Find a comfortable position and allow your body to settle.
Relax your shoulders,
Unclench your jaw.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose and exhale gently through your mouth.
One more time,
Let's breathe in confidence and breathe out any tension.
Now allow your breathing to return to its natural rhythm.
As you sit here,
Imagine a warm golden light above you.
This light represents confidence,
Truth,
Strength,
And self-belief.
With every breath,
This light slowly begins to pour into you through the top of your head,
Into your mind,
Through your chest,
Your heart,
Your stomach,
And your legs,
And all the way down to your feet.
You're being filled with a grounded confidence.
Not a loud confidence,
Not forced,
But a calm rooted certainty in who you are.
Now imagine yourself standing in front of a doorway.
On the other side of this doorway is a version of you that fully trusts themselves.
The version of you that speaks clearly,
Walks boldly,
Makes choices with certainty,
Does not shrink,
Does not apologize for taking up space.
Take a moment to picture this version of yourself.
Notice how you stand,
How you breathe,
The energy you carry.
See the calm in your eyes,
The peace in your body,
The quiet power in your presence.
And now realize something important.
This version of you is not separate from you.
It has been within you the entire time.
Confidence is not something you earn someday.
It is something you remember.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Imagine yourself stepping through the doorway,
Feeling yourself becoming this version of you now.
Now,
Your posture shifts,
Your chest opens,
Your energy expands.
You no longer need permission to believe in yourself.
You trust your voice,
You trust your path,
And you trust your timing.
Now repeat softly in your mind,
I am capable.
I am worthy.
I trust myself.
I release self-doubt.
I step fully into my power.
I belong in every room I walk into.
I am confident and grounded and enough exactly as I am.
Take another slow breath in.
Now think of one area of your life where you've been holding yourself back.
Maybe you've been waiting for certainty,
Approval,
Perfection,
Or courage before taking the next step.
But imagine yourself now moving forward anyway.
See yourself taking the action,
Making the call,
Speaking up,
Launching the idea,
Setting the boundaries,
And showing up fully.
Feel the confidence growing stronger with every step.
Notice how good it feels to no longer hide from your own potential.
Take a moment and simply breathe in this feeling.
You are no longer playing small.
You are no longer abandoning yourself.
You are becoming who you were always meant to be.
Now bring your awareness back to your breath.
Feel the surface beneath you.
Feel the air all around you.
Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.
Wiggle your fingers,
Wiggle your toes,
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Carry this confidence with you today,
Not as something you have to prove,
But as something that is inherent.
