Find a quiet,

Comfortable place to lie down.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Feel your body relax as you let go of any tension.

Now bring your awareness to the parts of your body affected by pain or inflammation or arthritis or anything like that,

And instead of resisting the discomfort,

Send it compassion.

Imagine a warm golden light gently surrounding these areas,

Soothing them with healing energy.

And with each inhale,

I want you to breathe in ease and flexibility.

And with each exhale,

Release that stiffness,

The inflammation,

Any pain or discomfort.

And as you keep breathing,

Feel your joints becoming lighter,

Looser,

More fluid with every breath and inhale and exhale.

Now visualize a cool,

Calming stream of energy flowing through your body.

And as you visualize this,

Have it wash away any of that discomfort.

This energy restores harmony,

Brings comfort,

Brings strength to all of your joints,

Every cell in your body.

And I want you to affirm yourself.

So on the inhale,

I want you to visualize your body healing and becoming stronger every day and exhale.

Inhale and visualize your joints are flexible,

Healthy,

And full of ease and exhale.

And now inhale comfort and grace and exhale peace.

I want you to stay in this peaceful space for a few more moments.

We're going to inhale comfort and grace and exhale peace.

Inhale gratitude for what your body has the ability to do.

Exhale peace.

And when you're ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to the present moment,

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Take one last deep breath in and exhale and gently open your eyes.

You are whole,

You are healing,

And you are at peace.
