She is trained in a variety of yoga modalities including Classical Hatha, Prenatal, Yin, Restorative, and Adaptive, along with Yoga Nidra and Somatic Healing Practices. Lisa also practices energy healing as a Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Practitioner of High Touch Jin Shin, and Certified Sound Healing Practitioner. In 2021 she became a Trained Teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion and offers courses, consulting, and coaching based in compassion practices.
