Greetings to you all you bright blessed beings there on that earth plane we are the council of light and we are here once again to say hello namaste and how do you do We are here today to talk to you about a very specific thing through and through,
And that is the servicing of your heart.
For you see,
We have noticed that there are so many tens of millions of you in different places around that globe.
That are suffering right now in vast,
Massive quantities.
We won't go into the details of what you're suffering about because you already know that.
What we are here to do instead is to incorporate the heart resonance frequency.
The space of growing your loving kindness,
Your metta.
Your source of actual love for yourselves in a nourishing and self-soothing way.
Because you're in slip streams.
Of negativity and scaredness and brutality right now.
Many,
Many,
Many societies.
You know what we're talking about,
But we will not name it because we don't want to focus on that.
We want to focus on the good,
The love,
The purity,
The kindness,
The joy frequency.
Because humans,
You need some support.
We are an energetic frequency of many multiple hundreds of souls.
And we come to you through the universal we of one we.
And we call ourselves the council of light.
We come to you as light vibration frequency.
And we see that we are not from your earth plane,
But we are guides to your earth plane.
We always have been and we always will be.
And right now,
You all need a massive jolt.
It's like an electrical current.
You need to be pumped with loving frequency because you're stilted.
You're stinted.
You're closed off.
You're pinched.
You're afraid,
You're angry,
You're brutalized.
And when you are in those spaces,
You cannot open your hearts as easily to love.
You cannot open your hearts as easily to nourishing kindness.
For self first,
Always put on your own oxygen mask.
Self first is always the way to go with all of these frequencies that we're talking about with all of this joy and all of this opening from the heart Because when you can give yourself this love,
When you can give yourself this kindness,
When you can give yourself this compassion,
This joy,
This harmony,
This peace,
This balance,
This frequency of openness,
Of safeness,
Of security.
Even if it's just here in this moment while you are sitting and listening to our words,
If you experience any of those tiny little flashes of light,
Your needle has shifted.
It doesn't have to be sustained after you stop listening to our words today.
You can come back to listen to them.

As a remembrance,
As a going back to an anchor,
A staple.
Go back to the love.
Go back to the joy.
Go back to the harmony.

You are all loving kindness.
You are all joyful light.
You think yourselves as humans with these dense physical bodies.
And yes,
That is true.
That is the shell.
But the essence of you is purity.
The essence of you is joy currency.
The essence of you is positivity.
And it gets skewed and swayed and pulled by global institutions and governments and local policies and family dynamics and schooling scripts,
Et cetera,
Et cetera.
And it forgets.
It masks.
It hides.
Because it feels vulnerable,
Because it feels lonely,
Because it feels scarce.
That is not true today here and now we would invite you to start lifting yourselves through your breath Lift your breath into your heart.
Lift your breath up into the heavens and exhale your breath back out through your heart.
And notice as you're doing this in through your heart,
Up through the crown,
Down through the crown,
Out through your heart,
In through the heart,
Up through the crown,
Down through the crown,
Out through the heart,
And so on and so on.
When you do this,
Notice your heart gets wider.
Notice your heart gets more stable.
Notice your heart takes on a firmer boundary.
It is its own muscular container of energy.
We are talking about your energetic heart.
We are not talking about your physical heart,
Although your physical heart has resonance frequency too,
And your physical heart does benefit from what we are talking about here.
But we want you to envision your spiritual heart,
Your esoteric heart,
Your metaphysical heart,
Your source.
By the way,
Did you know that when your heart is being formed,
The first cells that ever become you in your entire equity of being yourself inside the womb also make the source of cells for your lips and so when you kiss someone that you love There is an energetic currency that runs from your lips to your heart and back again.
And it is like a neuroplasticity that says,
My heart loves your heart.
Here is the physical touch.
And that is why many of you,
When you are kissing someone,
Feel such flutters,
Exuberancy.
In this energetic space and also in this physical space,
The pumping of the heart.
See,
A joyful tidbit.
We want you to remember that you have control over your emotions and your feelings and your thoughts and your slipstreams and your narratives.
Get off the doom scrolling clock.
And get into your pajamas of love and kindness.
You don't do this for yourselves enough.
And you deserve it.
You deserve to be love.
You deserve to be joy.
Not to have it,
To be it.
It is very different to embody the frequency of joy,
To embody the frequency of love,
To embody the frequency of harmony and peace.
And wellness and clarity.
You get swayed,
You get knocked down,
You get pulled like magnets into negativity,
Disgruntledness,
Disharmonious environments of work and home.
And society.
And then you come here.
And we tell you to remember.
We've been telling you this for the bus.
16 years.
Remember who you really are.
You are a loving,
Kind soul.
That has chosen to be there on that earth plane in this lifetime to experience the wonderment and the joy.
Of that 3d physical world around you the smells and the sights and the scents and the touches and the tastes the visuals of all the animal kingdom around you the visuals and the sound current of all the music and artistry around you it is such a creative right place Tap back into that.
Look at art.
Listen to creative sound.
Move.
Express yourselves.
Personally,
With friends,
With families,
In classes,
Take a dance class.
Shimmy as you're walking the dog while you have your headphones on.
That sparks joy.
That raises your frequency.
The vibrational essence of you that sits in a lower frequency space from the to-do list of every day.
Grind gets to release gets to go farther higher bigger broader wider We can feel you changing now.
Can you feel you changing now?
Simply by being here,
Listening to our words about being the joy.
Being the love,
Being the heart resonance.
We can feel you shifting.
As a group consciousness,
And individuals as well.
All it takes is remembering,
Just once.
And then,
Of course,
You can practice over and over and over remembering to go back into this space of heart resonance,
Remembering to go back into this space of heart coherence.
You are love,
You are light,
You are joy,
You are bright.
Always.
And then you forget.
And then you come back and you remember,
I am love.
Am joy i am light i am bright you go back to remembering and back to remembering and back to remembering every day all day all through the week all through the month all through the quarters all through the year And what do you start to do?
You start to neurodiversity,
Neuroplasticity,
Neurostructurally change your brain so that it skews positive amongst darkness,
So that it skews light amongst darkness,
So that it skews joy and love amongst negativity and hatred.
Yes,
Those things can be true,
Negativity,
Hatred,
Anger,
Suffering,
Sorrow,
Pain.
Disappointment,
Lack.
But you can also experience your own singularity as being positive.
Around that,
Within that,
Through that.
You don't have to become.
Negativity.
You don't have to be consumed so much by the darkness that it takes you over and you become dark yourself.
Edit.
Be very exclusive about what you see,
What you hear,
Whom you discuss things with,
What it is you talk about.
Be very selective.
Not to cut yourselves off from what the world needs to share with you.
And not to cut yourselves off from understanding the ways you need to be helpers.
Or the ways that you need to be removed,
Get yourself out of things that you don't belong in.
But so that you're not living a narrative of always complaining and moaning and groaning and feeling helpless and disempowered and negative.
Because the truth is,
When you incarnate as a human,
In this glorious thing called a lifetime you get to live for maybe 80 to 100 years and everything.
Is yours for the choosing.
Everything is yours for the viewing.
Everything is yours for the feeling.
And when you look back on it when you're very old,
How do you want to look back?
Do you want a life of suffering and sorrow and lack?
Giving up your power to others or do you want a life of proudness of clarity.
Of knowing who you are and knowing what you stand for and knowing that you did your best among the light source that is yourself.
Through all trials and all tribulations and all times of stress.
No pressure.
We're not putting any pressure on you.
We understand that we are talking to you with pendulum swings of all or nothing,
Light and dark,
But it's to illustrate a point we're making.
As humans,
You don't give yourselves enough credit.
As humans,
You don't let yourselves make different choices.
You could be out to dinner with a gaggle of friends and suddenly the conversation turns bitchy and moany and negative.
You don't have to participate.
You can simply notice what they're saying and you can remember for yourself that your frequency is vibing in a different space.
You can listen with compassion and neutrality to your friends.
And you don't have to become that slipstream yourself.
Do you understand?
You can watch the news.
You can listen to it on the radio.
You can read it in a zine.
Or a feed.
But you don't have to become the vibration of what it is telling you is happening in the world.
You can choose your own emotional clarity.
You can choose to always stay centered in your heart frequency.
There is an exercise that we like to do with humans,
And that is to remember your heart like a color.
Vibrationally clear.
Golden crystalline.
Blue.
Purple green.
Yellow.
Orange.
Whatever color,
It doesn't matter.
Whatever color you align with,
Bring it in.
Breathe it in.
Soak it in.
Pull it.
Pull it into your heart.
Expand it,
Exhale it through your heart,
Broaden that heart,
Broaden that space.
Nourish that emotional,
Energetic and physical frequency.
With loving kindness.
Nourish that space.
With sacred source,
Divinity,
Simply by breathing it in.
You yourselves don't have to feel connected to something sacred or something divine like this lady does here who's talking us through to you.
You just have to do it.
You don't have to feel it,
Just do it.
Changes your frequency.
The action itself is a declaration.
I'm breathing pink into my heart.
I'm feeling a little bit shifted.
That is a declaration.
It doesn't have to be long.
It doesn't have to be involved.
You don't have to lay down or sit in a meditation space.
You can if you want to.
Many of you do.
But it could be for two seconds in the restroom.
Maybe you're in a meeting.
And you need to excuse yourself because it's getting jumbled and jargony and the people in the meeting are talking and talking and talking and talking and it's getting stuck in the weeds.
Or they keep going around and around and around in circles and no one's coming to a solution and you know you just want to be done.
Excuse yourself.
Go into a different space.
Breathe into your heart.
Exhale,
Feel clear and go back.
It's that simple.
It is so elegantly sweet.
You get to choose your vibration.
You get to choose your energetic station.
And the more you keep returning to these light frequencies,
These light codes,
These light essences that we're talking about with you today,
The more you are aligned balanced nourished harmonized there are many healing stories around you.
Of humans with terminal illnesses or diagnoses of negative effect on the physical body where they go in and they breathe light into those spaces or they go into their mind and they breathe meditative,
Repetitive,
I am love,
I am love,
I am love or whatnot.
And the medical doctors over time say,
Huh?
You've changed.
The thing is no longer there causing the negativity.
The terminality,
The finality,
It's gone.
It's shrunk.
It's dissipated.
It's moved backward.
You know.
You've heard those magic stories.
They are not magic.
They are real.
That is your true nature.
And you forget because you're masked,
You're veiled as humans by the stimuli around you in that 3D space.
As a consciousness,
You've entered into a fifth dimensional reality frequency,
Much like a lot of the old energetic systems of long ago.
The Lemurians,
For example,
Were one.
You are entering back into a harmonic space as a species on that earth plane.
Where you are starting to reconnect your heart resonance your mental thought.
Your emotional patterning.
Your physical frequencies,
And it's all starting to coherently align.
Again.
It's only going to keep getting bigger.
Deeper.
Wider.
More colloquially known in your societies.
The Sears.
The soothsayers?
They will be normal,
Regular.
You will see them like you see your doctor for a checkup.
You yourselves will learn how to do it internally,
Intuitively,
Moving,
Shifting,
Growing,
Changing,
Purging,
Aligning,
Harmonizing.
You're doing it right now.
Right now.
In this space with us.
Through this woman's voice box.
What a harmoniously gloriously tremendously successful space you have brought yourselves into by listening to these words here today.
What we talk about is but one.
Set of reminders you have so many so many ways of remembering and ways of doing we have never once in the entire history of us coming to you have ever said we are the only We always encourage you to find your way,
To find your path.
To find your system of language that works for you.
Some of you have prayer.
Some of you have meditative practices.
Some of you have yoga practices.
Some of you have body movement practices.
Some of you have nourishing relaxation practices.
It's all good.
You could also have all of it and do all of it.
That's even better.
In the midst of hardship,
In the midst of adversity.
And times of struggle.
It is valuable for you to come back to this as an anchor.
To this as a pause.
I am love.
I am light.
I am precious.
I am joy.
I am harmonious.
I am peace.
I have the right to exist in this in totality.
That is my God-given born right,
Source-given born right,
Higher power born given right,
Higher self-born given right,
Divine born given right.
Humans,
We champion you.
It is so hard being human.
And we applaud those of you who choose to come back into human form through many lives over and over and over again.
There is so much suffering and there is so much sorrow and yet you still come back.
Why?
Why do humans get to do this to themselves?
It's like beating a brick wall with your fist.
Well.
.
.
Because at the end of the experience,
When you go back into your soul selves,
You say,
Wow,
That was amazing.
Sign me up for the next rollercoaster ride.
I'm in.
It might not feel like it sometimes in this lifetime.
It might feel like a really depressing,
Hard,
Victimized experience,
But that is not who you are.
That is not even what's happening to you.
Mmm.
The frequency of negativity or victimization around you does not have to enter into you,
Even if it is directed at you.
You can rise higher.
You can tap into your divine self.
You can tap into your heart coherence as it gets big.
And you can say,
This is who I am.
This is my truth.
Even though that negativity is trying to force me into a small,
Sheltered,
Scared,
Low vibration place of fear.
No.
No.
I choose big.
I choose light.
I choose love.
I choose positivity.
I choose grand divinity.
That is myself.
That is myself.
And when you do that,
Your station rises.
When you do that,
Your vibration rises.
When you do that,
The darkness gets mad.
And it might come after you.
But you.
Or bigger.
You are different.
You cannot be touched because you are so light and so pure and so loving and so vibrationally stationed in clarity in truth in harmony of self You can look at the darkness,
You can look at the negativity,
You can look at the injustice and you can say,
I am neutrally standing in the face of this adversity and I will stare it down.
And whatever is coming next beyond it as it spins itself into a cocoon of tyranny,
And burns its life out.
May I know what is coming after it.
May I see what is beyond the power of its negativity.
So that I can anchor in my light and I can anchor in my love and I can anchor in my joy and I can anchor in my harmony and let me be a beacon.
Of that to those around me to my loved ones to my community Even if I never speak it out loud,
Let my vibration be that clarity and be that consistency so that others may know it,
So that others may feel it subconsciously or consciously.
So that others can then begin to stand next to me in their light.
In their love.
In their truth,
In their positivity.
Then we create a barrier,
A wall,
A shield of love.
Kindness.
A wave washing through the ocean of humanity.
Connected to Divine Source.
Connected to truth frequency of light.
Humans.
Be in your heart.
Humans.
Nourish your heart humans.
Through your heart.
Do not let it wither and die.
Do not let it rest in fear.
You are so much bigger,
So much grander than that.
