Allow yourself to relax now.
Close your eyes and deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Keep breathing deeply as long as you can and with each deep breath in see white light entering your body and filling each atom of your body and with each exhale let the negativity and darkness,
All the blockages be out.
Day in this moment and let your body relax more and more.
It is easy for you to relax.
As you hear my voice you feel more and more relaxed.
With each word that I speak you go deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Feel each and everything coming down from around you and closing you into relaxation.
No more thoughts,
No more jumping from one thought to another.
Using your toes take a deep breath in and feel the numbness going down into your toes and relaxing you and your body.
Take another deep breath in and fill your whole foot.
As the breath goes down to your foot you feel more and more relaxed and numb.
This energy and relaxation is coming up to your calves.
Moving on to your knees inside and out.
Relaxation is filling your knees with white light all around your leg.
Your thighs are now filled with this relaxed energy.
Feel the lightness.
Be calm.
Relaxing more and more.
This energy goes up to your pelvic area filling it,
Enveloping it and relaxing it.
This energy goes up slowly to your stomach,
To your torso,
Filling up your torso,
Your lower belly,
Your mid and your upper belly,
The chest.
Slowly going up and up and energizing you and relaxing you more and more.
Feeling your body relaxed even deeper and deeper and deeper.
Going up and up into your shoulders.
Your arms are filled with this energy and your fingers,
Tip of your fingers are filled with calmness and relaxed feeling.
You are relaxed and calm and energizing every moment.
Feel the energy of calmness.
Feel the relaxation.
Going up to your neck,
Filling your back and your neck fully and deeply,
Relaxing you more and more.
This energy goes up to your face,
Filling your chin,
Your jaw,
Nose,
Your eyes,
Your third eye,
Your crown,
Your hair,
Everything is filled with this energy.
Feel the relaxation.
Be in this moment from head to toe.
Relaxed and relaxed and relaxed.
Be in this moment for a little more.
Enjoy the relaxation.
In your inner eyes,
In this state of this relaxation,
You can see a beautiful green light filling up your eyes.
You see greenery all around,
Plants and trees,
Great trees.
Everywhere that you see is greenery filled with green vegetation,
Flowers and trees.
You enjoy this moment.
See yourself standing at the edge of this forest.
This forest is so mesmerizing that you want to walk onto the trail that you can see ahead.
Step ahead and walk onto this trail which will lead you into this dense forest that you can see ahead.
Every step that you take relaxes you even more and more.
Enjoying the scenery around,
The greenery around,
You take your steps closely and slowly.
One step at a time going deep and deep into this forest.
Walk slowly and enjoy this moment.
This moment will stay with you forever.
This relaxation,
This calmness.
Enjoy looking around all the green vegetation.
There are trees,
Tall trees.
There are flowers and you keep walking onto this trail on this path.
Slowly and enjoying your moments,
Relaxing a bit more and more.
Walking ahead,
You see that the path is a little wider and as you walk forward you see crystals on the path,
Shining crystals.
As you put your feet onto this crystal lead,
Wider path,
You feel more and more relaxed and calm,
Feeling the energies of these crystals.
Walk slowly on this soft lead path.
Walking ahead,
You see there is a clearing that there are benches around.
The benches are put there in a circular form.
Walk there to these benches,
This seat in between all these benches.
You want to go there?
Go and sit on that middle bench and look around all the trees forming the circular beautiful area for you.
As you sit down,
Slowly all the benches start filling up with your divine guides,
Angels,
Spirit guides,
Archangels,
Your higher self,
Your I AM Presence,
Your divine team of light,
Dragons,
Fairies,
Dolphins and all the animal totem that are there with you.
There is a huge divine team that is supporting you on the journey of your life.
They are all starting to fill up all these benches around you and as you turn around,
You see there is a huge circle of divine beings all around you.
You feel more and more relaxed and enjoying this moment.
All your divine team is all that you needed right now.
They are all around you,
Filling your energy,
Filling you with divine light.
Be there in this moment.
Do you have any questions or worries that you want to discuss with them,
That you want them to answer to you?
Do you have something that you want to let go of?
Do you have struggles?
Do you have negative things,
Negative emotions that you want to let go of?
Is there anything that they can help you with and you are aware of it?
For the time being,
As I go silent with the music,
Discuss all the thoughts that comes to you,
All the blockages,
Struggles,
Insecurities,
Fears,
Your negative emotions,
Everything that comes to you right now.
Talk to them.
Ask them politely to take them away and as you talk to them,
They send you energy to release and delete all that negativity that is blocking your success,
That is blocking your life,
That is blocking you in this moment and every moment,
In all timelines,
Dimensions,
Spaces,
Lifetimes.
As you talk to them,
Everything is removed that doesn't serve you.
So spend some time with them and let them heal you.
Enjoy this moment as I go silent.
You had a great discussion with your team of Divine Beings.
You let them heal you.
You let them let go all that doesn't serve you.
Feel the feelings right now,
The after effects of this talk,

See all the Divine Beings around you sending you light,
Clearing away everything that is left out.
These beings of light are balancing your inner masculine and feminine,
The darkness and light,
Yin and yang,
Stabilising all energies within you and outside,
Removing and balancing all your negative and positive thoughts and emotions,
Lowering down anything that is negative in you and in your behaviour,
In your personality that doesn't serve you at your higher best self.
They are deleting it,
Releasing it and stabilising.
That is the best thing for you right now from the time here.
Feel yourself more and more energising with the perfect energy balanced,
Every energy in you is balancing faster than ever and within few days you will see the changes in you.
People around you will notice great changes in you and you will enjoy this new you.
Come back every week or every month as much as you want,
Whenever you want come back to this meditation and balance yourself,
Release all that doesn't serve you,
All the struggles and enjoy this time with your Divine Helpers.
Now that they healed you,
They balanced you and filled you with needed spiritual and ascension energies,
You can fold your hands and thank all of them for being here and as you thank them ask them that you want them to help you in every moment of your life from now on and they agree to you,
They will be with you every moment helping you in each and everything that you want in every struggle.
Now slowly see them evaporating into thin air and leaving this place.
The energies are still there and slowly they leave you and become transparent,
And feel the energy all around you in this moment and from this moment onwards.
Now stand up and let's walk back to our daily routine.
Walking back onto the crystal path,
You slowly walk feeling energised and changed you,
More relaxed and more light into your soul and around you.
You can feel the presence of all those energy beams,
The team of light.
Walk onto this crystal path,
The wider path,
Walk forward to the trail,
Slowly down onto this little trail,
Slowly getting out of this,
Enjoying this moment.
Feel like a child who is enjoying its play,
It's like a play time for you.
Everything is taken care of and you walk onto this path smiling ear to ear.
Feel that smile,
Feel that energy of being taken care of.
No more struggles,
No more blockages.
Walk onto this trail,
You come out of this forest and to the edge of that forest and as I count from 10 to 1,
You will come back at the count of 1 to your daily routine with all the energies,
With all the feelings that you received during this meditation.

No matter you believe in them or not,
You could see them or not but you know that they are with you.
They are here for your health and as you let go of all those troubles,
You feel more confident and more energized.
Be in this moment,
Let the energies be stabilized and you can come back to this meditation whenever you want.
Let there be light,
Let there be energy and let there be peace and abundance all around you.
You are not here to be in struggles,
