Step into the light of the full moon. You can choose to listen to this on or near the full moon. Or maybe you choose to listen on the full moon (ovulation) of your menstrual cycle. Or maybe you want to tap into a memory of gazing at the full moon in the night sky. This is a spoken word audio, recorded live, with short spaces of silence. It ends when you hear the word 'Namaste'.

Hi,

I'm Corinne Clements and you are listening to the Full Moon Meditation.

And I invite you now to become comfortable in the ways that you know best.

Maybe it's lying down with the arms resting beside or maybe it's seated with the hands on your lap.

And as you start this meditation noticing your body,

How it feels,

And your breath as it moves through you.

Now noticing the moon.

Maybe you can see it outside.

Maybe you can't see it.

Maybe there's clouds over the wall.

Simply feel the full moon.

Notice the glowing,

The shine,

Luminance,

Radiance.

And feel as if you can feel the rays on you,

The reflection of the sun's light through the moon onto you now.

As a coolness,

Rather than the sun's warmth,

Notice the more subtle sensations.

It shines the light within.

Notice also on the full moon that sense of fullness.

Maybe some people feel as if this is their time to shine.

They feel bigger,

Brighter,

Bolder,

Their best self.

For others,

The full moon can feel too much.

They want to hide.

Notice how you feel now.

Simply allowing yourself to notice the subtleties,

Like the light shining within,

Light and darkness.

What do you notice now?

And feeling that sense of fullness.

Maybe you love it.

Maybe it's a challenge,

But either way,

Noticing it,

Allowing it to feel expansive and opening.

Perhaps you bring the arms out wide to the side to signal this openness,

This fullness,

Allowing yourself to take up the space that is yours.

And from this place of fullness,

Expansiveness,

Notice where there may be aspects that you no longer need,

That no longer serve you,

And how at this full moon,

Your intention can be to release,

To let go them.

It could be something small.

It could be something grand.

It could be something easy.

It could be something hard.

It could be getting rid of clothes that you no longer use.

It could be deciding to let go of a person.

The clothes,

The person,

Maybe a job,

A place,

Served you in the past.

What was right for you then,

But it is no longer where you want to go,

No longer a part of who you are now.

You can begin to release.

Maybe that comes up through tears.

Maybe the breath changes,

Allowing the full moon to surge within to find that no longer serves you,

Is no longer needed.

You can begin to let it go.

Maybe you feel like you're holding on.

Maybe you want to just throw it.

Notice what works for you.

As you begin to feel that release,

Notice into the space that is left.

How does that space feel?

Is it a relief or is it uncomfortable?

Maybe tears come now,

Or maybe it's a smile.

Simply notice what it is you notice with that release.

And then notice how that space,

That letting go,

Clears the way for something new.

Knowing that all of this is a process.

Some people may happen really quickly,

Others may take longer.

Knowing that as the moon starts to lose its light,

To become smaller,

To let go,

That you will notice these changes within yourself.

So perhaps what feels hard and challenging now will feel easier in the weeks to come.

Using yourself to rest in the light,

To rest in the shadow,

To rest in the dark,

To feel the moon's energy on you,

To use the full moon to let go.

The full moon within me sees and honours the full moon within you.
