There’s something that happens to us when we realize within our head, heart, soul, and entire being that we ARE divine love. What is it? Joy...and peace. In today's meditation, I chant the beautiful Sanskrit mantra 'Aham Prema' and we get to sit in this incredible vibration of pure, divine love! The opening music is Sentimentales Pyromaniaques by my friend Pierre Bensusan.

Hello there and welcome to In The Flow with Lori Albert.

So when was the last time that you considered that you are divine love?

When was the last time you actually thought about the fact that love is us.

Love is within us.

Love is with us collectively.

You know and it's so interesting to me because whenever I you know get down I mean we all have the whole gamut of emotions because we are spiritual beings having a human experience.

I get that and I try I try to live like that right but when you really consider that we truly are love we are our our bodies are love our souls our spirit are you know our entire being we are love.

I don't know there's something about when we consider that when we think about the fact that love you know and here's the thing this is what takes me to another place right in in that sort of discussion within my own head right is that it's such a word that is thrown around you know I mean the word love is kind of thrown around a lot in to me it seems like oh my god I love that I love that don't you love that I love that you know kind of thing right we love everything we love hamburgers we love we love our new shoes you know all of that stuff but when you really consider love what divine love is and when you consider that we are divine love it kind of takes it to another level right and it brings it it creates a different sort of vibration within us right so that's what we are going to meditate on today oh you guys are gonna love this okay so um a friend of mine did a live on insight timer and her mantra which I had forgotten about because I mean we do all different like I try to do all types of different types of meditations you know chanting mantra silence all of that stuff right but she did one that I haven't done for a little while and I love it it's one of my seat again using that word I love it aham prema oh my gosh it is one of the most important I think mantras that we could use and it is I am divine love it's a Sanskrit mantra okay and it affirms to us that we are pure love right so that's what we are going to meditate on because I think we need that reminder we need that reminder because guess what you you and I mean you are divine love doesn't that give you that to me it gives me chills you are special you are divine love so what we're gonna do is and you have a choice don't you love it when I allow us all to have choices in our meditation right okay so I am going to chant 108 times the Sanskrit mantra aham prema okay I am divine love we're gonna do it I'm gonna do it a hundred and eight times because what that is is when when you chant something 108 times it's like the the vibration of it it's the purest amount of time that you can chant something okay or that you could say something over and over again and it creates the pureness of whatever that mantra is okay so what I'm going to do is I am going to I'm going to chant it you have a choice if you'd like to you can chant it with me or you can just listen and take in the the vibration of it okay because that's what the key to this all is words are just words if you think about it right words are just words aham prema is they're just words that we as human beings have created whatever language that is it doesn't really matter right it's about the vibration of it okay so let's start to get ourselves comfortable as davidji likes to say feather your nest okay so let's feather our nest let your eyes go closed whenever you feel comfortable perfect now let's take a nice beautiful deep breath in just we're asking love to come into our being in our body so let's take a deep breath in and release beautiful getting ready to invite love into our being and after we chant 108 times we'll sit in the silence just for a few minutes just to really invite in and experience that vibration that beautiful vibration Oh Oh Cobhu Juli aham premah,

I am divine love.

We can release the mantra.

Start to bring ourselves back to the chair we're sitting in.

Beautiful.

Take a nice deep breath in,

Breathing in all of that divine beautiful love that we've just chanted on.

So take a deep breath in.

Filling up our bodies and release it,

Releasing it to the world.

Our love within us.

When you feel comfortable you can open your eyes.

How did it feel?

I hope you guys enjoyed that as much as I did.

There is nothing better to me than meditating or chanting or whatever on love,

Love and joy and happiness,

Because it is the highest vibration.

So when we start to contemplate and start to chant on the highest vibration that creates a joy within us that is unparalleled,

That is something that we can share with the rest of the world.

And we may not actually say,

Hey,

Have you been in joy today or in love?

No,

They just see it.

People see it.

They see your love.

They see your joy.

They feel it.

So I hope you take that with you the rest of the day today.

So thank you so much for joining.

I appreciate you all so much.

So from my heart to yours,

Namaste.

Have a beautiful day.
