Hello and welcome.
This is Clea from Growing Through Love.
I'm so glad that you're here.
During this moment we are going to dive in a presence meditation,
Connecting with our senses,
Connecting with this moment,
Bringing our awareness from our thoughts into our bodies,
Into this moment,
Into presence,
Into being.
Make yourself comfortable.
Either lay down or sit.
You can close your eyes or you can keep your eyes open and gently take a deep breath through your nose,
To your chest,
To your belly.
Notice your belly expanding.
And slowly exhale,
Releasing all the tension that you're carrying.
Visualize the release,
The muscles relaxing.
And gently take another breath through your nose,
To your chest,
To your belly,
To your arms and legs.
Visualize the whole body being filled with oxygen and fresh energy.
The whole body being energized.
And slowly exhale,
Letting go of anything that no longer serves us.
And another deep and gentle breath,
Bringing the awareness to your breath and to your body,
And to the connection between your breath and your body.
Noticing the muscles relaxing and releasing.
Notice the sensations in your body.
Notice the positive energy that comes when we are present,
That comes through connection,
In presence.
Notice this feeling of peace and relaxation.
And visualize yourself during the day,
Carrying this feeling with you in every moment of the day.
In some moments,
More present.
In others,
A little more subtle.
But this feeling being with you,
The feeling of peace,
Relaxation,
And connection during your day and during the following days.
As you keep bringing your awareness to the simple practice.
