Sacred Path Of Presence, Intention And Power

We always begin our meditations with three long,

Slow,

Deep breaths in together.

As you are inhaling,

Breathe all the way into your belly,

Into the tips of your fingers,

To the tips of your toes,

Imagining the magic of your breath nurturing every cell of your body.

And with each exhale,

Let go of anything that doesn't serve you.

Imagine that you are just expelling everything that is not of service to your body,

Everything that is not of service to your mind,

Everything that is not of service to your life.

And use this time to bring yourself fully present,

Letting go of everything in the past and everything in the future,

And embracing all of the power that exists in this present moment.

This is where you create,

This is where you decide what will come next in your day and in your life.

First breath in,

And release.

Next breath in,

And release.

Magical third breath in,

And release.

Take just a moment to let your breath settle into a rate of breathing that is comfortable but conscious for you,

Celebrating the magic,

Your breath,

Your body,

Your connection to the earth.

Imagine that right before you,

There is a path,

It's an earthen path,

It's very very smooth and cool,

The rich dark color of the fertile earth.

On either side of the path,

There's green grass and trees,

Any kind of foliage that comes to your imagination,

But it's verdant and it's alive.

And just by witnessing this path,

Witnessing the forest all around,

You feel yourself in awe of this beautiful power,

This moist,

Damp,

Life-filled landscape that lies right before you.

Take just a moment to feel curiosity about where this path will lead,

To celebrate the wonder of this sacred forest.

You might imagine the sound of birds,

The chirping or calling of woodland creatures.

Or maybe your path is through a tropical jungle,

Maybe your path is through a tropical jungle.

Any image that you form of this beautiful path is the right image for you to begin our visual journey today.

When you feel fully in love with and curious about this beautiful landscape laid out before you,

Rise to your feet and begin to walk down this path.

You're completely alone here,

Completely free,

Absolutely unselfconscious.

As you take each step and feel the warm earth on your bare feet,

You can feel the breeze on your bare skin,

You feel completely and totally free and loose.

This might be a breeze through your hair or against your skin,

Or you might feel like raising your arms,

Maybe doing a little twirl on the path just to celebrate the absolute freedom of your perfect solitude.

If there are no eyes on you,

You get to be a child of nature,

The nymph or fairy,

Completely at ease in this beautiful natural environment.

As you continue to make your way down the path that winds around curves,

Winds through ancient trees,

The beautiful canopy overhead that sunlight is flickering through and beautiful little magical sparkles,

Continue to walk reverently and joyfully down this path.

When you see ahead of you a clearing,

There's more light here,

As if there's more sunshine up ahead,

You feel your curiosity begin to peak about what might be there in that beautiful patch of bright sunlight.

As you approach,

You see a beautiful clearing filled with flowers,

Golden waving grass,

Beautiful lush green grass underfoot.

You notice that the path beneath your feet leads to a circle in the center of this beautiful meadow,

That there's a sacred fire that's burning gently there,

Happy flames dancing.

As you make your way towards the sacred fire,

You see that there are other beings,

Other people approaching the circle from all around,

Emerging from different environments.

You see someone stepping out of a jungle,

Someone emerging from a coastal village that's full of tropical trees.

You have the sense that these are your brothers and sisters all coming together to share community,

To share ceremony,

To share your connection with one another and the planet.

Each of you make your way to your place in the circle.

You feel your heart greeting one another with smiles,

With love,

With a softening,

With a welcoming,

With an opening that only comes when you feel without a doubt that you are among your people,

You are among your tribe.

You have lost not one bit of the sense of freedom and individuality that you experienced alone in the woods.

This feeling is only magnified and amplified and lifted up by your feeling of complete belonging in the circle around the sacred fire,

Connected to your brothers and sisters,

Connected to the spirits of all that is,

All that ever was,

All that ever will be.

Make your way to your place around the circle and settle yourself in,

In whatever position feels comfortable to you.

You can sit on the ground,

You can conjure a magic throne or a magic bench or a magic mushroom on which to rest your body as you settle in to this communal gathering like-minded spirits,

Like-minded souls,

Like-minded beings who've gathered here on purpose in community,

Choosing to be a part of this powerful collective,

This powerful intention setting of this sacred ceremony we are experiencing together today.

And when you feel yourself connected to the brothers and sisters,

The beings joined with you in this circle,

Imagine that we create a golden ring of light that is surrounding this beautiful sacred fire.

We're going to celebrate this collective intention by bringing in all of the elements,

By creating a sacred circle that encompasses all of us,

That encompasses this entire circle,

Providing an extra layer of magic and power.

Come upon the element of air,

Magic of the direction of the east,

The brilliant wonder of breath that nourishes our human bodies,

That our exhale is a symbiotic creation that nourishes the plant and the earth.

We relish the symbolism and the sacredness and the cycle of air that comes to our bodies,

That flows back out and back in again in a beautiful cycle that nourishes our planet and our planet in turn nourishes us.

We set our intentions to let go of everything negative,

Everything that isn't serving,

Everything that might distract us from our intentions in this moment and in this life.

Add your magic to the sacred circle with our gratitude element of air.

All upon the magical guardians of the south,

Magnificent and mysterious and powerful element of fire and the beautiful warm community fire around which we're gathered,

The blazing wildfire that destroys and renews and brings about a rebirth and all of the representations of fire in between,

The beautiful fire that burns our belly,

Gives us passion,

It gives us fire and gives us motivation.

Gives us energy.

We celebrate and embrace the magic of fire and ask you to lend your magic to the sacred space for this sacred time,

Adding strength and virility to the beauty of this sacred circle that encompasses all of us gathered here.

We welcome your magic,

Your support.

We welcome the power of the energy of fire.

We thank you for the power that you add to the circle to cement our intentions and magnify them,

Allowing us to release any negativity,

Release any fear,

Release any doubt or lethargy and welcome in energy and fire,

Motivation and inspiration,

Adding this beautiful warmth and power to the power of our intentions.

We thank you for your magic element of fire.

We turn now to the west,

The beautiful element of water,

The most beautiful celebration of the wonder and magic,

The water that is 80% of our beautiful,

Incredible,

Magical bodies.

Celebrate it in our blood,

Our sweat and our tears.

We celebrate the magic of a beautiful,

Cool,

Flowing stream,

The vast oceans,

The vast flowing rivers that are so powerful that they carve out a place in the earth We are one with water and water is one with us.

We celebrate and honor this connection,

Welcome the power and magic,

The fluidity that's added to the sacred circle that encompasses us all.

Now we welcome the magic of being able to mimic the neutrality of water,

The fluidity and the adaptability and the shapeability of water and to allow this element into our lives,

To allow us to be able to bend and be able to flow,

To allow us to adapt to the circumstances of life and allow them to feed us and inspire us and release any temptation to allow them to mold us and confine us and judge us.

We welcome the power of water and magic added to the strength and flexibility of the sacred circle.

Spirit of water,

For your magic.

We turn now to the north,

The spirit of earth,

On the beautiful sacredness from which all life is born.

We so honor our mother that gives us birth,

That gives birth to every single physical aspect of this existence.

We say a prayer of gratitude and appreciation.

We welcome the magic of this beautiful planet that keeps us safe,

That keeps us nurtured,

That loves us in spite of our mistreatment at times,

Out of our ignorance or our carelessness.

She is forever forgiving.

She's eternal.

We welcome your magic and are grateful for the nurturing green,

The nurturing gold,

The nurturing feeling of security and safety that is added to this beautiful sacred circle we have created today for this collective.

And by way of reciprocity,

We hear the call,

We hear the call for kindness,

We hear the call for compassion and generosity,

Reverence for our sacred mother earth.

We include in this prayer and in this ceremony our intention to move forth with greater love,

With greater reverence,

Greater intention toward the way we interact with our beautiful mother.

Take just a moment to envision the power of this collective,

This beautiful sacred space that has been created all around us,

Encompassing our circle,

Forming a globe above us.

Now imagine reaching out and taking the hand of the person on either side of you,

And as your hands meet and touch,

This brilliant power explodes and expands and grows greater and greater and greater as it moves out from our circle and encompasses the entire globe,

That every living creature,

Every atom,

Every beautiful soul on this planet is bathed in and empowered and soothed and loved and embraced by our intention,

By our ability to choose love and compassion,

To choose being inclusive,

To choose being open-armed and open-hearted and open-minded,

A brilliant conduit and channel of divine love on this nurturing,

Incredible and miraculous planet.

Take just a moment to picture what our beautiful earth looks like and how your love is raining down and embracing every atom of this planet into every atom of the universe.

Feel how powerful this is and feel your place in this power.

You are completely and absolutely connected in every cell of your being to all that is,

And at the same time you are this amazing,

Sovereign,

Choosing being,

Powerful in your individuality,

Powerful in your connection.

And feel very,

Very clear,

Very,

Very clear.

Immersed in this feeling of absolute power,

Absolute love.

Let go of the hand of the person beside you and feel how your connection is in no way lessened as you come back into your own energy field.

Take a moment to find yourself in this balance between being completely individual in your power,

Completely at ease and at peace and in harmony and integrated and embodied in this human experience,

While at the same time knowing and being in your own immortality and your connection to the universe,

To all that is.

When you feel strong and when you feel very secure in this beautiful,

Balanced place of being able to hold the humanness of you and the divinity of you,

Come to your feet.

Bow your head,

Say a little thank you to the sacred fire and the beautiful,

Sacred circle that was cast and now encompasses the globe.

It is eternal.

Thank you to the elements.

Thank you to spirit.

Thank you to your brothers and sisters in this circle.

Make your way back to your center.

Go.

Make your way back down the path with a smile on your face and a lightness in your heart,

Powerfulness in your limbs and your body that you didn't have on your way to the sacred circle.

Embrace how everything that you are has been magnified by your intention by spending this time deliberately being in the sacred place that you have chosen in harmony with the elements and with all that is.

Make your way back to the path,

Back to your seat,

Back into this place in the real world where we are intentionally joined together,

Sharing this time together in a beautiful meditation journey.

We'll end our meditation with three long,

Slow deep breaths in together.

Let each breath bring you more and more back into the present,

Back into your body,

Back and ready and prepared to bring this new perspective into the next steps in your day,

Your week,

This moon cycle,

And then your life.

First breath in and release.

Next breath in and release.

Magical third breath in and release.

You can slowly begin to open your eyes and bring yourself back to this moment as we say together thank you and so it is and so it shall be as we move forward with our vow to embody this experience,
