We'll start by breathing in through the nose and then out through the nose like this.
Notice how the rhythm creates clarity.
Each breath becomes direction.
Pause your mind into focus.
Each exhale releases whatever's cluttering your attention.
We're going to speed it up a bit now with a two part breath.
So inhaling into the belly through the mouth,
Pull more air up into the chest,
And then exhale through the mouth like this.
And release anything dull or heavy.
We're gonna switch now to nasal breathing,
Inhaling through the nose,
Exhaling through the nose like this.
You are centered.
You are ready.
You are awake.
