Lake in the woods,
Guided meditation,
Rest,
Relaxation and recovery.
Take a pose in which you feel comfortable.
Close your eyes or find a spot in space to rest your eyes on.
Try to feel your body.
Are you comfortable?
Is there any tension?
If there is,
Try to locate it.
Feel it and let yourself relax.
As you do it,
Watch your breathing.
Don't try to change it.
Only observe the air going in and out.
In the next couple of minutes you will not need to speak or move around,
So you are free to release all your inner tensions.
And feel a nice warming flow inside your body.
Prepare to use your imagination.
Don't hold or limit the stream of thoughts that you have.
Let the images and associations arise anywhere in your mind.
Use intuition and anything that attracts your attention.
You are going to envision a tiny part of a new world and go on a journey inside.
You find yourself in the middle of a forest.
Take a look around.
What does it look like?
Is it a dense pathless wood?
Or does it look more like a park?
What kind of trees do you see in it?
How old is this forest?
How dark?
Does it look like a rainforest?
Or is it more of a northern landscape?
Start walking and begin to explore the environment and the surroundings.
Are there any trails or pathways?
Any glades or meadows?
Look under your feet.
What do you see there?
The forest is pure and clean.
Nobody has ever stepped inside of it.
You are entering deeper step by step.
Are there any living creatures or wildlife here?
Do you hear birds singing?
Any other sounds?
Shout out something loud.
Do you hear the sound coming back to you as an echo?
What time of the day is it?
Is it morning,
Day or night?
What feelings do you have while you walk around?
Is there anyone besides yourself?
The forest is absolutely safe.
The ground is covered with soft and furry moss.
Take your shoes off if you haven't already.
Feel the cool and softness of this smooth carpet of nature.
Feel the air around.
It is so pure that you may even feel a little dizzy.
Breathe it in deeply a couple of times.
What are you feeling right now?
As you are walking,
All the wariness and tensions back down.
Walking becomes easier.
The forest moves aside.
There is less and less woods.
You come to a meadow with a beautiful azure lake in the middle of it.
Come closer to the lake.
What does it look like?
What is the shape of it?
What shores does it have?
Is the lake deep or shallow?
Is the water heated by sun or cool and chilling?
Look at the water.
How clear it is.
You can see some glares at the surface of it or maybe the reflection of the moon.
Come inside the water whenever you feel ready.
Just with your feet,
What are you experiencing right now?
The water is so calming and relaxing.
All stress and tensions goes away.
Like you haven't been walking at all.
Your feet are like new.
Slowly go further,
Deeper into the water.
Wet your knees.
You feel the water releasing the strain from your feet.
All fatigue dissolves in the lake.
Enter to the level of your belly.
Feel the lightness of your lower body and abdomen.
The water washes your stress out and gives you freedom.
Slowly enter with your chest.
Make a couple of deeper breaths.
How does it feel?
Your body is almost weightless in the water.
Lay on the water facing up.
Feel the water holding you.
Just float on the surface.
There is no need to swim or make any effort to stay up.
Every little tension,
Every last stress dissolves in the water.
You become more calm and relaxed.
The water wiggles you slowly,
Restoring and renewing your energy.
As you continue to float on your back,
The limits of your body are gradually expanding.
What do you see with your eyes?
What kind of sky is up there?
Has anything changed since the moment you have entered the forest?
Is there any tension hiding inside your body,
Any strain or anxiety?
Try to capture as you notice them and let the water from this magical lake wash down and free you up from the Lord.
Observe your thoughts.
What are you thinking about?
Let the thoughts arise freely and then dissolve in water.
Is there anything holding your thoughts and worries or anxieties?
Share them with water.
Let the lake take them and wash them out.
While you are lying down on the surface,
You are free of any tightness.
This is your time.
Let yourself free.
Feel the easy of breath.
Feel the thin membrane of water covering you like a blanket.
Now it is time to go further into unconscious,
Into the world of dreams.
Let the music in the background guide you there.
You will return recovered and revitalized full of aspirations and energy.
Let the music in the background guide you there.
Let the music in the background guide you there.
Let the music in the background guide you there.
Let the music in the background guide you there.
Let the music in the background guide you there.
Let the music in the background guide you there.
Let the music in the background guide you there.
Let the music in the background guide you there.
Let the music in the background guide you there.
Let the music in the background guide you there.
Let the music in the background guide you there.
