Welcome to this guided meditation.
Let's begin.
Sit up straight or lay down,
Whatever feels comfortable for you.
We will start by paying attention to our breath.
Notice the rhythm of your breath.
Notice how the breath passes through your chest to your belly.
How does it feel,
The freshness of the breath,
Your body being relaxed with each breath.
Notice any sensation you may have in your body,
Your feet and legs,
Your thighs,
Your buttocks,
Your belly,
Your chest,
Up to the shoulders and down to the arms,
Forearms,
Hands,
Fingers and up to the neck,
The muscles of your face and the skin of the head or even inside your body,
Any sensation.
Is there any area you may feel tense?
You can gently release that tension by visualizing a white light on that area,
Bringing healing and positive energy and cleansing away anything that doesn't serve anymore,
Bringing attention back to your breathing and if you need you can be still connected to that white cleansing light cleansing your whole body now,
From head to toe,
Rejuvenating every cell with positive energy and healing as you emerge yourself as deeply as you can.
And this beautiful feeling of surrender,
Surrendering to a greater power that loves you so much,
That wants to take care,
That wants the best for you,
That brings out the best in you,
How beautiful is that?
Notice your breathing as you surrender,
Feel how your body is changing and transforming,
This divine love,
This divine light that blesses everything within the sound of my voice,
Reconnecting to the awareness of the breath,
Feel how your body moves with each breath as you inhale and exhale,
Letting the mind be in the present moment and relax as you connect to your breath and bring your awareness to your breath and to the powerful light that surrounds your whole body,
How beautiful is that,
How beautiful it feels to be surrounded by divine energy that you are and that lives within every one of us.
Notice how you are transforming,
Notice how this light is teaching you how to love yourself so more,
How to be kinder to yourself,
How to be gentle to your body and to your mind.
As you surrender to this divine light,
Notice how it transforms everything within you and all around you into more love,
Into more authenticity and truth of being.
What do you want to be when you open your eyes?
How do you want to feel?
Connect with your heart,
If the answers are more difficult to be found,
Connect with your heart and if you know who do you want to be and how do you want to feel when you open your eyes,
Visualize that in as many details as you can and gently embody that as you open your eyes,
As a new you in a new world filled with possibilities,
As this energy transforms the energy all around you and help you be more connected to your authenticity and to your own power.
And so it is.
