My name is Christy,
And this is a guided meditation with self-reiki for the heart.
And it's perfect for anyone that feels like they've been holding a lot for others lately.
And just really need a short but powerful practice.
To have an energetic reset and come back to heart intention.
So for a practice,
Finding a comfortable position that feels supportive and nourishing for you today so it can be seated like me.
It can also be lying down,
Whatever feels best for you today in this moment.
And wherever you can rest comfortably with your eyes closed down.
So just finding that comfortable position now.
Grabbing anything you need.
To feel supported and then.
Closing down your eyes when you're ready.
And we'll begin just with a very.

Gentle check-in.
By asking yourself simply,
Is there anything or anyone that's been.
.
.
Pulling a lot of your energy outward.
And here,
You can consciously.
Choose to lovingly give.
That energy back.
And call all your energy.
Home to yourself.
This gentle boundary.
Is a gift to all.
Perhaps visualizing a Soft circle of light.
Surrounding your body now.
From the crown of the head.
All the way to the feet.
A loving boundary of protection.
And presence.
And if it feels intuitive,
You might even.

Allow your arms.
To circle.
Out and around.
Connecting to this boundary of light maybe a few times.
We're just imagining that light around you.
Taking a moment here.
Seal that boundary.
With a deep breath in.
And a full exhale breath out,
Clearing this energetic field.
And then guiding your hands together in prayer position at the heart space.
We'll set a simple but powerful intention for our practice today.
You can softly whisper.
Or quietly.
Just repeating the words inward.
I am creating.
A loving boundary of protection.
And I am open to receive the abundance.
Flow of Reiki energy.
Guiding it to wherever it is needed.
For harmony and healing.
And then just gently starting to rub your palms together.
To awaken the energy within the hands.
And then taking your hands and hovering.
Just in front and over.
The chest.
Connecting here with the subtle energy field of the heart space.
And then softly.
And tenderly placing your hands.
On your physical heart.
Light,
Gentle pressure to connect with your heartbeat.
And with that intention for Reiki to flow.
You might imagine.
A waterfall of energy just flowing.
Down.
Through the crown of your head.
Getting that energy flow down to the heart space.
And from that overflow,
Energy flows out into the channels of the arms.
Through the palms.
And then back into the heart space.
This infinite.
Abundant flow of energy.
And there's nothing you need to do here.
Simply allow.
Reiki to flow.
Wherever it is needed.
Let your breath be soft and effortless.
Each inhale Receiving.
In each exhale,
Letting go.
Just holding yourself here with tenderness.
And simply notice.
Your hands are hovering or lightly pressing.
Noticing.
Sensation.
Noticing perhaps warm.
Our tingly-ness.
Or you might even notice and connect with a color.
An image.
Or even a memory.
Whatever arises,
Just witnessing it.
As a loving guardian of your own heart.
Might even start to gently massage the heart space,
Drawing circles with your hand.
Over your chest.
Then taking your hands to opposite shoulder,
Like a gentle self-hug.
Maybe massaging down the arms.
The wrist.
The palms,
Just awakening those channels of giving.
Thinking about all the energy that you give to others.
And just giving back to yourself.
Maybe your hands are intuitively guided again.
Back to your heart or one hand on your belly,
One hand on your heart.
Somewhere else in your body.
That needs extra love.
Just this gentle invitation to just give all the love back to yourself.
And offering yourself anything that you've been needing.
Kindness.
Compassion.
Loving touch.
Acceptance.
Just noticing what arises.
Just listening.
Your body,
Your spirit holds the wisdom.
That you've been searching for.
As you slow down and just tune into the frequency of love.
And gentle growth.
Now just release your arms and your hands.
By your side.
Perhaps palms face up.
This gesture of receiving.
Letting the body be still.
Resting.
Integrating.
And receiving.
You begin to deepen your breath.
I invite you to carry this heart connection with you.
Setting the intention for how you'd like to feel.
Moving forward and beyond this practice.
And then maybe choosing one or two simple ways that you can support that today.
Maybe it's kind self-talk.
Rest.
Time in nature.
A warm drink.
Or just something that brings you joy personally.
How can you lovingly support your energy?
And align with your heart.
Hands back to prayer.
Bowing in reverence.
For showing up for your practice,
Your healing,
Your well-being.
And know that every time we return back to our heart and tension.
That's a contribution to our own healing.
