So we're going to be talking about purpose and from your messages and why you're interested in this workshop, You know 2023 has been the year that none of us really wanted but we really needed it in terms of our soul's evolution and our growth. The last couple years we've been healing a lot ancestrally, Collectively, Individually, And so our purpose always gets called into action, Right? And I think it's really important, Let me take a step back, My name is Christine, Most of you know me in this community but if you don't I'm a former corporate relations, Corporate public relations manager. I was in corporate America for over 10 years and then I became pregnant with my daughter and I felt really called to dive deeper into my purpose, Into my passions and I was just cringing every day at the life that I was living in corporate America, It just wasn't sustainable so going into my motherhood journey I quit my job and I started my business. I wasn't always doing this, I was consulting, I was doing a lot of brand management at first and as I deepened into my purpose and my own healing journey I was led here and so today I want to talk about, You know, First of all what purpose is because I think a lot of the times we put a lot of pressure on ourselves and our like larger purpose of why we're here and I want to break down some really manageable steps and share, You know, What really worked for me and how I went from being in corporate America to now running and leading my own business and doing this which is very different, Right, From when I started out in my corporate career so I really want to share my story and then I want to also add how Spirit Babies for anyone who joined this workshop who's also wanting to be a mother or wanting to grow their family, Wanting to have more children, Why Spirit Babies, What is the connection between Spirit Babies and our purpose? I have an open door policy so whatever feedback, Whatever guidance you need I'm always available and here to support you. So starting with purpose, What is purpose? For me personally, I remember being in my corporate career feeling like this isn't it, Like I felt so deeply that there was something more for me, Something more that I was meant to be doing. I felt very limited by the career that I was in and also the structure that that career afforded me going and I wasn't even working nine to five. Hi Katie, How are you? Sorry, We're just going through like what is purpose, I'm sharing my story. Thank you for being here today. So when I was in my corporate career and I was very much feeling that call, That intuitive nudge of I know that I'm meant to do something else but I don't know what that thing is and I'm sure a lot of you feel like I intuitively know in my soul that I'm meant to be doing more, I'm meant to be doing something else but I don't really know what that is yet and so that's how I felt for a really really long time and so when we think of our purpose we feel like it's an identity, It's a role, It's a career. Most often we feel like our purpose is linked to our career, How we're showing up, How we make money and I just want to provide you with some insights and some expanders in terms of mindset that purpose isn't always career or job oriented. We have a collective purpose which is how we are here to serve one another, How we are here to serve our ancestors and move our lineages forward. We have a spiritual purpose which is also what we're pursuing, The healing modalities, The education, Our deepening connection with ourselves and the universe. We have of course the career purpose which is where we most of the time start out with what am I meant to do? How am I meant to make money? You know the career purpose of course is a huge one for us and the one that we attach our identity and our sense of belonging to but we also have like these micro purposes. How are we meant to show up every day? If we're looking at the span of a lifetime we have soul contracts so each of us have a unique soul contract where our soul reincarnated into this lifetime to to learn a specific lesson so even being here together in this in this workshop in this community is a form of purpose. It is leading you to your higher calling, It is activating something within you, You being curious about what your purpose is, Is you and your soul trying to ascend, Trying to get onto that higher path, That higher course so that too is a part of your purpose. Healing, The lessons that we experience, The challenges, Those are all indicators of our purpose, How we are meant to to grow and evolve and support one another so that we could get onto our most aligned path. So when I think of purpose and when I'm looking at the Akashic Records which is a modality that I use as an intuitive reader looking at the Akashic Records which is tapping into you know the way I like to look at it is it's like the google search for your soul. Everything that you need to know about yourself, This lifetime, Why you're here, All of your contracts, What do they mean. We can take a look at that and that's all a part of our purpose right looking at a life from that perspective of what am I meant to learn, How can I and even like I realized so much like when I was in my corporate job and I was trying to leave it before even becoming a mother and I was like okay what can I be doing next, Where can I be applying to next, What position, Like what other areas like what other areas interest me and I was applying for jobs and I was interviewing for jobs and I never got any of them you know feeling really discouraged that I'm not moving along or I'm doing something wrong. I even in those moments saw how those instances were so much a part of my purpose and my self-discovery phase. What am I supposed to be learning about myself at this time? What am I supposed to be pursuing? So all of those little breadcrumbs are bits and pieces of our purpose. They are like these puzzle pieces of our purpose that you know because sometimes and I don't know if you felt like this in 2023 or the last couple years, Sometimes we're not meant to know what that bigger vision is. Sometimes we're not meant to know like Lee this is what you're going to be doing, This is like what you're so sometimes we're not meant to know like that that big picture because all of the lessons and all of the purpose that we have throughout the day just interacting with each other, Interacting with ourselves, Being at that corporate job or that limiting job or experience is all building up to that bigger piece. So nothing is random, Everything of course is in divine timing, Divine synchronicity. So when we look at our purpose as these micro moments that are leading us onto our most aligned path it feels a little less overwhelming than being like I'm not living in my purpose or I'm not doing this or I'm missing out on my purpose right. So when we could kind of dial it back and look at the bigger vision of everything that I'm doing today is leading me on to that higher path, That most aligned path and that in itself provides me with purpose and knowing and a deeper understanding of who I am, What I came here to do and how I can move forward because that's the most important part right. Like we want to understand where we currently are on our path but also how we can move forward to create momentum on our path. So I hope that makes sense in terms of purpose and how we have so many different types of purpose and you know we have a societal purpose also so those are the roles that we take on, Parenthood, Friendship, Relationships. So looking at those different areas and structures too can create this bigger vision of our purpose and what we're meant to do that expands further than our career or our role in society in terms of like you know how we show up for money. So we have many different types of purpose and aligning to each of those respectively is what gives us that bigger picture and that fulfillment from a soul level. So let me know if you have any questions at all about that. I know it was a lot of information and so now I want to cover steps. So steps and advice on how you could start discovering yours. So if you're in a space of discovery where you have this deep innate understanding and knowing that the role you are currently playing right now is not in alignment or fulfillment with your purpose whether that is in your career, Whether it's in a relationship, Whether it's in a certain structure and you're just ready for change, You're ready to be expanded, You're ready to move on for so much more because you feel that. You feel like this bigger calling, Right? Step one, Choose you. Choose you because for me for a long time I was not choosing myself and that led to me living out of alignment with my purpose because as the daughter of immigrants, As the daughter who was raised with so much societal pressure, So much ancestral baggage and wounds, Being a first generation American here in the US, It was really hard for me to be who I wanted to be because I had all of these expectations of who I should be and what I should be doing. My mom came to the Philippines as a nurse. She built an entire life for herself in the US. She didn't know anyone. She very much had to assimilate. So growing up, I had to belong. I had to assimilate. I had to work hard. You have to work harder than most. And then on top of that, We're women, Right? So as women, We have to work harder than men. We have to work hard. We have to do things hard. We have to burn out. We end up in that masculine energy and that doesn't leave much room for dreaming. That doesn't leave much room for our hearts and for our wombs to experience that creativity and that love and that joy. And if you were raised in an environment that really allowed that to flourish and develop, Then I celebrate you. But for most of us, That isn't the case. We're raised having these individual and ancestral perspectives of like, This is what you need to do. This is who you need to be in society to make it, To survive. So our baseline, Survival. And a lot of my clients, The first thing that they tell me, I really want to start this business, But I don't know how I'm going to make money. I really want to do this, But money. I really want to do this, But money. We have this narrative in our head that pursuing what makes me happy doesn't make me money. That's a limiting belief all on its own. Because the more that we pursue what actually calls to us and makes us happy, The more the universe rewards us for stepping onto our path, For having the courage and the bravery to choose ourselves. So for a long time, I was choosing my family. I wanted to be a writer. I wanted to be like this free-flowing spirit. And we're multidimensional. You could be all of the things that you want to be. But again, I couldn't be any of those things because I wasn't in an environment that surrounded me with that. And even stepping into entrepreneurship was a really bold move. Leaving my corporate career, Leaving financial stability, Leaving everything behind that basically was embedded embedded in my DNA, Took everything from me. And my whole family thought I was nuts. My whole family kept asking me, When are you going back to work? When are you going back to work? And I told them, I'm not. I'm starting my own business. I didn't have any role models around me. I didn't have anyone that was an entrepreneur. Everyone thought I was crazy. But I said, I know that this is right for me. This is right for my family. And it's been almost five years now, And I've never looked back. And yes, There've been days where I've been like, Hmm, Maybe I need to leave this behind and just get a regular job. But even in those fleeting moments, I know that that does not feel right for me. I am in complete alignment with who I was here to be and what I am meant to do. And so we don't choose ourselves. That's the first step into discovering your purpose. What do you want? Truly, What do you truly want? And if there's this voice of, I can't do this, I can't be this, Who told you that? Because if it wasn't my parents telling me that I couldn't dream or do something, It was the people that I was in relationship with. I remember I was in a relationship in my early 20s, And my partner was just like, Loved the vision of me being a career woman. Like, No, You're going to just move your way up through the corporate ladder. You're going to be an executive. He had this whole vision for our lives. And I didn't want any of that. I did not want any of it. But I settled. I settled for my partner who wanted a different version of life and expectations of me that I didn't even want. And I also settled for the life that my parents wanted me to have. So step one is choosing yourself. And in what areas have you been compromising? What areas have you been settling? And again, A lot of my clients tell me this. Oh, This is what they want me to do. This is what I've always done. 2023 is also the year. It's been super clear that 2023 is the year that we stopped doing things the way that they've always been done. 2023 is the year that blew up all the other years. And I'm like, No, We can't. We literally cannot keep doing things the way that they've always been done. I'm just going to pause here to drop into the chat. Sanjata, I hope I'm pronouncing your name right. It's a beautiful name. I'm loving all the topics you're discussing. This is so my situation right now. I'm at the last hour of work and I might have to step away. Is there a recording available? Absolutely. Yes. As soon as we're done, I'm going to upload the recording and email it to everyone because a lot of people couldn't make it today. So thank you. Thank you so much for being here. And I'm so glad that this message resonates. And I think it's important that we have these conversations so we know that we're not alone. I wish I had a space where I could talk to people like I want to leave my corporate career and step into my purpose. Tell me I'm not crazy because everyone else is telling me I'm crazy around me. No, You know what to do. Your wisdom and your intuition, You know exactly what steps to take. And then Katie, I think I'm going through a massive transformation at the moment, Perhaps ego death. So trying to find my purpose now feels incredibly overwhelming. Absolutely. I mean, It's not freaking easy. And that's why I want you all to have really, And I'm not going to say they're simple because sometimes the simple things are the hardest, But really digestible steps that you can take forward, That you can step back and say, Okay, How can I move forward in small moments and small ways? Because also when we're at this crossroad, Like Katie was describing, This transformation and this ego death that is like, Listen, I was going to be a vice president. I was going to be one of those publicists who had no life. I was working 14, 16 hour days and I was doing it because I felt like this is the costume, Right? This is what I have to do. This is the wheel that I'm on. That was going to be me. That vision was ingrained in me until I decided, No, It's not like I'm going to choose how the chapter unfolds. And so I went from being a corporate publicist to this. Okay. So you too can go from whatever that is to whatever this looks like for you. And it's going to start with that choice. How can you choose you? What decisions have you made up until this point that really weren't yours? What decisions? And it can feel overwhelming because it literally can feel like, Well, I have no choice at the moment. This is what needs to get done. I'm somewhere on my path where this needs to happen in order for the breakthrough, In order for that other path to form. Because sometimes that's what happens as well. Sometimes we just need to like trudge along on a path until we find like that break in the clouds where it's like, Oh, That karma release that pattern released. And it like frees up. And we had a very transform, Like transformational eclipse that moved us and course corrected us. And we're going to have another one in April. And so when eclipses come and they course correct us and these moments of destiny open up that kind of push you on your path, Either way, You get fired from the job, You leave the relationship, Like, It's almost like things happen for you, Even though they feel very challenging, Or they feel like things are falling apart. In those moments, Like the breakthrough, The breakdown sometimes has to happen before the breakthrough. So also keep in mind, If you're experiencing like these really freaking tedious, Challenging moments where you're like, Everything is falling apart around me, Just know that that is because everything has to collapse for you to rebuild it. The foundations that you built your life on aren't solid. They're not solid grounds for your dreams, For your visions to come through. So sometimes these have to fall away to create so you could create that stronger foundation for yourself. So you want to stop putting other people's opinions, Other people's choices on the pedestal. And sometimes we have like that worthiness wound where we're like, But if I just keep doing this, Like, It's gonna lead to this. And I'm not telling you all to quit your jobs or walk out of your relationship tomorrow. What I am saying, Though, That there's always a bridge. There's always a bridge from where you are to where you want to be. And that bridge is like that compromise. It's like, Okay, I'm not fully there yet, But I am leaving this behind, Right? And I'm starting to make my way forward. Like the bridge provides us with that safe space to explore. And sometimes a bridge is seeking support. Sometimes bridges are research and development. If this is where I want to get, How can I start planting those seeds? What are some of those things that I could be doing to be building this bridge? Because I'm leaving what I know behind and I'm walking toward where I want to go. And that doesn't happen overnight. So that's why, You know, Step two is really surrounding yourself with expanders. For me, As soon as I realized like, Okay, Like this is it. I'm leaving my job after my maternity leave, I'm starting a business. I had no idea what the hell I was doing. How do I start a business? What do I do? I had no freaking clue. I will tell you, I had no freaking clue how to start a business. So I researched the hell out of it. I watched every video. I looked up every resource. I surrounded myself in entrepreneurship groups where people had businesses already. And I was a learning. I was like a sponge soaking everything in. If this is what I want to do, How, How do I get there? I am not a financial wizard by any means. And accounting scared the crap out of me. And of course, Accounting is a huge thing in running your own business, Right? So first teammate I brought on was an accountant. If, If I'm going to have a business, Like I can't be in charge of the finances because I don't want to owe the IRS here in the U S any kind of money. So the first person I brought on and invested in was an accountant so that I could do my thing and know that my needs were met, That I wouldn't owe the IRS any money. And that my financial foundation as a business owner would be strong and steady. What does that support system look for you? What is that community? What is that expander? Is it having a conversation with a friend who's doing something that you want to do similarly? Step two takes a lot of vulnerability. It's going to take visibility. It's going to take you opening up yourself and in your mind, Asking questions, Getting really curious, Right? We want to start expanding that energy because we don't want our ourselves to feel limited. And it can be a very small step. Again, It doesn't have to be like something crazy. It doesn't have to be this big, Big leap. And for a lot of my clients that are feeling really flustered, Overwhelmed that it are in this crossroad, Sorry, Katie's just having some issues connecting. But for people who are in that crossroad, Right, Who are trying to, To work to something else, I, You know, I was getting readings, You know, How can I, To this day, I get a reading every single month. I get a reading and a healing every single month because one, I I'm working with a lot of energy, But two, I just want to make sure that I'm super clear that I know what steps that I'm, That I'm not missing anything. And so for me, Like when I was starting my business again, I joined a networking group, People who already had established businesses, People that I could approach and say, Hey, How did you do this? What should you do for here? And I just learned my way into everything. I educated myself. And to this day, I still do. I invest in team. I invest in a business support. I invest in, You know, I have my accountant, I have my business development manager. I have my assistant. I do my reading and healing every month with my woman. I'm constantly looking for ways to expand. So we're still growing on our personal journeys. And, And to be honest, Like the first thing, Oh my gosh, Becoming a mother and a business owner. At the same time, I started my business when my daughter was two weeks old. I was a new business owner. I was a new mother who just came out of a really masculine first half of my life. And it was hard for me to be, Be vulnerable. It was hard for me to ask for support, Ask the questions that changed my life. Honestly, Choosing myself mind blown, But then being so vulnerable to be like, You know what? I don't have the answers. I don't know what to do. And approaching people, Women, You know, In my community and saying like, How do I do this? What do I do? Can I, Can I lean on you? Can I trust you? Because, You know, In, In pursuing our purpose, We're also healing all these really deep, Heavy layers and wounds. We're healing ancestral wounds. We're healing feminine wounds around feeling worthy enough, Feeling good enough, Feeling like we can trust other people, Right? That's a huge one. Like, How do I know I can trust you to get me where I want to go to where I need to be? So that's a huge thing. Trust, Support. It's, It's very hard for us to ask for support, To, To again, Be vulnerable because we, We feel as strong, Independent women, We have to have everything figured out. If I don't have it figured out, I'm stupid or I'm weak. And that narrative of the strong, Independent woman is toxic. It's really toxic. We, In order to expand, In order to grow, We get to help one another. We don't have to compete against one another. We don't have to hide things from one another. We get to be transparent and we get to be vulnerable. We get to be supported. So step two, Surround yourself with expanders and get support. Step three is going to be really challenging, But it is in putting, And it's, It's going to be like a culmination of the first two steps, Right? Truly discovering your purpose. I would never in a thousand years, You, If you would have told me that like 10 years ago, You're not going to be in corporate anymore. You're going to like, Quit your job. You're going to have this family. You're going to be talking to women about purpose and intuition and will be healing and spirit babies. And I would have been like, What drug are you or hallucinogenic like thing are you on? Because that I couldn't even see the connection of that being me. That just like who I am today, Like does not feel like who I was 10 years ago, 100%. I would have been like, You're freaking out of your mind. And when I do readings for women, Women, And I'm like, You know, Your purpose really is. And they're like, Wow, Like you feel it, But it's almost like you don't believe it. And I remember too, When I was first going through my intuitive training and everyone would read for me, Like, Like I would get the readings from the Akashic records. And, And so many women were like, Oh my gosh, You're going to be doing so much like feminine work and like womb healing and ancestral. And I was like, Really? Like I felt it, But I didn't believe it. And even like the first two years of my business, I was still doing a lot of like consulting. And it's, It's really been like the last three years that I've been doing a lot of like the energy healing, The energy work, The feminine, You know, Re like birthing women, Like reclaiming femininity, Reclaiming motherhood. And this is the most I've ever felt like myself. And I'm like, Wow, I get it. But step three, It's a lot of like healing acceptance and trusting the, The, The breadcrumbs, Like everything that I've, I've been led to and just following your heart without questioning it. And like what Katie was saying, That ego death, That ego of like, That's not for you. That's not who you are. You can't do this. Telling that voice. I hear you. I acknowledge you. And I understand you're trying to protect me and keep me safe, But I am ready. I can do this. I can choose a new story and a new narrative because it's safe. And you know, That also goes into like nervous system regulation, Like bringing ourselves out of survival mode, Which I spent an entire year doing, You know, Regulating my nervous system. So I wasn't coming from a place and approaching my business from a space of survival mode. And you know, That, That deep surrender of even if right now you hate where you are, Because I did too, I was very depressed, Severely anxious, Literally on my way to work. I would have to play positive affirmation tracks just to hype myself up. Like I was in like this whole toxic positivity phase, Like early on in my career, Where it was like, If I could just trick myself into being happy, Then I could be happy. Right. But it's in that spot of acceptance. What am I meant to learn from where I am today? And this experience, What is my purpose in this experience? Knowing that it's only temporary where you are today is temporary. It can change like that. That's what I've seen for myself. And that's what I see with my clients. Things change from one day to the next. And so if you're in the space of like, Oh my God, I literally cannot do this anymore. What has to shift? What gets to shift? What perspective are you bringing into it? And, And how can you, Um, You know, A really beautiful ritual and practice that shifted things for me a lot in how I work and how I approach my business is every day. So as Katie was saying, It doesn't feel so overwhelming because even still in my business, I'm like, It can feel overwhelming about like, How am I showing up? How am I here to serve? What am I meant to be doing? Right. Like, Am I on my path every day? Check in with yourself. Take five minutes at some point throughout your day. What are the three things I get to do today? What are the three things that will make the biggest impact on my path, Setting an intention of how can I show up today? What can I do? What can shift and letting it be that. And you know, Some days you might hear the feedback rest. Some days you might hear nothing. Some days you might hear actually like you should be doing this. Like maybe you need more movement. Maybe you need to, You know, Let's not ignore mind, Body, Spirit connection. So if you're feeling severely out of alignment, If you're starting to feel depressed, If you feel that anxiety, If you've been feeling it for a while, How could you tune into your mind, Your body? How can you ask your body? What, What do you need from me? Do I need to seek alternative methods? Do I need to go to acupuncture? Do I need some form of release, Somatic therapy, Breath work? Do I need to go to yoga? Do I need to be moving my body more and exploring that side of me? Do I need to be connecting to joy and creativity? Have I been so miserable in this job that I shut everything down and I stopped experiencing joy because I've been in that depressive state. So also checking in with those really vital essential things is how can you be supported today? How can you take off some of that pressure or that feelings of overwhelm, That weight, That heaviness? Cause that's like, When I think about those days in my career, Feeling so stuck and out of alignment, It felt so heavy. It felt so burdensome, Right? So what are the other things? How can you be creating an environment that naturally supports you stepping into your purpose by pursuing other things? Because remember we're, We're more than our career purpose. We're here to serve others. We're here to serve ourselves. We're here to nourish ourselves. We're here to experience, You know, The love that this human experience has to offer us. So what things have we been depriving ourselves of because we've been so caught up in this, These feelings of unhappiness or heaviness in our purpose? So Katie, How did you get into your gifts? Like, How did you know that you had these abilities? Great question. So I started my business 2019. Um, And I was consulting, Uh, Doing a lot of like bridge work again, A lot of business consulting management. And to be honest with you, I, I've known that I've always been different, But I haven't, I never really actively activated them. Right. So COVID happened to all of us, 2020, My spiritual mentor, Nikki Noble. Um, I'm not sure if, Uh, I know a lot of you in my community know her familiar with her work. Um, But if you don't, She has, She started an intuitive certification program during COVID and that just like activated everything for me. It kind of like put all of these missing pieces together and, Um, Really illuminated and gave me that perspective of, Wow, This is the missing link. Like this was the missing puzzle piece because it's funny because, Um, Like in my readings in prior years, You know, I would always be told like, You're meant to have like the spiritual profession. You're meant to be like a teacher. And even like angel numbers, Like I would always get the angel numbers that tell me like, You're meant to pursue like a spiritual profession. Like I would always get like ones and zeros. You're meant to be a teacher. And I would always be like, What, How is this? How right. Is this going to happen? And when I went into that certification program, Seeking support expanders, Because even in my business, I was like, I was still not out of alignment. Even though I started my business, I was still an out of alignment because I wasn't enjoying the consulting. So I was like, I need to take a step back and like really explore what feels good to me. And when I did that program, When I allowed myself, When I gave myself that permission to heal deeply embedded wounds around my worth, But also, You know, Beliefs and core values, I've always been drawn to spiritual work. I've always been like amazed by readers and healers and activators, But I never thought it could be possible that that would be me. Right. So when I started learning about the Akashic records, I also got attuned in Reiki and started doing energy healing. And from there, Like that trust, That surrender, That, That giving myself that space and permission that also COVID allowed us to do, You know, Collectively. So maybe any of you feel like you went through a level of awakening, Or maybe you feel like that's what you're going through now, Like the spiritual breakthrough, The spiritual awakening, Where you really want to like, Start activating your gifts or discovering your gifts, Even, You know, Using your intuition, Tapping into that part of you. It's not an easy process. I will say it really isn't, But it's worth it. Because again, That starts with that choice, Choosing you, Allowing yourself to heal these deeply embedded wounds that have been programmed in you. And from past lifetimes, I will say to past lives are a huge part of that process. So allowing yourself to explore that part of you that you haven't tapped into before. And so when I started doing that work, And I was receiving the mentorship, I realized, Wow, There's this whole other side of me that is possible. And that's how I realized that I can, I can do these things. And I love teaching women how to activate it in themselves as well. I think it's really important that we do have this sovereignty, Because I will, I'm not special by any means, Like all each of you can do what I do. It's just about unlocking how that looks and feels for you and activating that within yourself. And that's a great connection to the Spirit Baby. Part of it is like, Why? Like, Right? Like, What's the deal with Spirit Babies? Why do Spirit Babies care about our purpose? Why should we connect to our Spirit Babies for our purpose? And I really, You know, In the last couple of years where I've been learning about Spirit Babies and connecting to Spirit Babies of hundreds of women from around the world, It's a really interesting thing to tap into because for anyone who feels like motherhood is in their future, Whatever stage you are, You don't even have to have a partner right now. You don't have to like, Know how it's going to happen. Connecting to our Spirit Baby provides us with that link because they are so invested in our personal purpose because it's so intertwined with theirs. Spirit Babies are trying to fulfill their contracts, Right? They want to come through at the time that they feel is aligned with your contract, Whatever, You know, Partner. And in terms of partner, It can be like, I have a lot of clients who are single women who want to have babies by themselves through the means of a donor. I have couples who are looking at adoption. I have surrogacy, You know, And in all of those very unique situations, The Spirit Baby is fully aware of those terms, Conditions, And contracts, And they want to push us along further on our path. Spirit Babies are future ancestors. So they have a vested interest in us and our purpose because that helps them move the lineage further. Every generation heals something that the previous lineage didn't have the opportunity to heal. And that's the same for our Spirit Baby. They are helping us ascend. They're helping elevate our opportunities so that they can come through and heal not only us but heal forward. And not even individually but also collectively because remember, We're all a part of like this beautiful divine matrix and we need each other. Like we really need each other to move humanity forward. So the more healing that we do and the more that we connect with our Spirit Babies and our future children to be a part of that healing, It provides us with a really beautiful sense of clarity and also validation because it's so crazy. Like one in six people experience infertility globally. And that statistic came out in April of this year. More people than ever are experiencing infertility. Now we could say that it's because our environment is toxic as hell. The foods that we consume are toxic as hell. But also you know from a spiritual perspective, We're also moving through a lot of freaking heavy and dense energy. We see it. We feel it right now. Like it's crazy. It's crazy to experience the weight of the heaviness and the ancestral stuff that we're moving through collectively that wants to be unearthed and ungrounded so that we can move forward harming each other less, Right? Like let's be honest, Like humanity needs to collectively come to this agreement where we stop these cycles, The perpetuation of violence and all of these really horrible things. So our future ancestors, They're trying to work with us and independently, From an individual perspective, How we contribute to these collective cycles and these narratives, Although we might feel powerless, Is actually through our own healing because that has the power to create these ripple effects. And I've seen it. I've seen it in my clients where we're healing one thing and it like ripples and the people around them start witnessing and feeling the healing that they've been experiencing. And there it grows exponentially. So when we can connect to our spirit baby, When we can form that bond, That connection, We step into motherhood feeling so much more at ease and we're developing like this bond that truly transcends time and space where we start realizing that, Wow, We're doing this together. And maybe our children know more than we do. Like maybe, You know, Because spirit babies are evolved souls. They're not like actual babies, Like when they come out of the womb, But they're evolved souls. So they have a lot of wisdom. They're like, Look, And they give it to us straight. Like they don't skirt around the topics or the issues. They're just like, This is what needs to happen. This is what needs to happen. This is what you need to do. And so for my clients, I see a lot around career. Like if the career is not in alignment, There's a decision that needs to be made, This cross road, Or even this threshold that gets to be crossed, Right? In order for, And you know, Just because you have a spirit baby in your energy right now, Doesn't mean that it's going to happen tomorrow. Doesn't mean that you're close to conception. Sometimes they could come two years, Three years out, But they're helping you work to heal something right now. So just because you also feel a strong connection to a spirit baby or presence around you right now, It doesn't necessarily mean that motherhood is in your immediate future. It could be like a year, Two years, Three years from now, But this is like, They're working with you to heal these patterns or to do these things, To create like the foundation and like the structure for them to be birthed. Okay. So let me take a look at the, If someone is on the fence about having a baby, But they're able to connect with a spirit baby, Does that mean that they are destined to get pregnant and have that baby in the future? Or is the decision still open to children to choose? That's such a great question. And I love it because it's so funny because sometimes I'll tell my clients like, Oh, You have the spirit baby in your energy. And they're like, Oh no, Like, I don't want to have a baby. I don't. And that's okay. As humans, We have free will. So because a spirit baby is in your energy, There's a few different situations actually that can play out. One, You could have a spirit baby in your energy, But that does not mean that that baby is necessarily yours. That baby can belong to your lineage, But doesn't have to be birthed through you. So for instance, That could be your, Um, For, Uh, Let me like, Um, For, For women who already have children, Right? And then there's another spirit baby. That spirit baby could be your grandchild, Your great grandchild, That spirit baby might be for your children, But the spirit baby is working through you to be a guide, To be a vessel, To help your child, Right? Like grow. Or, You know, I had a client who decided she did not want to have children in this lifetime, But she had a spirit baby and it ended up the spirit baby was actually for one of her nieces. She was very close to her two nieces. She like had like a mother-like connection to them. And the spirit baby was actually working with her to help guide and create like, Um, Wealth in their lineage for her to like pass on to the nieces. So there's different like situations in which that can happen. Also like, Yeah, Spirit baby might be working with you or through you for a family member, Or they might be with you or for you, But you're like, You know what? This lifetime doesn't feel good. So maybe it's another lifetime. It's like the next lifetime. But once you make that commitment and once you make that decision, The spirit baby will tend to like move on. If it's not for your lineage or in this lifetime, The baby will move on and transition to parents who meet or can fit like their criteria if, Um, They are meant to be birthed in this lifetime. So sometimes spirit babies are looking for specific parents who can bring them to a certain location, Um, A certain timeline, A certain quality of life, Right? So like, They're just looking for like these criteria to meet in order for them to fully come through and reincarnate. So there's different situations. There's some babies who aren't necessarily attached to the lineage or the time, You know, Like the ancestry, But, You know, They do have this checklist or this criteria that they're trying to meet. So they will find another soul family, But for the ones that are meant to be in your timeline, Sorry, Meant to be in your lineage, They might just then roll over to like a child or like someone else in your ancestry that you are helping to guide or move forward. What was really interesting before I even started this work with spirit babies years ago, When I was in my corporate job, I had a natal chart reading and the couple, It was a couple who was doing my reading. The woman was like very intuitive and she was sensing, She, She told me, She's like, They, You're going to have two children in this lifetime. There's a possibility for a third. And one of the children was a child that your mother lost is very attached to you. She said, There was a male that's really attached to you, But it was a child that your mom lost. And I, Before I was born, My mom became pregnant with a boy and she was like five months pregnant and the heartbeat of the baby stopped. And so it was like one of these like strange things, Like she was told she didn't have like any symptoms, But she went to the doctor, They told her that she was pregnant. And then she went for her follow-up appointment and they told her that they couldn't hear the heartbeat anymore. And yeah, It was a boy and then she became pregnant with me. And of course I'm a girl, But my, I had my daughter first and then my son, I had my son and he looks like, Everyone always tells me like he looks exactly like me, But he has like, Like blonde streaks in his hair. Like my dad, Like it's almost, And my mom, When we're at her house the other day, She's like, He looks so much like your dad. Like she sees my dad in him. So it was just like, Interesting, Like, Wow, This is like the baby. Like my mom was supposed to have, And I had him like, You know, He was really connected to me. So that was like one of the first instances I had with spirit babies where I was like, Wow, That's like possible. And then I started diving into it more years later with the book Spirit Babies. And then I started actually communicating with them and I've learned like so many interesting things, But you know, That's really why babies are attached to our purpose. And I hope that answered your question. It feels sort of obligatory to have the baby if I'm connecting with the spirit baby. Yeah. I do have a third spirit baby that I connect to all the time. And you know, I have clients who are like, I really don't want another baby, But they have a spirit baby with them. And to be honest with you, Like from the spirit babies perspective, They want to come through to someone who's like super committed and wants to be able to provide them with the criteria that they're looking for. And there's no judgment. They're like, It doesn't matter. Like if you don't feel ready, Then they're not going to feel ready. The spirit baby, Like we're looking at three sets of criteria, The baby's criteria, Your criteria and partner or whatever method of conception, Right? Like if you don't have a partner, But you're doing like infertile, Like, You know, The insemination or something as a single woman, Whatever that method is, There has to be like three things that align. So we're always looking for those alignment points. If it doesn't feel right for mom, It's not going to feel right for the baby. Like they are looking for commitment. They're looking for, There's no judgment, Abortions, No judgment. If it wasn't right for you, It wasn't right for me. You know, They are very clear about what they need in order to come through and they will not come through if those needs are not met. So sometimes that's why we also face these like really challenging situations coming into conception because, You know, It's not always black and white. There's a lot of gray area, But there by no means is no like set rules for any of this. So if you feel like you're connecting with a spirit baby and you're like, I don't want to have a baby. Like we could also connect to the spirit baby and say, Hey, Look, Like, What does it look like for you not to come through in this lifetime? How can you also like, What are you helping her with? Like, How long are you going to stay around? Like we could also connect to the spirit baby to say like, You know, This isn't it. Like, It doesn't feel right. I don't want to have a baby, But why are you here? Like, What is the lesson? Like, What are some of the things that we're meant to work with each other on? So that could also be a possibility to getting really curious about what the baby is there for and allowing them to move on. If it's like a no, For sure. Like a definite no for having a baby in this lifetime. All right.
