So please close your eyes for a moment and then take a deep breath through your nose and open your mouth for the exhale.
Let everything go with your exhale.
And another inhale through the nose.
And exhale.
And you can even sigh if you want to let go everything.
And another inhale.
And another exhale through the open mouth really deep.
And then in your own natural rhythm,
In your own flow of your breath.
Let your breath flow in a very natural rhythm into your nose and out to your nose now.
And just focus for a moment on your breath.
How it inflows through your nostrils,
Into your chest,
Into your belly.
And how it all flows all the way back.
Now I'd like to invite you to repeat a mantra in your head.
If you're alone and you feel comfortable you can even speak it out loud.
With every inhale you say the word let.
With every exhale you say the word go.
Let go.
Let go.
Do it in your own rhythm and your own pace.
And focus just on the words.
And every time you feel distracted you feel that there's a thought coming in.
That's fine.
Just let it go again and come back to your own mantra.
To your own rhythm of breath with let and go.
And imagine how you really let go all the pressure,
All the tension,
All the things that you should do with every go.
With every exhale,
With every go you take off this weight that's heavy on your shoulders.
That you're carrying around all this responsibility,
All this demand.
And now you can just let it go for a moment.
Let go.
Let go.
And repeat this in your own pace,
In your own rhythm for three more.
Very aware,
Very active breath.
And if you feel like it you can even with every go sigh and really blow out actively the air too.
Feel even more how you let it go.
Let go.
And the last one,
Let go.
And then slowly open your eyes again.
