Hello and welcome,
I'm Chris Franken and I'm here to guide you into your heart's loving and wise temple.
This is a journey that's been created to be accompanied by cacao.
You're welcome to bring a mug of whatever you desire to commune with today.
If you haven't already made yourself a mug of something delicious and healing,
Now's a good time to press pause and come back when you're ready.
Cacao is ancient medicine,
It meets us where we're at,
Grounding our energy into the earth,
Opening our heart infinitely wide and expanding our consciousness beyond limitations.
Cacao's essence is love,
She sparks loving self-awareness within that can completely change our lives for the better.
I invite you now to hold your cacao at your heart space and before you take a sip,
Breathe her loving medicine into your being on the in-breath and open your heart as wide as you can with the out-breath.
Do this two more times at your own pace.
As you merge your energy with hers,
Feel her ancient earthiness,
Her healing deliciousness and her wild mystery wash over and through you.
Melt into her loving arms,
Relax into her embrace and take a moment to set an intention for meeting with your heart today.
As we journey together,
You'll hear this sound when it's time to take a sip of cacao,
But the pace is entirely up to you.
Make sure you're deeply comfortable,
Sitting cozy with your cacao,
Keep your eyes closed as much as possible.
Let's begin.
We'll start our journey in a large field,
Abundant with luscious plants and wild flowers.
Imagine yourself walking with bare feet,
Safely and gently down a soft dirt path in the middle of this meadow.
Notice the kinds of flowers that grow here and the variety of plants,
Trees,
Vines and shrubs that you see or sense all around you.
Follow the path until you come to a dome made of rich red clay.
You walk around this curved temple until you see an opening,
An arched doorway radiating light from within.
Here you're greeted by two loving beings.
They may be animals,
Ancestors,
Star beings or some other guardian of this temple.
Notice who comes into your imagination,
Who you see at the doorway of your heart.
These beings welcome you here,
To this home of love,
And they greet you with a blessing.
You receive and savour this deeply.
As you enter this space feeling uplifted and curious,
You notice carvings in the inner temple walls around you.
You walk in a circle,
Hands feeling their way along the etching.
Some of it feels familiar to your inner knowing.
It's an ancient language that speaks directly to your heart.
Soon you notice a cushion in the middle of the space and you sit on it,
Eyes wide in awe as colours emanate through the walls and bring to life this language of light.
The shapes of the etchings dance across your being as the light radiates from a higher source,
Activating something ancient and wise within you.
When you stand,
You notice a set of stairs with thick carpet and a soft handrail.
You make your way over and move slowly down each step,
A gentle pink light emanating from the end of the stairs towards you.
As you step off the last stair and into the lower round room,
The pink light glows even stronger,
Sending waves of loving frequencies through and all around your being.
In this luminous space you feel completely at home.
As you raise your hand to touch the smooth crystalline walls,
A butterfly lands on your arm.
Another joins in and soon enough dozens of joyful colourful butterflies are swirling around you and landing as soft as feathers on your skin.
These beings may be tiny but their presence is powerful and causes a rush of healing to permeate your being.
You welcome and soak up this bliss.
Soon the winged beings disappear through the walls.
In a moment you hear the sound of water and move along a passageway to find its source.
As you pass through an archway and into an underground forest,
You're met with a path of large smooth rocks that take you down to the base of a 20 foot waterfall.
Flowers float on the pool of water at your feet.
An array of aquatic life swim in and around large lily pads.
Some of the fish and other little beings swim near to you to connect with your energy and welcome you here.
As you touch your fingertips to the water,
A rainbow appears.
You stand in awe of this connection,
Feeling the pulse of Mother Earth move through your feet and out of your hands into the rainbow,
While the rainbow's magical light slips into your hands and through your whole being down into Mother Earth.
Eventually you turn around.
Standing behind you is an ethereal but familiar being holding a small treasure box.
You open it and inside is a gift for you.
You take this gift and press it between your palms,
Meeting your gaze with the eyes of the gift bearer and sharing your thanks.
They then offer you an elixir,
Gentle healing medicine for your mind,
Body and spirit,
Which you drink completely.
You return your cup with a smile and slowly make your way back through the passageway into the crystalline room,
Pressing your forehead to the wall to clear,
Activate and receive loving light.
Then you slowly walk up the curved staircase,
Soft carpet caressing your feet.
In the space of ancient knowing,
You pause to honour your heart and listen to the messages it wishes to share with you now.
As you leave this temple,
You give thanks to the guardians.
They take your hands and walk with you down the soft,
Dirt path.
As they say goodbye,
They each hand you a flower from the garden.
You receive these with open palms and an open heart and return to where you came from.
As you come back into your body,
You may wish to gently finish your cacao if you haven't already.
Perhaps give your body a massage or lay down in a peaceful place for a few minutes to integrate your experience and the powerful,
Beautiful medicine of cacao.
Later,
I recommend you sit with a journal and write down what you experienced to understand it deeper.
