Meet the Oracle meditation now I want for you to take a moment to get really really comfortable so find yourself sitting down upright in a comfortable position over your laying down just take a few moments to stretch and wriggle remember comfort is queen and make sure you can be comfortable and relaxed for at least the next 10 minutes and when ready I want you to start noticing how cool the air is as you breathe in through your nose and how warm it is as you breathe out through your mouth and we'll just take some time here to just notice and witness the breath in through the nose and out through the mouth and in through the nose watching witnessing and out through the mouth and you notice as you breathe in how the air travels all the way down deep into your belly and then you watch it as rises back up and you exhale out through your mouth and I want you to make your next breath a little bit deeper in through the nose inflating the belly and out through the mouth your shoulders pulling it away down from your ears and you're just starting to feel more and more relaxed you're starting to notice and to witness and to arrive in this moment right here right now and I want you to know that's very safe for you to be doing this right here right now and it's a very good thing that you are doing for yourself creating some space and some time just for you to really be present and aware and to continue to grow spiritually and to connect more fully with yourself and with spirit so breathing in in through the nose and watching and witnessing that exhalation out through the mouth and now you can just return to your normal natural breathing manner in and out through the nose and I want you to imagine that there's a beautiful brilliant ball of golden light that's up there at the ceiling and it starts to drift very gently down coming to rest at the top of your head and your crown chakra and I want you to take in a nice deep breath in through the nose and you imagine that this light just starts to seep down past that many-petalled lotus of the crown chakra and inside your head coming on the inside of the forehead inside the back of the ears running down into the jaw the neck this beautiful golden light moving across the shoulders down your arms right to your fingertips it's rich and warm and it moves like honey cleansing and clearing each and every cell as it moves through them coming back up the fingertips back up across the shoulders and flooding into the chest and over the heart and it's filling up the whole of your heart space reaching in deep all of the muscles the bones the organs and it's running down into the belly pulling deeply there into the hips the thighs the knees the calves and coming down into your feet where it grows really really bright and you feel your feet getting nice and heavy and I want you to imagine this light turns into a beautiful golden rope and it gently wraps around your ankles three times just softly gliding around your ankles and the end of the rope becomes a big heavy golden anchor which you throw down deep into the earth and you watch it as it sinks down down down deep into mother earth right down to the very core and as the anchor travels down you feel your whole body coming nice and heavy each and every cell every aspect of your energy becomes balanced and grounded you can feel this heaviness like a little bit of pressure at the shoulders knowing that that's very safe that's you being grounded and connected you feel the energy move back up from the anchor back up that golden rope coming back up through your feet and you draw a little bit more of that earth energy up through the feet the legs the hips and it starts to grow brighter at your solar plexus just above your navel breathe in this beautiful golden line and I want you to imagine now that you've shrunk down down down to be a tiny tiny little version of you and you drift up to the space in behind your forehead there at your third eye and I want you to imagine that you can see a door in front of you and you can see white light peeking all around the edges of the door and when you're ready I want you to go over and open that door push it open and go on through and as you do so this tiny tiny version of you is drawn up up up to this beautiful white light it's like a brilliant tunnel of white light that's drawing you up higher and higher and you feel yourself just float up you're as light as a feather higher and higher drifting up up up until you find that your feet are on a pathway and as you begin to move along the pathway you look up you see you're at the base of an amazing big beautiful mountain and you start to walk around the mountain path that winds right up the top of the mountain and you drift easily right to the top of the mountain and you see stone steps and as you look up you notice the ruins of an ancient temple you can see beautiful big white pillars lovely columns and you can see that this would have been an incredible temple in its day and as you look around you notice there's a beautiful full moon and stars are twinkling the sky is that incredible midnight blue lavender and indigo and you're feeling very safe in space so you walk on up those stone steps in further into the temple you come to where that would have been the main building of the temple and you move along towards the end and you see a stone altar and on top of that altar is an intricately carved beautiful timber box you're moving over to the box you can't help yourself you can see this golden light peeking around between the lid and the main part of the box and you're so curious put your hands on either side of the box and you wonder what's inside the box and gently you lift the lid and as you do so this golden light comes shooting out of the box and as it does so it's like a layer of time and space peels away and you start to see where they were overgrown sections of the temple you can see all the plants and the vines wandering up the columns that all disappears and you start seeing pristine columns beautiful walls and a beautiful white marble floor and you just get the sense that you are back in the time of this ancient temple back when this temple would have been visited by people and would have been looked after by the priestesses and this golden light wraps around you and it's like a beautiful magical cocoon and you move over to one side of the temple and you sit down and as you're sitting down there you bring your hands together in front of your face just down near your lap and you see this golden light it's winding around your wrists your arms your legs it's floating around between your eyes and it comes to rest in your palms and it grows into a brilliant big golden ball and you can gaze softly into that ball as you do so you may see visions visions of things meant for you symbols people's faces names words creatures signs just gaze gently into your palms and watch this magnificent magical light and as you're sitting there gazing at the light you become aware of priestesses who have drifted up towards you and you can see the main priestess she's coming to stand in front of you and she welcomes you into this space into this amazing ancient temple she wants you to know that it's no accident that you're here she wants you to know that you are very welcome here in this temple and that there is a reason why you are here right here right now that this temple is a place of knowledge and wisdom and you can just breathe it in you may recognize this place it may have a feeling of home to you you may feel deeply connected to this space especially as you look around you you notice what the priestesses are wearing and just their beautiful loving gentle energy you feel so welcome here and the priestess wants for you to know that you carry all the wisdom that you need within you you are the Oracle she wants you to know how you connect with this wisdom and knowledge and she wants you to know that it's all because of love that love is the most important transcendent wisdom and knowledge and message that you could ever receive or give she wants you to know you are loved you do love and you absolutely are love itself and as you look back into your palms and you gaze at this beautiful ball of golden light the priestess puts her hands underneath your palms and cups them as well and she asks you to receive the gift that you can see now in your palms and just breathe this gift in you may see it you may hear it you may know it but may come to pass once you've left the temple so just trust that this gift is whatever you need the very most right at this time and just breathe it in and feel grateful and give thanks now the priestess's step back and you stand up and you carry the golden light back over to the box you place it back in the box and close the lid and as you do so the walls of time come back up and the temple returns to being an ancient ruin and all the vines and the bushes and the grasses come back up and the stone looks more worn and weathered and cracked in places it's become the ruin once again yet you can travel back here at any time and know that the true heart of this temple still beats and it's available for you to access taking one last look around you you bow your head in thanks and walk back down those stone steps and back down the mountain path winding all the way back down until you see yourself in that tunnel of light you feel yourself drawn back to your body wherever you are laying down sitting in the chair and you feel yourself drawn like a magnet you're still as light as a feather and you come back down down down and before you reconnect fully with your body I just want for you to notice yourself wherever you are lying down sitting just take a moment to look at yourself there just take note of how much more relaxed you look if there is a look of serenity on your face and peace and thank yourself for giving yourself this gift this trip to a magical mystical place and coming back in through the door there at the third eye you close that door and you start to feel yourself growing bigger and bigger and bigger taking up all the space in your body as you take in a nice deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth and in through the nose nice and deep now and out through the mouth and in through the nose one more time nice big deep breath and exhale I like to sigh out that last breath out through the mouth now you can stretch and wiggle and feel yourself fully connected mind body and spirit nice and grounded feeling ready to go about whatever is next for you yet I trust you take a moment to write down in the journal or notebook whatever you experienced here make sure you put the date and write down the gift you receive
