I'm so glad you could join me today.
My name is Laura Hackl and today we're going to connect to and open up ease and flow.
This is perfect for you if you're feeling stuck somewhere or if there's something you're wanting to attract and it's not quite coming your way.
Ease and flow is a natural way of life.
You know,
Life has a plan for us and when we're in resistance to it,
It becomes hard and difficult.
And so the crystal bowls and I today are going to lead you through a meditation to connect into the vibration of ease and flow and for you to allow it to open up in all the places of your life.
So perhaps you call to mind an area that's feeling particularly sticky or difficult or perhaps you set the intention for ease and flow throughout your whole life.
Whatever you feel called for will be just perfect.
And as you set that intention,
Sit back and relax and allow the vibrations of the crystal bowls to flow through you to be able to show you what ease and flow would feel like and what else is possible.
So many times things don't happen our way and or what we think or how our minds hold they should happen.
And so it's frustrating to us and yet there's so many gifts to come from the unexpected turns.
In fact,
I'm here doing these recordings because I broke my leg and it actually gave me time to sink back into my own practices and to hear the call to share.
And so that's ease and flow to be with whatever you're being called with.
So call in the ease and flow in your life so that you can listen to it before the universe sends you on an alternate path.
So just sit back and relax and let the ease flow through you.
Breathe in and feel the ease and flow that have been created for you and continue to set your intention to live in ease and flow in every moment of every day.
