of your life.

You are releasing,

Relaxing more,

Releasing all the negativity out through your mouth,

Out through your body while deep breathing in and out.

Whenever you breathe in,

You feel that your nerves are relaxing and you need to feel stress,

Fearful,

Negative or angry is being released out with every breath.

You relax yourself easily and tranquility flows into you.

Every moment is filled with relaxation and every time you listen to this,

You feel more and more relaxed and then sleep into the most peaceful sleep like a baby who is relaxing and breathing without any worries.

You relax more and more with each breath and feel more and more sleepy as though everything is taken care of.

When you sleep,

Everything is taken care of and universe is helping you out solve all the mysteries,

All the problems that you have been facing or you have to face in the upcoming days.

So you let it all go to universe and let the universe handle everything.

Take another deep breath in and relax and feel a comfortable blanket around you.

It's so soft,

Comfortable,

Just like a cocoon and bluffing you into it and the more you feel this blanket around you,

The more relaxed and tranquil you feel.

Everything is taken care of and you let go of all the struggles,

All the problems right now with each breath.

Everything is sorted out.

When you wake up each morning,

You have a smile on your face.

You feel calm and enthusiastic of working again throughout the day.

You are feeling calm and enthusiastic about this new day.

Every morning you wake up with a beautiful smile on your face and gratitude in your heart.

You're so grateful each and everything that goes in throughout the day.

You're grateful for all the hurdles because they polish you and so you are relaxed more and more throughout the day.

As you deep breathe into your nose,

You feel as though all the hurdles are taken care of.

Your deadlines are met easily.

You have all the time to smile and relax and enjoy your life with your family.

Every hurdle,

Every deadline is taken care of and you take action at the right time.

Before the deadlines,

Everything is taken care of and you feel relaxed and accomplished.

You are successful.

You're the most successful person who is completing and taking steps after steps towards success.

You are relaxing more and reaching out to success.

You take the right action all the time.

Every step that you take is focused onto your next success and with this,

When you finish everything before time,

You have more and more time to relax,

To meditate,

To enjoy time with your loved ones,

To go out with your friends and to spend time into something that you want to learn,

A hobby or want to do something.

You can spend all that time because you are successful.

You are taking each step before the time ends.

Your deadlines are always met easily and swiftly.

You start your work and focus only on the actions that are necessary.

With each action that you take,

You walk towards the success and you feel more and more accomplished each and every day.

You feel more calm and relaxed each and every day.

There's only relaxation in your body,

Mind,

Soul and life.

Every part of your life is now helping you to achieve success with swift moves.

Swiftly you reach into tranquility and you focus only onto the steps that are needed.

Your subconscious mind always guide you ahead towards every needed action.

Your subconscious minds help you in taking the only steps that are needed to finish your task,

To finish your daily task,

To finish your official task and whatever you are working on.

Your subconscious brain will provide you as a friend,

As a guide,

Only the steps that are needed.

All the trials are no more errors.

Every trial is a pass.

Every trial is a success from now on.

Whenever you are working on a piece,

Just deep breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth and that is how your subconscious mind will activate itself and help you in your daily work,

Your tasks and your official work.

And so with this,

You relax even more and more each day,

Taking action in your daily life,

In your personal life and your official life.

Everything is systematic.

Everything is set and you know when you can take time out for your family and friends and for self-care as well.

So you take more time to relax yourself,

Breathe in and out.

Relax yourself breathing in and out.

If you want to sleep,

It's perfectly okay.

Sleep just like a baby covered in a blanket of universe.

So soft,

So subtle,

Helping you down to relax each and every nerve.

Feeling more and more relaxed,

Knowing that when you will wake up,

You will be more and more relaxed and active as well.

You will be grateful for another day.

And as you drift into deep sleep,

Slowly and softly,

You feel more and more relaxed.

And as you drift into deep sleep,

You more and more relaxed,

Knowing that your subconscious mind is working on the hurdles,

On your questions and every deep breath now takes you into the deepest sleep so that you can wake up with full enthusiasm for the day and feel accomplished and more and more peaceful within your body,

Mind and soul.

Every time you relax,

You feel tranquil and so you drift into deep sleep,

Relaxing more and more and more and you wake up at the perfect time and finish your tasks on time.

You're always on time and so you met your deadlines easily without any stress.

Whenever you want help,

You ask your subconscious mind as a friend to help you out by just deep breathing in and out.

Now keep breathing in and out and relaxing more and more,

Relaxing deeply and drifting down into deep sleep,

Waking up to another beautiful day.

You can go to sleep,

Waking up at the perfect time.

You don't need my voice to wake you up anymore and so I let you sleep peacefully.

Go deep down into relaxation and keep listening to the music to relax even more if you want or you can switch it off right here and go to sleep,

Waking up in the morning.
