I'm Lori and welcome to this guided visualization to help you connect with your angels for protection,

Guidance,

And healing.

When you're ready to begin,

Find yourself a quiet area where you will not be disturbed.

Get comfortable,

Whether you're sitting in a chair or laying down.

Adjust as you need to,

Ensuring you're comfortable in your surroundings.

So take a nice deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Blow out hard to release any residual stress or tension in your physical body,

Mind,

Or spirit.

Continue to breathe out hard as you inhale nice oxygen and exhale stress and tension throughout your entire being.

We're going to start by creating a sacred space for you to be supported,

Protected,

And able to freely connect with your angels.

So just breathe naturally,

And I'd like you to envision a wall of gold and white glimmering light.

The wall goes from the entire core of the earth down deep into the core,

All the way up,

Way up into the heavens.

Now imagine this wall of light in front of you starting to grow and encircle you in your entire room.

Push the white and gold light around your entire room in the circumference circle all the way out.

Now visualize this gold wall of light as your protection in the room you are in,

Inside the gold wall of light.

It's your sacred,

Protected space for connecting with your angels.

So just be in this space breathing in the protective gold and white light.

As you breathe it in,

Feel the peace it represents.

Feel the safety and grounding that it brings.

And feel the love from this light with every inhale.

You can exhale any negative energy,

Negative emotions or thoughts directly into the wall of light.

Let it absorb them and take them away.

Now we're going to call in the angels to flank and protect you.

I now call upon Archangel Raphael to stand in the east corner of my sacred space.

As you imagine Archangel Raphael stepping forward and flanking you in the east,

Imagine the beautiful color emerald green being emitted from his being.

Raphael represents air.

His name means divine healer.

And so he's the Archangel of healing,

Showing us how we can heal ourselves through love and joy.

He guides us to the healing modalities we need at the time we need it.

And he teaches us how to intuitively listen to our knowing for what is best for our health and vitality.

I now call upon Archangel Michael to stand in the south corner of my sacred space.

As you imagine Archangel Michael stepping forward flanking you in the south,

Imagine an electric blue fire being emitted from his being.

Michael represents fire.

He is the Archangel of protection and faith and following the will of God.

He is a warrior.

He is known as the defender or the warrior angel.

Michael gives us the strength and courage and faith to carry on in the face of adversity and chaos.

I now call upon Archangel Gabriel to stand in the west corner of my sacred space.

Archangel Gabriel emits a sky blue diamond light from within.

Imagine her flanking the west corner of your sacred space.

Gabriel represents water.

She is the Archangel of communication,

New beginnings and strength.

She is known as the messenger angel.

When called upon Gabriel can help you find your highest calling,

Your life's purpose.

Gabriel is particularly helpful for artists,

Particularly musicians,

Writers,

Singers,

Dancers and teachers.

Because she will always open doors to help you express your talent in a big way,

Artists align with Gabriel.

She acts as a coach to help you overcome your fears and any procrastination in your life.

I now call upon Archangel Uriel to stand in the north corner of my sacred space.

Archangel Uriel emits a golden yellowy light from within.

Imagine Uriel flanking the north corner of your sacred space.

Uriel represents the earth.

He is the Archangel of salvation,

Showing us how to heal all aspects of our lives,

Turning disappointments into victories,

Finding blessings in adversity,

And releasing painful burdens or memories through unconditional forgiveness.

He has the ability to transmute lower negative energy frequencies and vibrations,

Raising and transforming them into positive higher vibrations.

Uriel helps you to see the silver lining in lessons in every experience.

Uriel helps us to better align ourselves with our inner truth and put us on a path towards living our life's purpose.

Bringing up the crystalline grid energy and Sophia Christ light directly into my heart center and filling my sacred space.

He reminds us of the need to always remain grounded and helps you with the connection between heaven and earth.

Lowering down the Solar Christ consciousness grid directly into my heart center.

Archangel Metatron is known as the Angel of Ascension.

He is the tallest of the angels helping people connect to the divine.

He helps with spiritual development and learning.

Archangel Metatron helps writers connect and manifest creative writing.

He protects and guides sensitive beings,

Helping them to enhance their connection and healing abilities.

Now take a moment to visualize the image you have created for your sacred space.

Imagine the horizontal plane of your archangels in the east,

South,

West,

And north.

Imagine the vertical plane with Sandalphan connecting you to the Earth's core and where Metatron connects you to the heavens.

Visualize this connection as a geometric shape.

In your mind's eye,

Connect all the lines along the horizontal plane east,

South,

West,

And north.

Then draw a line up from Sandalphan in the Earth to each of the angel points in each cardinal direction.

Now draw a line from Metatron in the heavens to each of the angel cardinal points in each direction.

This is the sacred geometry shape that is and represents your divine connection to your angels.

You are in the center of this geometric grid.

It's protecting you,

It's protecting your sacred space,

And it's protecting your room that you are sitting in now.

It's allowing you to be able to connect with all of your angels.

So allow yourself to just be immersed in the energy and light being emitted from all of your archangels in your sacred space at this exact moment.

Just breathe it in.

Now I want you to be able to feel the higher frequency energy moving into each of your chakras as you inhale with each breath.

So focus on your root chakra right now.

Breathing in the healing light that's completely surrounding you.

The golds and the yellows,

The blues and the greens.

Breathe in all the healing light from your angels.

Now turn your attention to your sacral.

Breathe in all the healing light from your angels all around you,

Directly into your sacral.

Now breathe into your solar plexus just above your belly button.

Allow all the healing angel light and energy fill your solar plexus.

Breathe it in.

Next let's breathe it into your heart center,

Opening it up to the love and light from all your angels.

Allow them to help communicate and connect,

Clear and cleanse and heal.

Open your heart center.

Now move up to your throat chakra.

Let's breathe in the angelic healing love and light energy to open,

Clear,

Connect and communicate from your heart to your higher realms.

Now let's focus on breathing into your third eye chakra,

Helping you to connect to your higher self with the angelic energy and love and light.

Open up your third eye.

Breathe in the healing energy.

Finally,

Breathe through your crown chakra,

Filling your crown with the energy and light from all your archangels in your sacred space.

Breathe in right in through and out your crown chakra,

Helping you to align,

Open and connect to your higher self,

Your angels and your guides.

Slowly breathe in the angelic divine energy and light into each chakra,

Pulling into the root,

Up into the sacral,

Inhaling into the solar plexus,

The heart,

The throat,

The third eye and your crown.

As you exhale you're releasing any physical stress.

Take another breath from your root right through up to your crown,

Inhaling the love and light,

The angelic energy that's all around you.

Visualize the colors,

Inhaling all the colors,

Filling every cell of your being.

Now repeat after me.

I now ask that my archangels assist me in raising my vibration within this sacred geometric space and within me.

I ask that my body,

Mind and spirit be filled with love and light of the divine and angelic presence.

Visualize what life would look like with this healing being complete.

Now we're going to turn our attention to any guidance you're seeking to help you resolve a dilemma that you're grappling with.

So take a moment now and think about what's a specific issue that you're seeking guidance in.

Maybe it's aligning your heart and mind.

Maybe it's what are your next steps on your life's path.

Maybe it's,

Are you seeking direction on how you can reach a life full of abundance?

What are you seeking guidance on?

Enhancing it and following the guidance and signs.

To be able to understand their guidance and signs and to reap the rewards of listening to their wisdom,

So just breathe and be in that angelic space and allow the words to flow and resonate through your heart.

I ask that your archangels continue to provide signs and symbols as guidance along your path,

And higher self-energy fields.

You can envision the golden wall of light in your room around you shrinking in and collapsing into your aura like shrink wrap sealing in all the love and light protection.

Whatever visualization works best for you that you feel most comfortable with,

Imagine sealing in the angelic healing protection and connection energy within you.
