Love is the truth of your being.

Love does not only reside in the beings of this world,

As you gently close your eyes and soften your breathing right down to a slow and gentle,
Gentle rhythm,
I want you to imagine that you're walking through a beautiful field,
A field full of pink and red flowers.
The fragrance is heavenly and you eagerly appreciate each of these blooms with all of your senses.
Soon you come to a cave.
The walls of the cave seem to be like a pink clay,
Knowing that inside this cave you'll be safe and experience a world within yourself.
You step inside.
The more you walk into this cave,
The brighter the pink becomes until it feels like you are surrounded by rose quartz.
Above and beneath you and on both sides of you,
You see a pink crystal-like wall.
It glows with your presence.
It resonates with your heart.
It welcomes you deep within.
The cave itself goes deeper and deeper into the earth in a spiral.
The deeper you go,
The more you feel at home.
The more love washes through you and the happier you feel in your body.
These sparkly walls have engravings on them and with your inner vision you begin to see what has been written on these walls.
Your fingers feel into the etchings.
You read with delight the messages that you have for yourself.
The ancient messages that have left an imprint in the depths of your heart.
As you step across a threshold of light,
You enter a room that is made with the same rose quartz.
Walking around the room,
You know that this is your home.
You see the many,
Many flowers blooming in pots.
You see the paintings and pictures on the wall that could only have been put there by your hand.
You marvel at the lights dangling from the ceiling.
Millions of pink,
Red,
Orange and yellow fairy lights.
Like star beings all above you.
Once you have soaked in all that you can see,
You sit comfortably in the chair in the middle of the room.
This beautiful,
Soft armchair with all its blankets and cushions welcomes you.
As you sit down,
You close your inner eyes and you feel,
You feel your heart.
The love that comes from these crystal walls moves through every cell of your being.
Moves through your energy field,
Through your emotions,
All through your thoughts.
It wraps you up in the most intense,
Unconditional love you've ever felt.
And anything that it finds that does not align with pure love,
It alchemizes and brings it back to love.
Your whole being is now radiant with the splendor of unconditional divine love.
It is all you feel.
It is all you know.
It is all you are.
As you sit quietly,
Soaking in this feeling.
You begin to hear messages,
Gentle messages from the spirit of your heart.
Messages of guidance.
Messages of comfort.
Of nourishment.
Of wisdom.
You stay here for a little while,
Allowing the messages to flow through you and land where they need to land.
When your heart is full and all your cares have been soothed.
Slowly you stand up from this chair and with one last walk around this room,
This loving chamber of your heart,
You give thanks to the wisdom of love,
Knowing that anytime you need you can come back here.
At any moment you can retreat to the safety of your heart.
Slowly you walk out of this room,
Back into the spiral.
Your hands move affectionately and gratefully along the walls,
Noticing more and more etchings of love and wisdom.
And slowly,
With your bare feet on this gorgeous crystal,
You walk out,
Up and out of this cave.
As you exit this cave feeling full and overflowing with bliss,
You slowly make your way through the fields of flowers,
Back to where you came from.
Take a deeper breath now.
Feel your belly,
Feel your lungs and exhale it all out.
Slowly stretch your body and when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
You are love.
