Welcome to the Healthy Mind Guided Meditation.
I will guide you for the first two minutes,
And you will sit and practice the healthy mind practice.
Begin by noticing your lower body.
Pay attention to your legs,
Your feet,
Your butt,
And where these parts of you touch the floor or what you're sitting on.
You can do a good practice where you stay focused on the lower parts of your body,
And it will be grounding.
You can also move on to the healthy mind practice.
Notice your thoughts.
Your mind might be busy or it might be less busy.
You can notice space between thoughts too.
You want to keep from thinking about certain things during your meditation.
Thinking about things like arguments or debating things when you have two options and you're trying to decide and you're debating over them is not healthy mind meditation.
So when you notice debating or arguments,
Turn your attention away from them and to your mind.
Keep paying attention to thoughts and the space between the thoughts.
Remember to focus away from arguments and debating.
And you can also be focusing on your lower body still.
