Transcript

Welcome to this sound bath with a focus on rest and sleep.

May it bring your body and your mind ease and I invite you to come into a resting position whatever that looks like for you in this moment whether you're lying on the bed on the floor couch or chair wherever your restful place is for you in this moment.

I invite you to tuck your shoulders back and down relax your forehead soften your eyes and loosen your jaw.

Allow yourself to become as comfortable as possible making any small adjustments that will give you maybe five or ten percent more comfort.

Bring your awareness to your breath allowing each inhale to fill you with a sense of peace and calm.

Allowing each exhale to release anything that no longer serves you.

Release your muscles from the bones surrendering them to the earth feeling its strength and support beneath you.

Let the breath bring your awareness to your heart center allowing each inhale to fill you with loving kindness for yourself.

Sending that loving kindness to each and every cell of your body honoring all of who you are in this moment.

I invite you to give yourself permission to rest and reconnect.
