🎶Music🎶 And hello there.

Good morning,

Good afternoon,

Good evening,

And good night.

Namaste.

Welcome to In the Flow with Lori Albert.

So,

Today we are going to raise the planet's vibration.

That's what we're going to do today.

Um,

It's,

You know,

I keep going back to that we collectively,

The planet,

Our country,

My friends,

My family,

We need to raise our vibration.

We need to keep our vibration up because this is the time when things need to start to be positive,

Right?

So we need to collectively,

Daily,

Hourly,

By the minute,

Send our planet loving,

Cool vibration,

Right?

So today we are going to,

We're going to chant and meditate and it's,

It's,

You know,

I know I like to keep things like simple for you guys,

Like,

Because,

You know,

I want to draw in as many newbies as possible,

Right?

Um,

For,

Uh,

Meditation,

Because I think that if we all learn to love it,

We'll all do it more often meditate that is right.

So,

But today it's a little bit more than like a beginning thing,

But we've got this,

We can do this,

Right?

Um,

You know,

It's so interesting because I keep thinking lately about how the planet,

The energy on the planet needs to,

Needs to be raised.

And it's interesting because,

Um,

I see like David Pramal and a lot of these like organizations and people trying to get out there and raise the planet,

Planets vibration,

I should say.

And I think that if we,

If we continually meditate on it or chant on it or,

Or just even talk about,

I know this sounds kind of crazy ish,

But just talk about happy things and be happy and be,

Be free.

I think that that changes that can collectively,

We can change everything.

We can change our lives,

Right?

Next episode or whatever you want to call it.

I'm going to start talking about manifesting.

We're going to go through point by point manifesting,

But here's the thing.

We need to get free.

We need to feel free,

Right?

Okay.

So what we are going to do is the meditation slash chant that we're going to do.

I'm going to read this to you.

Okay.

And I'm going to pronounce it for you.

However,

Don't feel like you have to do it,

Right?

You're going to find yourself humming it along.

Okay.

For the rest of the day.

Don't you love me for that?

But that's a good thing because we want to continue to send the planet positive,

Happy vibes.

Right.

Okay.

So this chant is the following.

Loka Samastha Sukhinu Bhavantu.

Okay.

And this is a Sanskrit mantra that it's not Vedic.

So it's not like from the,

It's not like,

How do I want to say it?

It's,

It's just,

It's a kind of like an affirmation.

Dare I say it like that,

But you know,

So this is happiness,

Right.

And free mantra.

And basically what it means is may all beings everywhere be free and happy.

Awesome.

And you know,

Yeah.

So if we start and we start to,

And we,

If we start to chant it,

Even if it's just in our minds and we continue it and continue it and continue it,

That's what,

That's what brings in the happiness.

Okay.

So the words again are Loka Samastha Sukhinu Bhavantu.

Okay.

And I'm going to play my Shruti box and we are going to,

We are going to chant this together.

Okay.

So you just follow along.

If you get caught up into this,

Just keep your eye.

If you,

You know,

Can't follow along,

It's absolutely fine.

Just keep your eyes closed and just listen and concentrate on your breath.

Okay.

So everybody get comfortable,

Get comfortable and let's take a deep breath in and release it.

Perfect.

Beautiful.

Very good.

Get ourselves to that comfortable place.

Feel the vibration continuing throughout your body.

Lokasamasta sukhino bhavantu When you feel comfortable you can open your eyes.

Absolutely beautiful.

So through the rest of the day you may feel this vibration throughout your body.

Going rippling through your body.

And know that it is a prayer.

That all beings everywhere are free and happy.

How beautiful,

Right?

Absolutely beautiful.

So thank you for joining today.

You have to write me and tell me.

Let me know how this meditation and vibration goes with you through the rest of the day.

I wish you well.

Thank you for joining.

Namaste.
