Good morning.
Let's welcome this new day together with a short meditation.
Before we begin,
I invite you to allow your body to move any way it wants to move.
You may stand and give yourself a nice big stretch,
Lifting your arms overhead,
Going on your toes.
You may give yourself a nice big shake from your feet all the way up to your head.
You can sway side to side,
Eventually making your way to stillness,
Whether that's sitting on a chair with your feet flat on the ground or in a seated pose on the floor or on a pillow,
Making sure that your back is straight and your neck is upright.
You may open your mouth to stretch your jaw,
Move your eyes from side to side and up and down,
And allowing yourself now to ease into this present moment,
Bringing awareness to your body and inviting all your energy into your space so you can begin this new day with clarity.
Allow your mind to focus on your breath,
Your breath going in and your breath going out of your lungs as you find this stillness in your seated position.
Every inhalation brings pure clean air into your body and with every inhale,
Imagine every cell in your body being healed,
Cleansed and energized,
Energizing all areas of your body that are still tired or still feeling a little sleepy at this time.
And with every exhale,
Releasing any worry or doubts that are not needed today.
Breathing in renewal and breathing out anything unwanted.
Today is a fresh start and every moment is a chance to live purposely and naturally without effort.
A chance to flow with life.
Breathing easily in and out.
Feel that clean air washing in you and through you taking natural and easy breaths like the natural flow of the breeze.
Feeling protected and feeling at ease.
Feeling connected to your body and to your breath.
As you move through your day,
Remember that you have the power of breath to bring you back to this feeling of ease,
Stillness and clarity whenever you need.
With every inhale,
Spreading calmness and renewal to your body and mind.
And with every exhale,
Setting back into a space of peace and clarity.
Like that natural flow of the breeze moving with ease.
With your mind clear and still,
You allow your inner wisdom to be available to you at any time throughout the day.
Feeling wise,
Feeling steady,
Feeling grounded.
Breathing easily in and out.
You are guided and feeling confident at ease,
Still,
Sure and energized.
Ready to begin the day and to flow with life.
